This is probably THE best experience that Ive had, not with just a luxury body/service shop, but any business.I took my I-PACE here for a minor, but very noticeable scrape on the lower bumper. After they looked the car over, which took all of a few minutes, I received a more than reasonable quote shortly thereafter. I was told that they could have the work done in a couple of days.A couple of days later, I had my Jaguar back looking as flawless as it did as when it came off the assembly line. They even touched up a small chip in the paint on another part of the car and detailed it without me asking.Pasadena Motor Cars quality service, professionalism, efficiency, and cordiality are better than the dealership that I purchased the car from. Being reasonably priced was the cherry on top. They told me what the plan was and they went above and beyond what I expected.Ill be a returning customer.

Excellent customer service by the entire staff. Always helpful showing me exactly what is going on with the car. What needs to be done and when it needs to be done. I have had them work on my Jaguar XF anytime it needs any repairs. Im always confident that the work will be done the 1st time correctly be delivered on time and at the most economical costs. High quality work based on accurate estimates. Easy to reach on the phone, and called me back timely with answers to my questions. I tried to do some of the work myself at home, so I had an idea of how much time was needed to do it. Their estimate was fair. They know how to work on Aston Martin cars and understand that removed parts have value, no problem having them save and return removed parts. Will return for future maintenance work. Therere quite a few British indie exotic shops you can go to in SoCal. I came here because its closest to my house, and prices seem within reason. Mind you that you can probably find some other places cheaper but you might be sacrificing quality. of the small and big major work that these guys quoted me, id say its within reason. i am a strong believer in paying a reasonable price to get quality work done rather than having someone work on your car and feel short changed while doing it. But the main point is that one of the lead mechanics, Owen, seems to know the ins and outs of Aston Martins quite well. This is my second year servicing my Vantage with them. I even had a major clutch/flywheel job done here and Owen knew about all the particularities thats involved with the major work. For the Vantage, he knew about the mis-fire sequence, which needed to be re-programmed in after a clutch install, and he also knew how to properly cycle through the ASM fluid. These Astons are notorious for being particular on the details. So far ive had Clutch/Flywheel installed, Coolant flushed, Transaxle fluid changed, brake fluid changed, and the rest of the annual service items performed two years in a row now. They do allow you to bring your own fluids or parts if its within OEM spec. Being a car guy myself, and used to work on my own car back in the day, i sometimes would buy my own parts and have the shop install them. Its also good to know that they dont scalp you on the parts. I bought the clutch/flywheel directly from the supplier VelocityAP in UK, but it also helps that Pasadena Motor was already an authorized VAP distributor as well. I also appreciated that they didnt charge me for unnecessary work. A few months back i had a little bump in the rear. Being OCD myself, i asked if they could take the rear bumper off to make sure that nothing behind the bumper cover was out of wack. They informed me on the price and work required to take off the cover and recommended that they would instead check from underneath the car. Good thing that everything looked fine and It saved me hundreds of dollars in return. They do seem to be more responsive through phone calls. so if you dont hear back through email within a few days, give them a call. Sades is usually quicker in response through phone calls and follow-ups. I will continue bringing my car here for as long as they keep up the good standard of work and continue to be competitive in price. They also service exotic Audi here too outside of the usual Jaguar/Land Rover/Aston Martin. I am actually thinking about picking up an R8 in the future so will for sure keep them in mind.

I have a Ford f250 and due a previous bad spark plugs with a different mechanic one of the sparks blew out of nowhere, I quick Google a place and this was the closest location, I called and people where really nice over the phone and offered their help, I drove it as I could an they quickly start working on my truck, I was scare because I saw a lot of luxury cars and a busy place, but they came with a very affordable fix, 45 min later my truck was repaired and me on my way.Im really thankful with them, very nice and kind family own place

Love the owners Aaron and Owen! But the office staff makes me laugh and feel like I am more than welcomed every time I have my car serviced here. Definitely would recommend this shop! Oh and Alicia in the office is hysterical!

This is hands down the best car repair establishment in Southern California. The Curtis brothers, Owen and Aaron, are students of their craft, and can fix just about anything. Neither the most expensive nor the cheapest, they are simply the best. They specialize in luxury cars, but also fix mainstream vehicles as well. Their commitment to customer service is unmatched. Honest and scrupulous, they service a number of cars for my family, but the two potentially troublesome ones, two older Jaguar XJ sedans, are reliable daily drivers, thanks to them. And EVERYTHING works on them...what a concept for Jaguars! They are also experts at sourcing parts. Ive referred many friends to PMC and theyre all now loyal fans.

I brought my range rover here with a check engine light on that I could not get off by 2 other shops. The other shops had me try a bunch of different things including multiple O2 sensors and gaskets and it all failed.After almost giving up on this car i was referred to Pasadena Motor by a parts dealer and I have to say they are very friendly, knowledgeable and seem like honest hard working people. I spoke with Owen, Erin and Sadie, they were able to locate the exact problem and are making the repairs now. Thank you Guys and Gals!

Best service ever

The dog who watches the lot, just to clarify, is extremely well taken care of. He has a custom built dog house complete with porch, ventilation, heating and a fan in the summer time. He is also groomed​ regularly and very well fed. Yes, he is also very regular so you will see the evidence of that at any given time not during business hours.

Straight forward folks and family run. Was recommended by a friend and was pleased with the work.

Never met a more honest garage or guys in my life. They take care of the problems, and wont fix something unless its broken. They will advise you of anything needed. I wouldnt take my truck anywhere else!

Choosing a mechanic is a question of assessing competence and honesty. In my case it was more complicated. I usually do all my own work on my cars and have a fully equipped workshop for that purpose. So there was the issue of cost too.There is also an issue of pride. Somewhat reluctantly I have to concede that Owen is a better mechanic than I am and Aaron is...well, younger.. Owen and I were both trained by Jaguar so it is uncomfortable to admit he is better than me!They have worked on 3 of my cars now and done excellent work.Of my other 2 cars, one is an immobile restoration and the other is a beater that I am ashamed of. Their other location where their Dad works,does all my Smog Checks.I dont get special treatment from them and none of my friends who also use them have ever had anything but praise for them.
