Came in on one of the few days a year I get off as a truck driver. Spent about 10 minutes inside getting not talked too by anyone. Was looking for a good new laptop since I cant send one to my address, as my address is a permanently moving 12,000 pound semi. Oh well. Ill go spend $2k-$5k somewhere else my next off day in 7 months.This taught me not to go into Best Buys anymore though. Never make that mistake again.

Scheduled an installation 5 days in advance and took time off from to be told I wasn’t scheduled because the person the ppl that do the scheduling work from home and mess up all the time.I try my best to stick to local businesses and the one time I don’t I get reminded why local businesses are the way to go.Thanks Best Buy for not caring snit your customers.

The sales rep got the sale he needed but has now lost a loyal customer. Blatantly lied to make a sale, told me the product had features it doesnt, sold me add on items for the product that werent compatible and when I tried to return the add-ons was only offered store credit and now that I want to buy the product that does what I want they wont even exchange this one (which cost less than the upgraded one I was willing to pay for) overall not happy and will be making a video to let my followers know not to deal with yall

Went in to buy a TV probably between 1,000 and 1500 had three or four of the 21 22 22-year-old standing around their little kiosk high-fiving each other and telling jokes and looking at their phones not one of them offered to help me finally after about 30 minutes one guy came back from lunch and asked me if I needed help and I said youre the first person who asked me. By that point I had had enough I just wanted to get out of there. One kid walked by six times and I finally said can you help me and he says what do you need to dude. I told him Ive watched him walk back and forth six times and he never offered to help and he said oh its all cool. No its not cool very not cool the words to say where Im sorry is there anything I can do to help you and make it up to you for a poor customer service. Ill buy my TVs somewhere else in the future and encourage others to do the same.

Went to grab a phone screen protector and the protector did not work. Paid $30 just to throw it in the trash. Usually have a better experience with the products here and Im pretty sure it was the same tempered glass protector from before but it didnt work this time. I wish it hadnt been such a disappointment.

I compared laptops on my own because the employees aren’t very helpful. The laptop I decided to buy was on display but not available in the store, so I had to wait for the order to arrive days later. It was supposed to be 3 days later but was delayed with no ETA. I asked to make payments for the laptop from my bank debit card but the employee set up an application for a Best Buy credit card instead.

There is no way to talk directly to anyone at the store...over an hour on the phone with someone that has a strong accent and no help, no hope. Service for Best Buy has gone downhill....I guess they have farmed customer service out to another call center, not in the USA...they should be ashamed....

If I could rate this store with a 0 stars I will, just went todas to return or exchange a NEW PRINTER(bought it on July 7 ) and just stop working which makes non sense not even a month later it does NOT WORK, so the just have 0 costumer service, 0 empathy and don’t care about costumer, not even had the courtesy to see what was the problem with the item just tell me that it was past the return window ( 15 days)And they can not help me in any way, in other words they don’t care about you been a client, Please this is a new item sold by BEST BUY!!!!Please do your self a favor and find an other store even WALTMART will do more to help you !!!

Went there looking at laptops for my boy. The sales rep was very helpful in digging up info about the 3 comps we were considering as far as upgrades possible. While we didnt, infact, find what we needed in store we did end up buying one online from them. My only thought is that I wish the carried more AW laptops in store. Id recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. In July we had purchased a refrigerator and was expected to deliver to my old address so I went to bestbuy store so they can help me change the address for new delivery date and address and the “manager” ARIANA was having trouble changing the address several times so she got desperate and CANCELED MY ORDER without my permission and try to order it AGAIN without my permission or without asking me :) so she told me the fridge have been sold from the warehouse within minutes! Bc it didn’t show in the system. I called the guy that was going to deliver the fridge and he said he left it in the warehouse yesterday night. So now nobody can help me deliver my fridge because ARIANA CANCELED my order so now I don’t have no fridge that i have desperately waited for almost 2 months and she offered to order it again and wait another 2 months:)

Spent over $1000 on a camera and was promised I was buying a replacement warranty, only to find out when it did break it had to be sent for repair. Extremely dissatisfied with the communication when purchasing my camera. Been 10 days and still no update on the status of my repair. Be mindful when purchasing these warranties, Amazon would have been a better option. This is why big box stores continue to struggle, customer service is diminishing at a rapid pace!

Spent 20 years in the Air Force and retired. Worked as as office medical manager 27 years also retired from this as well. I understand management very well. So I went to the Best Buy off Fairmont Parkway. There I went to look at televisions. The salesperson Otis helped in my search. In speaking with him i found him to be very knowledgeable in his position. So much I have to say he was very impressive. Best Buy has an excellent example of representation of this store. He showed the quality, knowledge kindness, and customer service we need as customers. Thank you Otis for being there as I will return and refer others to Best Buy

The floor staff didnt even bother asking me if I needed any help, despite my obvious, frantic search for a replacement Bluetooth headset. One of the guys was chatting with the security guy at the front and probably talking about how I am all over the place, but didnt once consider asking me if I needed any help. I got more help from the Gulf Gate location than the way the staff works here at this Pasadena location on Fairmont Parkway.

I was a little saddened when I realized after coming back a few times that they no longer sell cds. Either way I like how they have streamlined their set up in the store. The in store pick up options are great as well as the curbside option. I always find myself taking mental notes of what I need to come back for.

Purchased a dishwasher here, bought it as a scratch and dent off the floor, we also purchased the additional insurance in case something happened. Well, after owning the dishwasher for only about a year maybe two we started having a leak from underneathit! the first time we called to use our insurance and had the Geek Squad come out they gave us excuses excuses about the part, that It needed to be replaced and how it was on backorder. It took a month to get the dishwasher repaired. Now less than two months later the same issue is reoccurring we called for The Geek Squad to come again and its the Same Song & Dance. They came out and yes, we need the same part again. Guess what, yes its on backorder. So many excuses and now its going to be another three weeks before the part is in stock to come out and fix the dishwasher. I will never ever never ever never never purchase from Best Buy again. The Geek Squad and their service is the worst!

Dont buy Geek Squad warranty they hide important information! Bought an Samsung Active 2 watch with extended warranty ($59.99). I brought the watch to Best Buy because is not holding a charge anymore. Geek Squad will send it to their repair store in Kentucky and will take 5-8 weeks!

Bust buy had a 40 tv on sale i wanted. A young lady helped me find it. I had back surgery 3 weeks ago so I had to ask her to carry it up front for me. I am 66 300 lbs. The young lady was 5 tall. I told her how ridiculous it looked me walking behind her while she was carrying the TV. She gave me a beautiful smile and said, no worries thats what I am here for. Best Buy on Fairmount is the best!

Tried to call 30 minutes before they closed, because thats when I got out of work, only for NOBODY to pick up the phones.
