My tire started to loose tire pressure while on the belt way going home in rush hour. I took the Spencer exit and found Discount Tire. They where closing the doors when I pulled in. The young man looked at my panicked face, checked my tire, got the manager David out to look, and literally 20 minutes later I was out the door with new tires, which I had planned to buy that Saturday! I felt like I was in the pits at Nascar!! The young men who work here were so nice!!

I was looking everywhere for a budget friendly but high quality oil change and found it at this location! Not only do they have amazing, fast and friendly service but also offer a lot of different services for brakes, state inspections and fluid and filter checks! Store manager was very nice and explained to me what was needed for my vehicle to get her ready to go for our long trip! Will definitely be returning to this location for my future car needs

I purchased a full set of tires from them back in September, and yesterday I found a screw in one. I brought it in today, and they took it in right away. Everything was good as new in less than 30 minutes.

Went for a tire rotation on the company van. I reminded the tech to reset the TPMS, as they do not do this unless reminded. He assured me that it had been done. After driving about 10 miles, the TPMS warning light went on. This resulted in a second trip to Discount Tire to have them actually do the reset. Sadly, this happens almost every time, at ever DT that I have gone to. Why is this difficult? Lost time=lost revenue.

As a family tradition, we have used Discount Tire to service our vehicles since it opened its doors in Texas. And I myself began in 1987 while living in Mesa, AZ. Today 06/01/2021 was no different. Discount Tire on 7304 Spencer Hwy Pasadena,TX, employees go above and beyond to accommodate every customers satisfaction. My vehicle was serviced within the alotted time frame of 30-40 min, given by Adrian, Tire Tech. who was extremely friendly. The entire staff works as one team while remaining on a professional level. Went to have some tires mounted and balanced and representative refused to because of the lug nuts that were on my vehicle . Didn’t even attempt to look to see if they had them in stock and also quoted me way higher for service. I’ve been there before multiple times so I knew how much is usually was . Went up the road to the other one and did the service with no issues .

This is the place to go for new tires, flat repairs, and puncture repairs. I needed a screw removal/repair this morning, and the staff were friendly and helpful as usual.

Said they would rotate my tires. Waited 45 minutes. Then told me they couldnt do it because of the spacer. Which you cannsee from looking at the tire and rim.

One of my tires had side wall cracking and they would not cover it under my road hazard warranty. They side it wasnt bad enough yet.

I stopped by 09/02 for a quick air check, I had concerns about a rear tire. I was correct and there was a nail that needed to be patched. I made my way inside dreading the 45 min - 1 1/2 hour wait. I watched as every available staff member bounced around helping the room full of customers. My tire guy was Chad, he turned out to be a blessing. We walked out to examine my 2003 4runner as I asked a million questions in the 100° heat. Chad not only answered every annoying question I could pop out, he would go back over something just to show me and explain it. I am very new to actually taking care of a vehicle on my own an with that comes a lot of ok, but how do you knows?. One thing Im not new to is customer service with over 15 years of experience. Great genuine customer service is so rare now that when I come across it, it makes my day. I continued to bug poor Chad during my wait with pricing questions an warranty questions and even slammed he would answer them. At the end of my wait a new guy said it turned out they couldnt patch my tire, and it didnt have the roadside damage warranty showing up. I did get a little upset with the new guy, as there had been miscommunication about my warranties from the beginning to now(he did spend time trying to find out why). I told them to put my nailed tire back on an Id find my warranty papers at home. Chad showed up and took over. After some brisk typing, Chad looked up an said this ones on me, your total for the new tire is $17.50. I held back tears, and was at a loss for words. Chad will never know how that kindness touched me. I told him Ive had a rough week, Im 30 and going in for amputation surgery of cancer on Friday and I truly needed a moment like this. Chad looked at me and everybody needs a little help sometimes. I dont think Ive ever left a review good or bad for anywhere or anyone. **Deer Park Discount Tire I hope you know what a shining example of customer service you have with Mr.Chad.*****If there is more than one Chad there, it was a younger one. Just mention Tik Tok and thatll be him :-)(Some might say he just did it to get me to buy other tires, but at the end of it all I dont care. Chad was a gift from God today.)

We are a first time customer at Discount Tire and we could not be more pleased. When you enter the store the employees make sure that you feel welcome. They constantly remind you that they will be right there to assist you with your needs. We came in for a tire leak issue and were assisted by Anthony. He did a check on the tire and they fixed the issue within the hour. Mind you, we were a walk-in case so the fact they can squeeze us in without an appointment is awesome. The best part is they did not charge us. We are so thankful for their assistance and we are looking forward to giving them our business in the near future! Thank you! 😊

Came here three months ago I had Great service.This time salesperson 385 told me that I need to change my tire. The number was still on green when he measure my tire tread. he Measured 4/32. I went to two other shops they both told me I was at 6/32. I would never shop at there location discount tire due to that dishonest sale person, it really doesn’t matter how good service they may provide. One thing I don’t stand, you will be getting my money anyway when the time is right, you don’t have to lie to sell me set tires that day. I know not every discount tires like that. Buyer beware don’t believe anybody because they say you should change tires. I saw it with my own eyes that the tire tread gauge was in the green, and he still want to sell me the tires.

Simple screw in tire. Spent 890 on tires with warranty two months ago. In line standing for 15 minutes taking pickup customers behind me. Budget shopping phone calls and a lady trying about 47 different combinations of tires and road hazards for a 1997 Chevy bearer truck in front of me. Friendly enough but slow. Agh.

I had a slow leak in my tire l. They inspected my tire and showed me the damage and that it could not be repaired due to the location of the puncture. The professional staff got my tire replaces promptly and they followed the special instructions that were given by me.

I LOVED this place, and their coffee! I was directed to purchase from this business by Ryan Nolan at Discount Inspections...which is pretty much across the street! I got 2 new tires placed for a great deal! The ONLY gripe is the establishment may offer a great warranty but THEY DO NOT ALIGN YOUR TIRES WHEN THEY MOUNT THEM!...and the warranty is VOID if you have tire issues due to being out of alignment...Just saying! GET YOUR TIRE ALIGNMENT AFTER THEY MOUNT YOUR TIRES TO KEEP YOUR WARRANTY IN CHECK!

This discount tire is the worst tire shop I’ve been to!!!! I am very upset with the way they work here... I’ve been waiting 3hours just for them to change one single tire of my Dodge Charger. They say they have cars that got here before me but that’s not true, I got here 3 hours ago and I just went to ask if I can please get my one tire change so I can leave to feed my baby, I can’t leave with a flat tire!!!! My baby won’t stop crying for food, my husband went to see how much longer for our turn and the manager said y’all need to wait you still have 5 cars in front of you !!!!! So messed up the way they work, I like discount tire but I don’t like this location as they are not considerate and they do not let customers know it will take them more than 3 hours to change one simple tire, if I would’ve known, I would have gone to another tire shop .....

These guys are working hard to get people in and out, making sure everyone gets what they need done to there cars or trucks. So be patient with them, we need them to do there job correct and efficient. Not the best quality service but good sells people to work a deal out on your tires. Thats the only reason I am giving this location a three. Other then that the tire service is more like a 2. They for got to put one of my hub caps back on and had to go back. Quality not quantity everything can be done in a timely manner but safety comes first. I believe they go too fast that they kind of forget about the safety features of how important your tires are to your vehicle.

Discount Tire is my favorite tire place period. Ive been going here for years and years. They check and adjust your air, change tires and make typical repairs for free! Sometimes you have to wait because they have so many loyal customers. But they always take care you. Ive even pulled up to have my kids bicycle tire fixed and received 100% perfect, friendly attention.

These guys have been here for awhile and they are not real pushy like other Discount Tires. They will work with you on cost and options.They have a small parking lot and are a little tough to get in and out on the road but worth it.Go give them a try.

I met the new manager there this week. His name is Josh. I was surprised that the manager was willing to go out and help them make sure that I had the right pressure in the tires on my 2011 jku. I will definitely go back to this location just because of this manager. Thank you for hiring somebody that has a great doorside manner.

As with every Discount Tire location the service and personnel were awesome. The service was quick the service writer took time to explain options and worked with what I wanted.The only downside is the size of the parking lot. Its pretty small for a discount tire and they stay busy, not a good combination. Getting in and out can be a little scary with traffic.

Discount Tire has the best deals and promotions when buying a set of four tires. I have bought the last four sets of tires from this specific location. I specifically like this location as I have always been treated kindly and have received great customer service every time.

A Vietnam vet came in while I was waiting in the lobby, and Im impressed by the courtesy the staff (Chad specifically) showed him. They thanked him for his service and went out of their way to meet his needs.
