This is an independent auto repair garage that is extremely well ran. The staff was very professional, timely, and the cost was reasonable. The owner his wife, who run the business, are also very kind and helpful. I strongly recommend this place of business.

Brought my 2013 Audi A4 in without appointment late in the day and Sean took great care of it, explaining possible problems in detail and diagnosing the issue. Replacement part had to be ordered over a holiday weekend and was installed the next business day. Sean then pointed out additional issue to be addresses in the future. Overall very professional service and demeanor, good communication and clean professional environment. Highly recommended for quality work.

Searched Google maps for Audi Certified Engineers in Pasadena area and Fares and his team at European Auto Haus became the obvious choice. Fares was very patient and detailed in his assessment during our diagnostic test drive, to address some worries I had (since I was overdue for maintenance/checks). He provided at no cost a multipoint inspection of all major components and made only essential recommendations. He gained my trust right away with his knowledge, patience and extensive years of experience/training and I will be seeing him and his team for my 40k major maintenance service (Audi recommended) very soon. I found out about the company through positive reviews on an Audi forum. After doing a bit of research it seemed like a great option for anyone with an Audi or VW vehicle who is out of their manufacturers warranty. This had just occurred on my vehicle and I had experienced my first service with a non-specialist recently who not only did not fix the issue at hand with an engine light but may have caused an issue along the way. I decided to search for a specialist and am glad to have found European Auto Hause. I was able to have a good conversation prior to making delivery, got the vehicle slightly earlier than expected at a reasonable rate and the vehicle is running great. I plan to use the company as long as I have an Audi vehicle.

My car has been severely under maintained for a little over a year. Neglected a lot of leaks and broken suspensions. Sean was able to do a quick inspection and quote and everything that had to be fixed. I was able to get my car picked up early next morning. Fares even gave me a discount for all the work that had to be done.All their workers were wearing masks correctly while this pandemic is ongoing. Hopefully it can end soon so Paula can go do some window shopping.

Discovered this gem of a shop after having the Pasadena VW Dealer try to convince me I needed a new alternator when the issue I was experiencing had nothing to do with the electrical system.After a quick explanation of the issue over the phone, Farris tentatively gave a diagnosis of an issue with the vacuum relay system. Low and behold he was spot on and Ive never looked back.I always have and will continue to point any owner of a VW or Audi in their direction. When it came to purchasing a new car, I only looked at VW and Audis for the simple fact I didnt want the headache of finding another reliable and honest shop.Simply the best!

I had a really good experience at this shop. I also feel these guys really know there stuff. They got cats in a 2010 S4 in like 4 hours. This a big job where you easther lower the hole subframe and the motor and trans. Or you lower the trans a lot. And had the best price by far. Like 30% less than the cheapest other shop and more than 50% off the highest shop. I really wish these guys did tunes Id never go anywhere else. Past the good price, knowledge, and there great service. What really makes me like these guys is I feel like I can trust em. In my mind it dont matter what you can do if I dont feel trust. I’m impressed with European Auto Hause. I’ve been taking my car there for over 6 years and their service has been excellent every time. Sean and the team are the only shop I trust to work on my car. As a car guy - someone who usually works on my own cars - it means a lot to me that they have consistently very high standards and do excellent work. Audis are complex and special cars as it is (which is why I entrust it with Sean). This particular car is very rare in the USA, it’s not something you’d trust a dealer or even most specialty shops to work on. European Auto Haus’s knowledge is extensive. Having someone who knows these cars can saves a lot of time, grief, and money because its done right. They’re also incredibly honest, forthright, and overall very easy to work with. Highly recommended. So if youre looking for a great Audi shop that does great work with integrity and is honest, European Auto Hause is the one.

Theyve been servicing my car for the past two years. I put MANY miles on my Passat TDI. They keep my car running like a brand new car. Volkswagen has very specific mechanical engineering so you cant just bring it to any mechanics shop. European Auto Hause is a one and done from diagnostic to repair and significantly less expensive than taking it to a dealer. Fares and his team are awesome.

If you own an Audi I would highly recommend keeping this place on your list of mechanics. They have a no nonsense approach to estimates and pricing meaning they tell you exactly what needs to be done and dont over charge. Its definitely refreshing dealing with a mechanic that doesnt try to upsell unnecessary repairs and leave you broke by the time theyre done.I would of course recommend getting other estimates until you establish a relationship with them just for your own peace of mind.

I have brought Audis here for service for about 12 years. Fares, Sean, and the rest of the team are always making that extra effort to make things perfect. Example: My 10-year old Audi needed a new transmission. They gave me an estimate to replace with a used transmission due to the age of the car. When I went to pick up the car (as always exactly when they said it would be finished), they had found and negotiated a NEW transmission for the same price. Over the years, anytime one of my signal or brake lamps burn out, I call first then stop by and they replace it on the spot at no charge. Absolutely best service on the planet. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for extremely knowledgable, proficient, and honest car service.

Took a car with electrical issue, having problem to start. I drove it all the way there as they were supposed to expect me. Waited 10 min inside the office while they finally manage to pay attention at me while car was left outside on running engine. After 15 min they finally looked at the car outside starting to wave at me through the window. Car apparently started to smoke during my wait. Nobody touched it. They waved at me for 2 min and nobody dared to turn it off or come tell me whats going on. It could have burned. When I got outside the office realizing whats going on they started yelling at me for bringing them a none-starting car. Apparently during my wait in the office another component burned. After they finished yelling at me for bringing them a car they are supposed to be specialized on, they asked me to authorize them $1000 to tell me what the problem is before the repairs. I thought they are joking. Nobody has ever asked me for such sum to check on my car. This guy Sean got mad at me for not giving him $1000 to check on it as Fares already agreed over the phone to check on it without mentioning an amount like that. It was an absurd situation. I stayed there for 1h trying to figure out a way to deal with them and my none-running car. I ended up taking a cabAfter 2 days they asked me for $2500 to fix it. Of course I said no and towed my car back.Whoever says these guys are reliable or good at what they do is an idiot. People go there to replace brakes and change fluids, things every 16 y old could do on his own and they think the shop is fantastic. When you come with serious problem on your car they act like thats their very first car to fix and unable to handle customer asking for amounts $1000 for diagnosis.All reviews below are fake. Barely a few state the matter of their car problem. This place is a scam. Fares and Sean are incompetent clowns. This place is not a European AutoHouse, they should change the name to Brake service and sometimes more. You go there, you get conned

I went here because of a friends recommendation. I had my check engine light appear on my VW and Ive done pretty much everything and I dont see anything wrong with it. When I run the diagnostic it was pointing at the gas cap, but every time I reset it the light come back on. So I finally decide to take it to the professional just to be sure that Im not missing anything. I called and made an appointment. It was so easy and the person on the other line was very helpful. I made an appointment for the next day. As soon as I got there I was greeted by one of their mechanics and explained to me what they were going to do. A few minutes after, the lead mechanic went and talked to me. He explained everything to me and was straight to the point without any other hooplas. Apparently it was the gas cap so I just decided to have them replace the gas cap. It only cost me less than $150 dollars with the diagnostic and the gas cap. Thats pretty cheap compare to taking your car to the dealership which will cost you an arm or a leg. I highly recommend this place. They are experts when it comes to Audi and VW.

What an honest mechanic! My breaks were squeaking and I thought I needed new ones. Rather than just selling them to me, Feras told me there was still 6 months of life left. No charge for the inspection. Plus he gave me a free ride to and from the shop.

This review is long overdue so its a bit lengthy. I used to take my VW GTI to Radis on Sunset Blvd in Echo Park. My VW was turning into a nightmare at 80k miles and they took every opportunity to rip me off. I started looking elsewhere and found this shop through my boss. Its out of the way for me, but worth it. Right away Fares and his crew were friendlier, more experienced, more efficient, and more affordable. Radis would claim to know the problem and then my check engine light would come on two days later. European Auto Hause finds the issue right away without wasting my time and money. They dont push unnecessary repairs on you like most shops.Honestly, the only negative thing I can say is that Ive lost faith in VW cars and Im afraid that if I trade in my car Ill have to take the new one somewhere else. Hopefully Fares and his crew will work on my next car.
