No lines. I went in 20 minutes before closing and the guys behind the counter were just as thorough at helping me as they would be if they’d just opened. I also needed to return some items a few days later and I had my receipt and the card I used at original purchase. Everything went smoothly and funds were instantaneously refunded to my card! I was in and out within 5 minutes on a Sunday morning @ 10AM!!!

I called 3 times to get info on a part (see if it was in stock) I had the part number so it would have taken like 30 seconds. Each time I called I was put in hold for more than 10 minutes. Its ridiculous that you cannot look up a part number and give me a simple yes or no.their time management and customer service is not just lacking. Its not even there in the first place.

The hub always have what you need. The cable broke on my regulator on both front doors. I replaced it right in the parking lot under a tree

I just want to thank the manager Sam he went out his way to help me when I did not have my recipt. He looked up every time someone bought the part I was trying to return until he found my information and helped me get my money back. Thank you so much, especially because I really needed this money right now.

Employees are for the most part kind and courteous. Never had an issue here whatsoever.

They are always helpful and if they dont have a certain part they will find it for you.

Worst location of the 3 that I dealt with today. They didnt answer the phone and when I went in the lady was rude and condescending. Busy or not that is unacceptable. The location on preston and south more were busy as well and very professional.

Super bad attitude, the workers here, they dont help me, I have the engine light on, they told me it was a sensor and they didnt know which one, I need to go to a mechanic, I go to another. Autozone, and they told me exactly what was wrong with the car. I would like to make a complaint about them for their attitude towards me.

Bought a Gas Fuel Pump for $430 Gave them my number and they aperrently they Put it under someone else, same last name. But Sence I dint have the first name they dint want to replace the pump Wich had life time warranty . Wich was also under my Phone number.

Auto zone is a fine establishment that has a great selection of parts and accessories for your automobile. I know that because Ive been a mechanic for over 30 years and thats how long Ive been getting parts there.

Went in to get my battery checked and when we saw it was at 2.4V Raul (store manager) was extremely helpful. Pulled the old one from inside the fender well AND installed the new one for me, in the middle of the day in the heat. Will definitely be returning to this Autozone in the future, even if it is a little out of the way

If you happen to go to this location, avoid the little 5 foot short manager there. He makes everything complicated. When it comes to returning stuff or getting help on customer service, he will say he cant help you without question and that is their policy.

Paid for parts at another store had a lady checking people out and she refused to go get what we already paid for made us stand in line which was 10 people long I spend alot of money with auto zone but now I guess I will go to oreileys

Visited a couple weeks ago and they had a line of 12 people with only two people staffing the store. If youre current employees cant handle the load you should hire more people.

There’s a Hispanic older female who is never helpful. Every time and I mean EVERYTIME I go in there she’s rude and not helpful what so ever. She hufs and pufs about any question and everything. She’s plain out lazy if you ask me.

I don’t live around the area but my best friend works here and anything I need or unsure of a part she immediately takes care of it. This actually means a lot to me because I met my boyfriend at this location While passing out flyers for the restaurant I work at and that’s how it began.

Hours of operation say Monday through Saturday 6am to 11pm and Sunday 7am to 11pm, Im a shift worker got off work this morning got to autozone @545 waited till about 605am manager. Ame to door and said they are not quit open yet people running late and there are 3 people in store he said just wait a few minutes and shall I say Ive been up since 10am the day before and worked 12hr just to sit and wait to have battery checked its already 620 and still no help and doors still locked. You have hours of operation for a reason!!!

Always very frustrating to come to this store, theres always a big line and some of the people care more about their personal lifes than taking care of customers, its really upsetting to watch them on their cellphone talking about their personal lifes while waiting in line for 40 minutes

Autozone is great to buy parts.

Went there because I had obvious automotive needs. It was not even closing time and the doors were already locked. While at the door I was completely ignored. What was worse is that one of the managers was amongst them. I tried calling, and the phone was ignored as well. Terrible.

Came in to replace a car battery, Eamer took care of me right away, didnt give me the run around like other stores when it came time to honor the warranty on the battery.

Knowledgeable counter help especially when I have a different engine than the stock one. Good advice on just about every problem Ive had

07/05/17 I cant recall a bad experience with this store. The staff is generally helpful and professional. The wait at the registers can be frustrating if you are in the for something quick like a light bulb or tape.

The parking lot needed to be cleaned, there was a long line for people who needed to get assistance and the overall vibe was not a friendly one.

Not enough people on staff to help walk ins. dont get me wrong there are a lot of good people that work there and help in the store but theres sometimes not enough people available.

I have to say the problem I had with this place is probably not the place itself just the worker that helped me which does fall back on the place for hiring that person but Im going in circles. So I went in to get spark plugs for my g35 and I went in go them went home and started taking everything apart. I got to the point where I was ready to put the new spark plugs in and surprisingly to me there were not the right size fit for my car I dont really understand how that happened but i was disappointed. I go into a place like that relying on what the people gave me was the right thing. But maybe the store deserves more stars its just I took apart my car and put it back for nothing and now have to hold off on that job.

One Autozone is the same as the rest. Recommend calling ahead to make sure they have the part your looking for.

This review is for at least two locations. On a sunny mild Sunday afternoon working on my truck I realized that the engine fan I had mail ordered was not going to work with the clutch I had been given salvaged. I then went back to the Web to look what Auto Zone website had to offer and see where the stores that had my OEM part pick up in store option ...Seabrooks new Repsdorf location. Paid on the website and the fan was waiting for me @ the front for my ID match and the email on my phone. I then inquired with the Staff re: the clutch fit and located one in Pasadena by the hospital. He put it on hold while I drove to the other store. I picked it up and saved my day! All in a days work for them...but when I need the correct part or advice (& loaner tools too) I check with my local Auto Zone...even check different stores inventory.
