I dont know why this place has so many bad reviews. They must have gone on the wrong day of the week or something. They treated me fine. I went on a Saturday morning and got the part I was looking for to fix my brothers car. I returned a second time later in the day and got a connection I needed. They didnt even charge me the second time. The guys who pull the parts are nice and work hard to pull the parts you need. I suggest you give them a tip.
Found parts through car-part.com and was told shipping wouldnt be a problem. Filled out the forms and got everything paid for and waited a week. Called and was told it would be shipped out that day...it never happened. Called again a week later and asked for a refund and was told that wouldnt be a problem and they would take care of it by the next day...it never happened. Ended up having to dispute the transaction with my credit card company to get my money back. Would rate 0 stars but they were always polite when I called so that was a plus but having to fight for a refund for parts I never received is definitely 0 star territory.

The worst ever, I were dealing with sales man name Jash as I remember. He was so unprofessional. He want me to pay tip for him and for the guy in the back to take off the parts for me otherwise I have to wait. My order was over 1000$, so when I refuse to pay the tips, they made me wait more than 2 hours and at the end, he got me the wrong part and he said did you tell the guy out side what part to take off for you. It’s unbelievable, they want to make money under the table

I bought left front door and left fender for my Kia Sportage it was red color I call this place and I ordered those two parts from a sale guy his name is Fernando and paid $623.00 n guest what I got the parts but in different color so I send them back and now it’s almost three week they said they will give me money back but still haven’t got back this junk yard is not good guys stay away from this place especially Fernando. His a lier his a thief and he will give you back attitude worst customer service you can ever imagine.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM, THEY’RE OBVIOUSLY A TIME WATERS ONLY IF YOU SPEAK SPANISH. IS A SHAME THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 4 HOURS SEEING PEOPLE THAT CAME AFTER ME LEFT ME BEHIND JUST BECAUSE I DONT SPANISH.
Do not waste your time. After calling ahead and having an advertised part placed at will call we arrived later in the day and spoke with the same person, Fernando, who had supposedly pulled the part already. Just to clarify, we were willing to pay the advertised price and did not haggle the price. He stated it just needed to be grabbed from the shelf. After waiting 20 minutes they were still unable to provide the part. There was no line or back up at the counter and numerous employees were present. When we spoke with Fernando again he told us that he could not grab the part himself (although he was playing on his phone and sitting behind the counter). He then said that we would have to keep waiting maybe another 10 minutes. In todays world time is money. We ended up leaving without the part due to the poor service and complete laziness of their staff.
Needed a tail light assembly. I live 200 miles from this business. They were the only people that had the part. Called and spoke to Mike. He shipped the part to me very quickly. Sadly, the assembly was without the bulb. Called Mike and he was awesome about it. He refunded me the cost of a new bulb. I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend.

(The only reason Im giving them one star is because Google wont let me post the complaint without doing so.) This company does not honor there customers. I went to purchase an ABS pump for almost $600 for a 4runner but they gave me the wrong part. They gave me the part for a 2001 4runner. Since they didnt give me the correct part the first time and didnt tell me that, there was no need for me to trust that they would give me the correct part the second time. When I called to explain the first time the person I Spoke with simply said well they dont give you your money back. The second person I spoke to said well this may not be the correct part but we now have another one we can give you. I said no I want my money back. I had my 3 mechanics, whove been working on trucks for 40 years call and explain but they didnt even answer the phone for him. They just let the phone rind and then once they answered they didnt let him explain and simply told him thats being taken care of right now. He said well we dont do that. I can understand if I simply changed my mind. But they gave me the wrong part. PERIOD. I should be able to give my money back instead of store credit. They are more willing to hold on to that $600 one time rather than have a customer for life who could spend much much more money than that over the long term.
Ive been using them for years with great results. Only ever had one issue with a part not working and they took care of me. The wait here can be long, prices are good, peoples attitude is ok until someone needs an exchange or refund and then they are not so nice. In the end tho, still going back but having and testable parts immediately tested before purchase

My first time there I called them they said they had the part I needed which they told me yes then I got out there and the task of trying to locate the vehicle turned out to be a long and difficult task, once the vehicle was located on their lot it turned out they didnt have the part after all, on the vehicle.My second visit there was more fruitful and I located a couple of parts such as two brake caliper bolts and a small plastic footrest that goes to the interior drivers kick panel, only drawback was they have a $20 minimum charge no matter how small a part you need so keep that in mind. The upside is they have a man that pulls parts for you, so theres no lugging your tools in and getting yourself down on the ground and dirty
If half a star existed in this system Id give them that instead of a one star. walked in just for a single part an ask if they had the part. They said they would look into it and told us they would find the part for us. Spent half an hour there and finally got some type of service went to the back only to show us broken parts that we needed that were no use to us and call it a day. If yall have a least a bit question to be answered atlas is not the place.
Francisco helped me out and was extremely polite and professional. Just dropped the engine in so we will see how that side of things go. But so far highly recommend!

Meh, not that great. They might be good to people who are repeat customers or that run shops, but if youre just another customer they really could give a damn in giving you accurate information or keep you waiting. Went there for a part. They didnt want to confirm if they had it. They said I had to come by. Drove an hour there and they drive me out to the car to find it wasnt there (literally just took 2 minutes to drive there and look).
Do not come here!! They in the business of selling parts. Worst customer service ever. Do not buy from here. Just go to the dealership, or actual part store with warranties. Don’t waste your time.

Its more easy get help by phone, than stand front of these guys, terrible customer service after 5 min. standing up on front desk I ask for help and the fat guy seating on the right corner (by the way he was eating)just point his finger to the other guys, like dont care about business,thats sucks.I ask for what I need, and they wrote on a paper and pin up on a board, so when someone its available then look up for the part I need. spent about 1 hr.a and nothing they too lazy and eating all the time.never come back to this place.

Unbelievable. The employees are really rude, eat food as theyre talking to you, and one of them even threatend me on the phone today. It took 4 trips and the cops involved to finally get a working part. 1st time THEY had sold me the wrong part. I called them and they tell me to come back and theyll have the part waiting, but i ended up waiting almost 2 hours for the part to be pulled. When I bring it to my mechanic he said i got a bent part. I go back, this time complaining to them and asked for some type of a discount (mind you I live in Katy, an hour away) its not our fault, these things happen all the time at junk yards is what one of the worker told me and was given none. when I bring it to the shop this morning, the machanic again said the part they sold me was defective. I call to speak to the supervisor but he avoided all my calls throughout the day. One of the employee said well refund the money but when I got there today they refused to give me a refund or even exchange it and ignored me after. Once I called the police, they finally gave me a working part. Big waste of time, never again.

A huge waste of time. I bought a cylinder head from them. When I took it to have it checked, I was told the head was extremely warped and the bottom was shaved to the point that it just couldnt be used no matter what. When I called to see about another head or a refund, the guy told me I can take another change but its 50/50 I might get the same thing. I told him Ill just take the refund and buy a new one rather than waste time and money. No problem with that guy. When the head was returned (my wife took it back) he (the FAT MEXICAN GUY that sit at the front desk) tried to lie and say the place where I had the head checked (Scroggins) took the valves out and replaced them with bad ones. His reason was, Those valves are hard to come by. He also said he wouldve never sold me a head in that condition. Well, he DIDNT sell me the head. Another person at the counter did. He was sitting next to the guy that sold the head during the transaction.My question is why would a replicable business like Scroggins, thats been in business for God knows how long, pull a stunt like that? Its a machine shop. They can get those parts all day. What a lie he tried to pull. Ive bought those valves before. I can post SEVERAL sites where I can buy those valves with no problem. He gave me the refund but the lie he tried to pull before hand wasnt good business practice. Needless to say, Ill NEVER buy parts from that place again. This isnt over.

Theres a big white guy that sits on the right of the office, I came in asking if they take in broken down vehicles, and I wasnt even wanting money for it. His first abrupt response was were not buying anymore cars, right after I waited infront of his desk obviously waiting for him to assist us; was there for 15 minutes, he knew we were there for him. I didnt mind his response at all, what bothered me is his negative attitude towards my mom, and I. So I walked out and asked one of the employees if they were taking in cars, they said yes, and warned me about how that dude is.Idk why he is still working there with such a poor sense of attitude, I really hope he moves on to a better job where he doesnt give customers a hard time. That was the worst customer service Ive ever had, even including the fast food mess ups. I hope someone addresses this issue.

I explain my position as a consumer, and he says that I need to make up my mind before he choose not to sell it to me. He then goes further with his rudeness to say he can easily sell the broken part online for $200.00, (more than it cost). Ok, Ill bite the bullet because at this point I need the part. Now, all of a sudden they only take cash! Run to the ATM, call back because I had a question. Another guy answers, hes even more rude than Jose and proceeds to tell me that he clocked out over 11 minutes ago! Well, why did you answer the phone ignorant if you werent interested in working! Customer service is a level 0 there! Buyer beware and pay attention to ratings! Read them thoroughly! I wouldnt send anyone their way and you all shouldnt either! Oh, kicker part, after all the ripping and running.... they do take credit cards! 😡
A bunch of thieves and liers..they are charging a service fee if you use the debit car..the fee they suppose to pay to the bank they are charging it to the customer..also, I did order a part and thwy kept telling me for a weel that it was delivered, but the part never left the yard..Do not buy from this place in Pasadena.
Shady Business. I call them on the phone was quoted a price, however when I sent my son in get the part they charged him a different price. I talked to the guy i spoke to on the phone and he conveniently forgot our conversation. Please use caution, and please go down the street.

09/24/16 makes it the 3rd time i was at thos place to buy a part. I called them an hour before coming. Waited 2 hours and they came out without the part. I have to go to the next part store which took only 5 mins to het the part. Horrible people, all they do is eat food all day and lazy around the desk. This is my 3rd bad experience and my last one. Because Im done with them.
This place is a JUNK YARD. your probably better off going to an actual garbage dump and finding your own car parts there! My parents had TERRIBLE customer service, mike even told my mom f**k you then for leaving a negitave review after demanding her to take it off afterwards. Shaking my head at the unprofessional behavior taking place in this business. Youll have to wait around for an hour and watch them all eat too before they can even get to you. Please save your money thay have no cule what they are doing litrally just spend 2 hours there waiting on my car AND THEY PUT THE WRONG PART ON IT! Wish I can give a zero star. Wasted my time BIG time. Make you wait there for 2 hours for nothing. You have to be there for the part to be pull even if there are like 100 people in front of you?? What kind of business is this? I left because I didnt know that today was so busy and I have my kid with me so after 2 hours I asked was my order being pull? Carlos said oh man you have a lot of people in front of you.... there was only 3 customers left there.We went home then called back an hour later to have the part pull before I cameto pick up and explained what happened they even have the nerve to call me BullS***. What#$%$.My kid was at the dentist from 11am to 2pm so he was mad. I went there right after 2:10 I told them what I needed and asked how long was the wait and to see If I can go grab something to eat and be right back. Carlos said the wait was 45 minutes so I told him Ill be back in 30. I came back ~30 minutes later just to hear him explain that I HAVE TO BE THERE so wasted 30 minutes and started over. Then we sat and wait for more than an hour and that was when he said I have a tons of people in front of me (only 3 left) so I just left at almost 4pm.This is the BS they give - If they pull a part and dont get pay they get in trouble because they pull it for nothing. But our 2 hours WAS FOR NOTHING. But what if you are there and the parts is not the right parts or is BROKEN when pulled and they already pulled it then YOU ARE PAYING for it one way or another.But the most important thing as a business owner I learnt is CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT I called back and asked politely to have the part pull before I come.
