Took my daughters car in for overheating and battery. was worried I would be taken advantage of since I am a woman. dropped off the car within a couple hours they called me to let me know there was no water or coolant in the car and needed a new battery. they also did an oil change and tune up. honest, nice and courteous. I would highly recommend.

I have too many good things to say about Pasadena Auto Care. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and wouldn’t take mine or my family’s cars anywhere else. I’ve gotten things done from basic oil changes, to brakes, etc. I had a Toyota Corolla that they helped me fix up from engine to brakes to the oil change and got it ready for sale. I only trust them with my Camaro and my dad brings his Challenger here as well. They are very knowledgeable mechanics and can spot and troubleshoot any issue. I have seen it time and time again. Like I said, if you are looking for a mechanic shop that cares, this is the place to be. It is also family owned and operated and you can tell they take pride in what they do.

Went in to see why my AC in van was blowing no cold air. My van AC now leaks water from AC in my van. They said it will take almost 500.00 to take it a part to see why it was leaking. Yes I paid them to check my power steering leak which still does and paid them to flush my radiator and check belts and oil change. I paid them and I am not satisfied with their work. I feel they took advantage my lack of knowledge of mechanical issues. I pray God will expose them for all they do. I am not ever ever going back to them again. I thought since the man was a Christian he would be honest. I was wrong.

Excellent auto shop, very compotent and staunch with diagnosing an issue. It took then mere minutes to diagnose an issue with me 2003 Cavalier, very friendly and at no charge they did a smoke test on my car. When you go to an auto mechanic and theyre genuine about telling you whats wrong with your car, keep that auto mechanic. Theyre going to be the one who gets your car moving without all the extra fees and bullshit. Ive gone to a Jiffy Lube and had idiots not even put the car back together properly after change the filter. Absolutely would recommend this place to a friend.

They will help you with anything you need. And on top of the great work and price, theyre extremely nice.

I took my girlfriends 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier into Pasadena Auto Care to have the muffler replaced, and have the motor / transaxle serviced. I had asked them to also check the car out to see if it needed any other work and they found that the front breaks & rotors needed to be replaced. They called and informed me of this and quoted me a fair price for the repair. They did all the work plus the break repairs and were able to get the car back to us ahead of schedule. We are very pleased with service, quality of work, and the fair pricing we got at Pasadena Auto Care. I would recommend them highly.Terry S.

What I thought was going to be a big and expensive issue with my 1997 Ford F-250HD 7.3 Powerstroke turned out to be way less than I had planned. Honestly the Ben didnt even work on my truck but he did tell me what I needed to replace. You hardly ever see service like this anymore. He gained a customer and I would recommend him any day.

Ive taken my cars in the past to mechanics all over Pasadena, and no one has worked as well and as quick as Pasadena Auto Care! I had about 6 different things worked on and it only took them a weekend. The prices were pretty fair too considering all that I had done. I was so worried about getting screwed over cause Im a girl and dont know anything about cars but they really helped me out right. Theyre also great at communicating - calling you at least every day to let you know the progress and cost so far. Overall amazing shop. I will definitely be back in the future, if need be :)

They charge too much, I went somewhere more professional and they quoted me $400 less for the same parts and labor. The parking lot was filthy and I was not greeted when I walked in, I waited 5 minutes to be overcharged!

Well lets say this first about this shop...very honest ppl there and they tell u how it is....if its good news or bad news with your ride ....the mechanics there is kool...they treat u like family ...very professional but with a smile and it feels good being there plus they show you the issues they find with the ride before they do anything to your ride...so i cant complain and prices is fair..i sometimes even buy lunch for everyone there once an awhile.this shop is one of a kind and i recommend all my friends,co workers,and family to this shop.
