I called Import Auto Works today to ask a question about my Mercedes and the owner Jerry was very rude and abrupt to me. He told me that he didnt have time for me and to find someone else to help me. He then hung up on me. I never personally did anything to him at all. I really dont know why he treated me so badly. He has serviced my Mercedes in the past, but for some reason he didnt want to service my vehicle or receive any money from me either. Very unprofessional, mean, and rude business owner. Beware of this company, because the owner Jerry can turn on you very quickly without giving you any reason at all.

I had low tire pressure on a road trip, and I googled tire shop and this address came up, however they told me the tire shop moved 5 years ago, but they helped me anyways. They had me pull into a stall, checked all my tires and filled them to the appropriate levels before my trip back to Phoenix and didnt charge me a dime. SO SO nice and I appreciate their kindness.

I have a 1959 Mercedes that is in what seems to be constant need of TLC. I stumbled onto Jerry at Import Auto Works by accident and have been so happy I did! Jerry specializes in unusual Mercedes challenges in addition to the normal newer models. This car for me is not a daily driver and not a car that I need to depend on so its not an issue when it can take a month or more for a special part or parts. Jerry is easy and pleasurable to work with and Id recommend him for any of your Mercedes repair needs. Im more than happy with all of the people at Import Auto Works!

I want shout a huge THANK YOU to the staff. I don’t own a Mercedes but they were kind enough to help me with my car. The back tire was smoking and I pulled up to this business thinking it was a tire shop. The staff did an awesome deed for me and helped me with my car. They did not have to help me but they did. I even told the staff I would go someplace else since my car was not what they specialize in. I was crying after they told me the problem was fixed. I thanked them all and hugged the female worker who’s name I did not get. Thank you Ms. you went over and beyond for me and helped me get my family home safe. I will forever be grateful to you all. It makes me happy to know that there is still good people out there with big hearts! May God bless you all for you wonderful deed.

I love driving older Mercedes (I have a 1991 300sel) and the only reason I get to do so reliably is because Import Auto Works is an expert shop in all matters Mercedes. Prices are fair, the technicians knowledgeable and they go the extra yard to make sure the car is mechanically safe and reliable.
