Highly recommend, great customer service!A few months back we bought my wife and a new car and wanted a DVD player installed. Stopped in and they told me that with covid they havent been able to get the DVD player the normally install so they recommended another highly reviewed model. It was installed and I immediately noticed issues with the player itself. I reached out to the manufacturer about the issues and called Absolute style. They told me if you dont hear back from the manufacturer and its not resolved, call us, we guarantee our work and products. The company never called me back. Absolute, in the mean time was able to get the DVD player they have always used back in stock. They called me up, had me drop off the van again and replaced the bad player with the new one. Works great. Quiet happy kids for long road trips!

Matt was Great, they installed a Kicker Stereo kit on my Motorcycle, I went back to them for an Install of a remote starter for my Toyota Truck. Both Jobs were Completed in a Professional Manner. Took a while each time to get an appointment but was Worth the wait. These guys know their stuff, check them out.

Clean amp install and great job tinting my front windows to match the factory rear tint

Drove from Annapolis to see what they could do for my 1999 Mercedes SLK 230. They told me that my radio would be impossible to replace with an aftermarket one. Went to Insane Audio and they successfully replaced my Mercedes original with a nice Pioneer while keeping the original in tact and my dash clean. Too bad.

I took my husband’s 2013 Tundra to get windows tinted, new radio installed, and a back-up camera as a surprise. They were quick and efficient with everything. When I went to pick the truck up, the owner explained everything they did and then explained how the radio worked, etc. My husband was so surprised and LOVED (and still does) everything. The tint looks AMAZING too.

Something is off here at this place. Went there to get my window tint situation rectified, removed and replaced for MVA inspection, was told I would get a discount but honestly, it wasnt much of a discount. Told I would have to prepay for the install because he didnt want to give me a discount on the removal of I was going to skip out and not get the reinstall. While I was there he told another customer that you have to put down a deposit for an appointment to make sure you show up. I ended up making an appointment for my tint the next morning, but he didnt ask me to leave a deposit. Good thing because I showed up at 9 am and no one was there. They were late to work. Waited until 9:15 and left, went down the road to BTG and got my tint taken care of for a very great price and much better customer service. This guy seems like hes having financial issues and is very disorganized. He gets overwhelmed by customers. Dont see him lasting much longer. I know I wont be back.

Owner is about his business...great install...detected issue couple weeks later...my fault...who knows...he explained and replaced...he took the hit...customer service awesome here...place very clean...looking dor audio or appearance upgrades...give them a shot...I know Im going back...Camaro brotha

I had my front two windows tinted on my F150. Tints look real good. These guys were on schedule and did a great job. Matt runs a good shop and they were hustling. I’ll be back here def again for some level kit help and other work.

The manager (Kyle) is super knowledgeable and is always there to help you out (I dont think he ever goes home). Ive had several different things done at this shop from suspension to window tint and the work is always top notch. They ensure you are happy with the work before you leave and spend additional time with you to show you how things function. Overall I believe 5 stars is warranted, I would give more if I could!

I have waited a month before posting this, as I was told the shop would be making right on their situation. I have had no updates and had to correct everything, myself. A couple months ago I bought a Certified, just off lease, out-of-state vehicle that needed tint removal to pass Maryland State Inspection. I was told if I wanted to get a package deal for removal and install, they had a special. I opted to get the deal as it SEEMED to save a little money, at the time. The tint removal process went extremely well, in and out, with no marks and you could not even tell that there was anything on the windows prior, this is the reason for the 2nd star.Here is where things get interesting. After passing MSI, waiting for the title, and finally getting tags about 3 weeks later, I made an appointment to have tint reinstalled. I dropped my car off in the morning, just at opening, and had a call about 3 hours later that everything was finished. Upon return, since I had already paid nearly a month prior, I just took my keys and left. I drove for about 2 minutes and realized there was a MAJOR scratch on the steering wheel that was not there a few hours before. I immediately returned to the store to show them what happened and was curious about what can be done to fix this small issue. This is when Matt OBryon (the owner) comes out to take a look. He then proceeds to get argumentative and aggressively tells me What are you gonna do about it? You can never prove that was me. Its not worth my time to fix that over a tint job. Its a Certified car you cant prove it wasnt there before. You just want to try and get over on me. In my opinion, he seemed very flustered and just kept grabbing at straws trying to cover his mistake.I then explained that the scratch wasnt there just hours before and I asked him to make right on the situation. He then proceeded to keep arguing with a customer (me) that I cant lose money even though it was their fault. After he calmed down and stopped throwing a tantrum, he claimed he would get a new steering wheel for me, within a week, and make it right. It has now been over a month, they are still open and operating every day, and I have had no update to the situation.I have now had to go back to the dealer and get a new steering wheel installed to make right on their mistake. It is something that was bothersome as every time I drove the car I could feel the scratch right where I grab with my left hand. Of course this was all on my time and dime, with Matt still not giving any update on the situationNow lets talk about the quality of the tint. After having it installed, I did not roll my windows down for at least a week to ensure a quality adhesion. I even locked the windows and put painters tape for extra precautionary steps that there were no mistakes in the waiting process. Between my family and friends, I have seen over 1000+ tinted vehicles up close and in-person (I was extremely active in the Honda/Acura scene, at one point), and this is by far the ABSOLUTE worst I have seen. My car is a sedan and with the mini sections, 9 panels were tinted, in total. 6 of the 9 panels have imperfections, in some way. Some have bubbles in the corners where it seems it wasnt pressed down all the way, one panel has visual distortion (one on a stationary window so no chance its from going up and down), there is even a decent sized strand of hair in one of the sections.Lets recap; tint removal was the only positive part of this experience, install is atrocious looking, and the shop is not taking responsibility for their mistake of scratching my leather steering wheel. I have had to get a new steering wheel and install (at the dealer) from this and I now have to go get the tint taken off and reinstalled, elsewhere, to correct the job. I made the mistake of going here for a quick off/on tint and now will end up paying for 2 on/off tint jobs and a new steering wheel before this is over.Edit: claims to have called me multiple times. Not one time did he. Pics up of damage/tint. And Im out extra cash

Great shop. I took my 2 door regular cab ram 2500 there for tint. The gentlemen did his best but my truck had some issues causing the film to not adhere properly. They re-assured me that they will make it right. I dont care about having to go back twice. It speaks wonders though about this little shop that they really stand by their work and guarantee your satisfaction. I wish more places were this honest and upfront about their business and services. Will go back again just for the customer service and them standing by their word.

Absolute and its staff are just great! I just had a 4 channel amp installed in my yukon and bill did the install. Hes did a Great clean install as well as made adjustments to my mono amp for my subwoofer.. Long story short its sounds amazing! I couldnt be happier!! Thank you bill and absolute.. I Took my truck for tint. They did a great job. While I was there, I noticed them installing a new sound system on a boat. I ended up taking my boat to them for all new sound system. Couldnt believe the difference in sound from old stuff to the new. Its freakin LOUD AND CLEAR! Great job to Matt and his team!

Had my 2015 Silverado tinted here. They did an excellent job. No problems as of yet. They finished in about two hours. Little pricey but worth it with the end result.

I used to go to Carworx. Now I come here. They sell you what you need, not what makes them the most profit. Secondly, Matt is very reasonable to work with. Granted they are usually busy so make an appointment, dont just show up and expect them to drop what theyre doing to put you ahead of everyone else because thats not how a business should work. I had tint done on my car, very specific requests, which they were able to accomplish. I also had rain guards installed. The gentleman who did my tint, Nick, is a pro. I tried very hard to find any little detail he missed but nothing. The car was spotless with no mess, all the interior was in mint condition still as It should be when you first buy a new car. Nick was very careful and treated my car like his own. Its very hard to find a good place with someone who has a serious passion for the work they do and not someone who just rushes and makes mistakes because they want to go to lunch or get done work for the day.

Brought my car in for window tinting. The guys there knew what they were talking about and gave me details about different kinds of tints. I only went in to get some info, but ended up getting the job done on the spot. Luckily there was a cancellation so I didnt have to set up an appointment. They put a movie on (you can guess the title) and we chatted until it was done. Good guys, good atmosphere, good experience. Now well see how the product holds up.

Spent about $5000 with them and just felt like a number. When I went back to address problems from their work I was asked to make an appointment a week out on stuff that should have been right the first time. I ended up going to another audio place to spend another $2000 to fix the system and screwed up wiring done by Absolute. All this within months of having new stuff installed at Absolute I had to replace head unit, wiring, new 2nd battery, backup camera and much more. I would not trust them with any vehicle. Go elsewhere for better service and support!

We bought a stereo system for our car and hand it installed and had a wonderful experience. We just bought another stereo system for my daughters car at Absolute. I would highly recommend them.

Get a detailed receipt so they dont try to charge more after work is done like they did with me after already paying. All because the owner Matt messed up and got the wrong tires first time.Update, response from owner are lies. I went in person and talked to him personally about the tires and installing them on my wheels. He even asked if the wheels had old tires on them and I told him they did not because the wheels were brand new.

Mostly good experience. Price was fair, staff nice but I did need to return to have sonething adressed that was not done right the first time. That said he took care of it right away.

Tints always look great and they fully back their work.

Best customer service ever!I Have a 2011 Crown Vic and was putting in a new radio to replace the crappy stock one. I Was having a hell of a time finding the wiring harness. I went to pep boys, us audio and Wal-Mart trying to find it. My friend told me to check out Absolute, and Im glad I did. A younger guy helped me (I didnt get his name) He tried to look it up on the computer and in a catalogue, had no luck with either. So instead of telling me no good, he came out to my car and helped me pull my radio to take a look at the harness. Once he saw it, he walked back to the shop and less then a min late walked out with a Metra harness that was the perfect fit. He didnt charge me anything except for the harness. I know where Im going for all my audio needs!

They put a window tint strip across the top of my front window, it looks great plus it really helps me on sunny days. Very friendly staff.

I purchased and had my XM radio installed at some place in Westminster. When I needed it checked out, they basically told me my unit was old and blew me off. And lost a piece on the floor of my car that I had to go find later.....***The genial front desk guy helped diagnose the problem with me for atleast 5 minutes. ANDREW at Absolute fixed my wiring before I even had a chance to explore the store. The issue that Ive been suffering for several months was fixed in under 10 minutes and cost me about the price of a 30 rackExcellent Service and Very Affordable.THANK YOU!!

If i could give it 10 stars i would. Matt was awsome i got a set of 18s put on my car and about a week later i noticed it was hitting the tire when i had people in the back of my car so i gave matt a call he made a appointment for me to come in and drop my car off and he took care of the problem for me so i will be returning when im ready for a stereo system and whatever else i need because i really like that if i had a problem it was addressed and not being put off like ha ha i got your money now its your problem so Matt thank you for everything and i will being seeing you guys shortly when im ready to pick out a systemThank you,Kevin

I wasn’t happy at first, but after speaking with Matt, it wasn’t their work, but the manufacturer, regardless, he got very annoyed, almost angry and very defensive, not good customer service, made me feel uncomfortable and not likely to come back, which is a shame because I have more things that I would like to have done.

Had to bring my vehicle back 3times and the installed item still wouldnt work.
