Pasadena British is the only place in Southern California where you can get the right balance of expertise and budget then you would at the dealer. The owner Allan McTaggart a Scottish Gentleman is a full on encyclopedia for luxury car repairs, he is the doctor surgeon when your high end car has broken down....you only get the best!...Lastly you will have to be very patience as it will take some time to get your car fixed properly as he is in and dated with customers waiting to get their car on waiting list.

Five stars for simple things like oil changes. One star for anything complicated. My car was there on two occasions for service related to Engine service. The first time took over 2 months to complete the service. The second time he never even completed the service and had the car for over 5 months. Not once did he call me to give me an update on my car, tell me what he found, or explain the delay. I really like the owner. Hes a straight shooter, honest (as far as I could tell). His communication skills are abysmal.
