Need to work on their customer service skills over the phone. Called to ask if they had a particular part and was immediately told “no I’m not a junk yard” and hung up on. A simple no ma’am we don’t carry that or something of the sort would have been more polite.

Best Parts House in Pasadena. Great service best prices.

Store is always making loud noises all day and they dump coolant, oil, nails and water, everywhere around the street willow which is so awful and affect the vehicles parked in front of their houses.

Let me put it as simple as this I live 15 minutes from Galveston and this is the only parts house I go too. If you cant find it they can! Great customer service great prices and always feels homely.
