My first visit to this location, stopped by recently for brake repair. Have to say the service there was excellent! Ms. A was very polite and helpful. She explained in the detail everything that needed to be replaced. Employees did an awesome job on my car. Glad I found this place, will definitely come back for other repairs and maintenance.

Went to get my brake pads replaced. They found more problems than I expected and worked to help me be able to afford it. Work was completed fast, and they even offered me a ride back to my work while they did the work. Very friendly and efficient!

Horrible horrible horrible. My 72 yo aunt went in to have a tire checked. They kept her car for 4 days and told her that her rear axle was cracked and her back rim was bent. Wanted $780 for new rim and said they were filing against her extended warranty for axle. We picked up truck, took to Discount tire and nothing was wrong with her truck. They are freaking CROOKS.

I have to say this is the best place for maintenance work. I went in for break change and had a few leaks. They told me it would be done today and they stayed late to finish all the maintenance. They came in to show me what the difference was between before and after services were performed. They gave me a discount on both flush services and the inspection. Not only that they keep me in the loop of what they’re doing to my car by taking the time to show and explain what’s wrong with it and how they’re going fix it. They also listen to what I have to say when I say something is wrong with my car rather than making me feel like I’m crazy. I’m also scheduled in very quickly too. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

Went for inspection on a 07 Corolla. and the lady told me to fix my brakes bc my fluid was 1” bellow the max line, and I had a power steering leak bc my fluid was 1/8 below it was supposed to be also that the belt needed replacing. She literally looked at it for a minute. the belt still has the gates logo and part number. Went to a different place no issues.

So happy I found this place. Mrs. A was extremely knowledgeable and walked me out to my car to explain and show me the issues with my brakes. She even spoke with my father by phone with me to re-explain to him. He understands car issues better than i do and he was comfortable with them doing the work after talking to her. As was I. So far everything is going great with my brakes now and couldnt be happier with their service. Customer service is unlike anyone else today and was so refreshing after a very bad experience at another place. DI&B charged far less than I was quoted at a previous brake and tire place and that place seemed like they didnt even want to do it. But DI&B...TRUE PROFESSIONALS! She was even willing to wait at her shop after hours for a part to be delivered to start on my repairs! Again, thanks so much to them. I highly recommend!!!

I took both my cars to Discount Inspection & Brakes for inspections. One car also needed an oil change. The price for a full synthetic oil change is not just comparable, but better than most places nearby. The location was clean and well organized. The staff were friendly and did fast work on both vehicles. I highly recommend them!!

I went in for brake pads and I decided since they also did the state inspection and wheel alignment I would ask for those services as well. I was a little disappointed that the alignment couldnt be done since I did arrive at 4pm and they close at 6pm. Mrs. A did explain that since I did need all 4 sets of brake pads replaced instead of just the rear only they were not going to be able to accommodate the extra service of aligning the wheels. She did offer to have the alignment done another day and explained that I had earned 400 points or equivalent to 40 dollars towards my next service. There is a catch though, they bait you with the lifetime warranty on pads but fail to explain that offer only applies if you replace all parts that they recommend which in my case included rotors. My car is fairly new and has low miles there was only one rotor that needed to be changed since the pad just started to scratch the surface of the rotor. I asked for it to be machined but I was quickly turned down and said newer vehicles have rotors that are not meant to be machined, lol 1st sign. So I felt pushed to buy set of rear rotors( since they only sell them in sets). Also she claimed my front rotors were warped and needed to be replaced as well, yet I have had no vibration what so ever but that was just another clever scheme to avoid giving me the lifetime warranty for the front pads as well, now that she had recommended I replace those as well. She was able to tell they were warped only by running her finger on the back of the rotor, lol! 2nd sign. Ive been replacing rotors and brake pads on my vehicles for years and decided to have someone else replace them since I work long hours. Warped rotors are diagnosed by driving the vehicle itself and feeling for vibration when applying brakes and an odd pulsation of your brake pedal not quite like ABS random pulse but more of a consistent pulsation. Our steering wheel is as smooth as silky no vibration or shaking when coming to a stop off an exit ramp from a freeway or at a low speed either. Once I saw her run her finger on the rotor and claimed they were warped I knew the warranty was just a bait to get you to the shop. I will not be returning regardless of the 40 dollar discount as I just can not trust them with my vehicle.Quick summary:Went in for only a brake pad service with a lifetime warranty on pads,denied lifetime warranty because they push you to purchase other parts that are not needed. Only had one bad rotor and was told all rotors needed to be replaced. Front rotors were considered warped just by running finger across it, not actually driving and feeling for vibration on brake pedal or steering wheel.
