When I initially arrived it was a bit unclear who was able to help me or where to go as the service area was clearly understaffed. But, once I was assigned to Hector, it went great! Hector did a fantastic job getting my car serviced and made sure I was satisfied w/ my experience. He was friendly, competent and worked quick.

For 10 years Ive paid more to get my car serviced at Volvo across 4 states. This is the first dealership service center Ive gone to where I felt taken advantage of and ripped off. Overpriced and unnecessary service charges dont keep loyal customers. Wont be back!
I love this dealership Ive gotten my last three cars here not from convenience because its farther than two other dealerships from my house but you feel like you left with a good deal not getting scanned. The car salesman and the managers are all very honest and straightforward which I really like. Its a smaller dealership but I like that because youre not just another number. And of course I cant complain had the best deals compared to all the other dealerships I went to for all the cars that I leased .Rafiq was the sales associate and he know everything about the cars and he tried his best to get me the best deals he can.Thank you

We knocked off a star only because our call that the car was ready for pick up came close to the end of the day and we had to drop everything and rush over to get it before they closed. It would have been nice to have received an earlier call saying, it will be ready at such and such a time so we could have better prepared. Other than that, it was great!!

Na’eem went above and beyond my expectations. From our introduction through the end of the service I felt cared for and taken care of as a customer. There was a recall on my vehicle that I had not taken into time consideration and Na’eem made sure I had a vehicle ready to go. I was arriving late after service was closing for pick up and he made sure I would have my vehicle no problem upon return. Dealing with cold metal vehicles it is nice to be taken care of but such a warm person. This is why I drive a Volvo.

Dropped off our car on Wednesday for a couple of issues. Those concerns were addressed but when I went to pick up my vehicle it had another service message but I didnt have time to go back in. Called the service department and they sent a message to the Service Advisor didnt hear back in 5 hours so I had to call back. Spoke to my advisor and then the service desk to drop off and get a specific loaner car. Get there and waited a bit then they have the wrong car which was agreed on and RESERVED, not sure how its documented, communicated or logged but they didnt have it ready. Had to wait another 25 minutes for them to go get it and have it cleaned. A little frustrating. Hopefully the car is totally complete and 100% good to go.

This is for the service dept. I took my two Volvos here to finished the recall to replaced car door locks. They were work fast. But only thing I was not happy with was they did not put door panel back well. My BLIS panel really loose also. But my service adviser named Anthony who was professional and friendly. 4 stars recommend to use their service dept.

A 5 star Experience based on professional Customer service from the intake of the vehicle to parts ordering and timely delivery of end product .
My Volvo S60 t5 was the first Volvo I had ever owned...so, I was particular with who I left the repairs to. Money is tight, and that played on my mind. My car is a 2001 Model, less than 60k miles. It sat in storage for awhile, and that was a concern. I was right to have a concern, because shortly after purchasing this Volvo it had an oil leak. It was a drip at first, that became worse. I took it into Rusnak of Pasadena. Their first Quote was over 6k...they listed many things that they claimed I needed repaired, most of it unrelated to the leak. I questioned their integrity. We settled on the parts for the leak. Still, that was $3800. It hurt... What started with a drip of oil, turned into a Cam Shaft Seal, and many other parts. Its their Labor Assessment... Are their Techs that good? No, is my response. They tore down my car, put it back together, test drove it, and created another problem which they absorbed. Rusnak had my car for 3 weeks...did they offer me a daily-driver to get by? No. I used Uber for those days they had my car. Every couple days they communicated an excuse...till finally the day came when I was to pick up my car, but not without their Service Rep communicating another problem that would cost $616.00 to fix. In my head I was thinking they were trying to hustle me. My opinion is, of course, is not good for Rusnak Volvo. But, thats me. I did talk to one lady that was taking her car to Rusnak Volvo for 10 years. She was satisfied with the service...wow! But she was having only routine maintenance done in that span. I love my Volvo. The cost to fix it and keep it on the road, was never a problem - whatever it took. Its the way the whole process was...thats my problem. Their Representation, their Service...those are the things I look for, and I dont feel it was good. But, thats my opinion... Im giving Rusnak of Pasadena a 3 out of 5, and thats generous.

My service at this dealership has been exceptional since day one. However, I must give my most recent visit an 1 star because of the way I was treated by the cashier lady (Jeanette Gutierrez). I received a text to pick up my car and to expedite the process, I even paid online in advance. When I got to the cashier; Jeanette gave no acknowlegement that I was there even thought I was the ONLY person there. She also did not have her mask on and I had to say excuse me before she gave me eye contact/acknowledged i was there (remember i was just in front of her computer screen the entire time so theres no way she didnt see me). She finally put on her mask before speaking to me. The entire conversation she gave me no eye contact and very minimal acknowlegdement that i was there. She gave me a vibe that i was bothering her. After she pulled up all my info she asked me to wait outside for my car. I waited outside for 15 mins before going back inside to see why its taking so long. When i walked in she pretty much did the exact same thing (refuses to acknowledge me) and also had her mask off again. When i finally got her attention I asked her nicely to help me check on the status since its been over 15 mins. She gave me attitude this time and turned over with a very irritated attitude to try to find out whats going on. There happen to be a service gentlemen inside the office and she turned over to him with an attitude questioning wheres my car at. I find this extremely unprofessional and rude; especially when theres a customer present (not that is okay if theres no customers). If i didnt witness her mistreating her fellew coworker; i honestly wouldve thought it was racisim however it seems like shes just giving atittude to everyone regardless to who they are. I feel really disappointment with my past visit and i really hope my next visit will be better. I was very satisfied with Roman. He was very attentive the entire time. This one star is soley on the service i received from Jeanette. She was extremely rude/unprofessional and also didnt have her mask on.

We’ve spent about 6-9 months investigating which Volvo we wanted— so we were very educated buyers and we felt our purchase price was fair and the customer service was excellent! Christopher Harrison was extremely knowledgeable in the Volvo brand of cars! Nothing is more annoying than being more knowledgeable than the sales person about a car you are interested in! My experience at Volvo in Pasadena is always a pleasant one. From when I pull up withmy car to when my car is ready. It’s obvious everyone works unanimously to make us customers happy. Noticed a lot of their employees are long-term which says a lot about the dealership.

I bought 2020 range rover evoque from them last week and I was told that car was delivered to me by February 5th or 6th and today is February 7th still waiting for my car . Horrible service I been calling and all I heard is next day . Please guys whoever is buying from them dont trust their words. Really Really bad service. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Na’eem and the team looked after me in the service department with what I’d refer to as concierge type service . We have a 2019 V 90 CC and we really like it . One small annoyance has been the software which corrects the angles of the rear view side mirrors . The service team elevated the service need in order to get the issue corrected and now will actually replace the driver side mirror under warranty . These are machines and, as such, require intervention from time to time but the service team does everything possible to keep any disruption to a minimum . We really like Volvo’s and really, really like Rusnak !!! Thanks team . Randy Riggs

I guess car was bumped by someone in parking lot. No damage on bumper, but it pushed exhaust pipe out of place causing $3,200 of damage when bumper melted. Very disappointed in Volvo purchase and fragility of my new car.
