Most accommodating! I didnt have the proper method to pay for my tags.I went for cash and I was treated with much patience (when I arrived to pay - second trip).All is well! They should have some knd recognition for their diligence and patience!

After losing our car key, we called AAA to tow our car to the nearest Chevy dealership so we could get a new key made. Eric, the tow truck driver, was fantastic. He could see we were stressed and miserable, and he did everything he could to make our day better. He was prompt and professional and excellent at problem solving. He was also friendly and easy to talk to. We cant recommend Eric highly enough. We were completely satisfied with him.

I tend to wait until the last minute to give the government my money. So, I get my tag here, rather then the DMV. Its way faster. Although not as fast as it use to be in the past. The guy at the check-in desk was handling member between his other duties.

So much better then going to the DMV! Lines and wait times are short and they communicate directly with the DMV so you can get your registrations or transfers taken care of right away.

I was planning a 2 week Italy trip and she was so knowledgeable about all the different tours and flights and accommodations. 03/28/2021A gentleman came to unlock my car which was on, I requested to please not turn off my vehicle since I didn’t know where my keys were. I’m a veteran with a lot of mental issues and my memory isn’t the best. I was initially waiting for an hour then two came. As I was waiting for the tech to arrive I used the restroom to return to see my car off and him asking me where the keys were..... nevertheless communication wasn’t great, common sense wasn’t applied I ended up getting a tow service on my own locally for $75 due to that tech leaving and not saying anything to me after he realized how upset I was. Tried calling AAA back was on hold for over 40 minutes. Real disappointment for a 5 year veteran customer

I was very impressed! These days I dont want to go to many places, but as soon as you walk in it felt clean, cant say that about most places! The hospitality was great andand almost felt normal, despite the mask!

AAA has a bad habit of taking ur money before explaining a policy to someone. They also have a bad habit of not returning ur phone call when u have called customer service 3 times within 2 hours asking for a supervisor because the agents that answer somehow dont know whats on my account even tho they are looking at computer screen. 1 agent even told me that she could explain the policy on my account thats being renewed and that she doesnt have a manager or supervisor. Im not sure why she asked for my account number if she couldnt explain anything in the account to the account holder. Do better. Ur thieves and dont care about ur customers and arent helpful when something actually happens to ur car. My car got broken into and because the criminals didnt make 700 dollars worth of damage, i wasnt gonna get any help.

No explanation was given and the agent didnt care about my need to renew. Only focus was who lived in my address. Am a social person and hosts friends and my kids as a communal expectation. She didnt care about my needs and I had to go.

Went to pay dmv registration... Tuesday 8/25 AAA was covid exceptional. Friendly, quick, efficient... the young ladies were super nice. Had their system down so it was easy.

My visit here to renew my registration was a pleasant contrast to the DMV. Everyone was courteous and easy to work with. There was a conflict between what was on my registration notice and what was on the computer, and it was resolved quickly with little work on my end.Their COVID 19 protocols were effective, but didnt add a lot of time to my wait.

This is the best. So far this year I have had 1 tow and one jump.....if you add that up is more than the 100 I spent on the membership. And my sister has the service too. Her car is stock.....my audi. Got S 2+ and every other part I could find on there. Not as reliable as my sisters. More fun tho....its the best. Tow for 100miles for free. Your not going to find that anywhere. Happy happy happy with AAA

Usually theyre pretty good in communicating but my last experience took longer than usual because of miscommunication but other than that is good service

I do not have vehicle insurance with AAA but I do have Roadside Assistance and I find the price really reasonable and quick service and I do like as well as Im able to walk into any AAA and purchase my vehicle tags or new license plates very convenient.

Convenient DMV services if youre a member (cash or check only). During covid, you are greeted in the parking lot and questioned about your reason for your visit. You are then to wait in your car until you get a text. You can view your queue position online while you wait, but your wait can be over 40 min, during peak hours. Many people in the queue give up if its a hot day, so that moves you up. If youre there for anything else than DMV, make an appointment. All staff wear masks. Sanitizer is provided.

During covid19 after you check in you can conveniently wait in your car and receive a text/call when its your turn. Better than waiting 4 hours in line at DMV offices!

Kindness abounds at this teeny and quaint AAA of Montrose! In 5 minutes I had renewed DMV registration and received new tags. They reopened a month ago. With gratitude!

My local AAA office is staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people. They provide me with my insurance and roadside assistance!! They have never failed this customer!! I appreciate all their help!!

If I could give 0 stars I would let me tell you why. I have been a AAA customer for over 5 years I never had an auto claim or renters claim. A year ago I had an accident which was not my fault and I only had liability but when I called an AAA rep to ask what I should do they did not care and did not help guide me! I let that slide. Then 2 months ago I had my car and my stuff stolen from my car. I have cctv and a police report showing the thief in action. I am now yet still fighting on my claim. I have spent over 20 hours total time talking to them on the phone or on facetime. They have not reviewed all the information I spent gathering for them!!! They even set me up with an attorney on a zoom call twice 3 hours each call and I am waiting on their decision a month later. I just emailed them on update and he has replied negative, waiting on a recommendation on our lawyer ?? I cannot believe I have to deal with this after gathering all this information for them and being a 5 year loyal customer! I have nothing to hide but they definitely made me look stupid. Oh and I do not want to forgot but their customer service is awful sometimes its impossible to get a hold of my adjuster I have to call aaa and reach a customer rep to try and re direct me or leave a message to my adjuster!

It was great, only accepting few people at the time and they have a message sistem Wich you dont have to wait in line, they will text you when is you turn.
