Very pleasant experience. I was assisted by Nyedi G, knowledgeable, helpful friendly, not pushy, explained pro/con/benefits. Purchased an LG Dryer. Installation was 3 days later(Labor day). Install6was scheduled from 1 to 5, Techs called, arrived @ 11a. Old dryer removed 4 a fee. Technicians Chrustian & Dannywere friendly, courteous, respectful of property, cleaned up, explained functions. When I smelled gas, he explained that was normal after installing, showed me the lines were secure & smell would dissipate

Had a great experience here over Memorial Day. Neydi was helpful, kind & patient as we sorted through their catalog & floor models to find just what we wanted. She explained all of our various options & went the extra mile to help us find a really great deal through the manufacturer. Months later I am thrilled with our purchase & still love our appliances. I feel like Neydi helped us make informed choices & guided us through the whole process painlessly. I will definitely be back when we need a new washer & dryer. I trust them & highly recommend their personal & attentive service.

I had a great experience at this store, my salesperson Ricardo was outstanding, he was professional and knowledgeable. He explained with Covid that there would be a delay in some products arriving on time and though frustrating I understood. The showroom is quite large and staffed with friendly employees the guys at the customer service desk were also great and explained everything fully, though I was intimidated since they both seem to spend all their off time at the gym. I will definitely come back to buy some bathroom fixtures as soon as I can. At the counter they made me feel safe by literally disinfectant every surface I came near! Keep it up guys!

Awese pace to buy thermador appliances

I agree with the other reviews. Unfortunately, at this place customer service ends when you pay them. Then you will never hear from them again. Probably the result of being bought out by big box store Best Buy. They don’t even have a direct phone number anymore. Prepare to wait on hold while you navigate an endless robot call answering system. Anyway. On to the merits. I bought a range and hood and fridge. Nothing was delivered on time. The hood was delivered cracked and it took another month for them to get me a replacement. And they simply refused to bring the fridge inside. I mean really. There are a lot of appliance stores out there. Save yourself some headache and keep shopping around. Don’t come here.

Always great appliances and PRICES

I can honestly say Ive never had such a great experience buying new appliances. Dealing with Richard was a pleasure. He was patient and informative. I looked at so many models almost all of them before setting my sights on the LG set. I had been needing to replace my appliances for a while and Richard was so good I wish I needed more. I will definitely be back and Ive told all my family to go to Pacific Sales! Richard and Erick even put it in my truck while I watched! Five star treatment all the way!

Laura of plumbing department was so helpful, well informed, and showed us various faucet products to match what we need. Laura worked patiently with us to identify the best options for our bathroom. She arranged timely deliveries for our orders and followed up with us to ensure customer satisfactory. Later on we found out there were a couple parts missing when our plumber tried installing the shower sets, but Pacific Sales was closed temporarily in April. We reached out to Laura and she helped us to get through manufacturer to send out missing parts. I would recommend her if anyone buys plumbing fixtures.

Always been great to us. Bought out new refrigerator from them because the door cracked on our old GE. Salesperson Chris Dickinson was great and honest about the fact that all refrigerators are built with designed obsolescence in mind.

Pacific Sales is basically a small, incompetent group of sales people combined with the even worse customer service of Best Buy. They think that the sale ends when they get their money. The delivery team also has a set of complex rules and procedures that prevent them from delivering, but do not mention any of these things ahead of time. I would skip this place and go to Sears or MD Appliances in La Canada.

Great store, nice sales team. Mister Michael was very nice with me. When Im back from NY, I will be asking for him to help me with final selection of fridge and oven package.

Michael is the best. I had ordered a side-by-side built in KitchenAid refrigerator from another vendor. On delivery day, they said it would take 10 more days!. I called Michael at Pacific Sales and they had it installed in two days!!! Expert assistance, expert installers--could not have had a better experience. Thank you!

Be careful of what they tell you . Especially Delivery and installation department. 1 st dont show up, no call. second time late 3 hours. and had to call more then 6 x to get to talk to a real person . Never go back again. very unhappy.

I dont normally like writing reviews for chains, but was amazed that this place got only 3 stars. I cant speak to their phone skills, but every time Ive been into the store theyve been great. Our sales guy worked with us to outfit our whole kitchen. They beat all amazon prices, and even found ways to save us money on top of that. When we had issues with an item, they assisted getting us in touch with the warranty department. All in all, it was a great experience.Ask for Wilson!

I had a great experience from start to finish this week. Our compact washing machine failed over the weekend after 15 years of service, so I had to find one that fit under the counter. There are not that many to choose from.I thought I found one at Pacific Sales online that I wanted, but the salesman on the phone pointed out that it was 240 V not 120 V and then pointed out a better newer cheaper model.I ordered it from him on the phone, he gave me a delivery date of Thursday between noon and four, and the guys were there with the washing machine at 12:30 on Thursday. It was up and running within an hour.So, to sum it up, not only would I recommend Pacific Sales to anybody reading this, but I now have clean socks and underwear.

Fabulous Sales floor where you can compare everything.. open/close it all, look in the ovens and dishwashers, and a sales staff who are kinda into what they do. I bought some appliances here and had them delivered. The delivery truck HIT my retaining wall and tore down the cable line that runs to my house when he was leaving. I called Pacific Sales to complain and was completely brushed off. They bounced me around to different people and then gave me a number to call. After calling that number for months and not getting a response, I sent them a letter. They immediately sent me a certified letter denying the claim without even investigating it! The denial letter didnt even give a reason for denying the claim and told me to take them to court if I wanted to pursue the issue! Wow! Thats a new low for customer service. Its not even customer service, its just taking responsibility for the damages your employees cause. You better get a really good price on anything you buy here, because you arent getting any customer service to go with it.

They wont tell you upon purchase that installation and delivery are two different partys. And when your ask them why was i not informed they get upset like your supposed to know this like i have nothing better to do then just sit there and understand how there system works worst customer service ever eric (the manager) takes about 40 minutes to and hour to even get on the phone if you have an issue) but is super duper quick to get on the phone when its time to take your money 🤔🤔.Moral of the story is this place garbage dont waste your time or money unless your looking for a heart attack.

Never, ever again to deal with incompetent people. Every order I have made with them was messed up.Latest, 5/6/2017, I picked up 2 toilets, ordered e weeks ago. The plumber opened boxes and I have received 4 bowl and no tanks. Calling multiple times the pacific sales customers service and every time there is a different answer. Ridicoulus. I have dealt with 3 stores and results are always the same. ZERO STARS. NOT RECOMMEND TO GO TO ANY PACIFIC SLAES STORE.
