We visited with Jamie at the Pasadena location but ended up buying from Home Depot for their military discount (which doesn’t apply to sale items — and everything’s on sale, so never mind). We should’ve stayed with Jamie. After some problems with Home Depot, we were left without a fridge and looking for someone who’d deliver fast. We went back to Jamie, and he hooked us up with a better fridge and it was delivered the next day without issue. And they had it up and running and were gone in 15-20 minutes. We’re definitely going back to them future — we were fools not to in the first place!

Awesome service. Very friendly and very knowledgeable.I had to change my review after the install. The sales staff are awesome. However, that is where the excellent service ended. The came to install the dishwasher told me they couldnt get the old one out so they couldnt do the install. Also then left gashes and scratches on my wood floors. When I called to report the issue I got nothing but run around and I will have someone call you back. When a supervisor called she told me they said they couldnt install because the lights were off. The lights were off because the too men asked me to turn off the breaker as they couldnt do it.Long story short. Very poor customer service after they get your money

We needed a new fridge and found this place. Jaime was very helpful and friendly. We will more than likely come back for a stove and dishwasher that matches. The only issue was the delivery. It was delivered the next day, but the delivery was late and there was no call to notify that there was a delay or that they were running late. That would have been appreciated. Overall, good appliances and good prices.

A+ service here...What a fantastic experience! Jose is amazing! He found out a little about us and then showed us right to the perfect refrigerator. Financing was simple and were saving so much money! Will definitely come back for washer and dryer in a few months. Highly recommend.

Went to a National competitor first, because of location. Drove to Pasadena, because Jose was very friendly on Facebook Marketplace, he answered all my questions. Now, to the salesman, Jamie, we really like him. He was not pushy, but he was very informative. He didnt try to convince us to buy more than we can afford. We bought a refrigerator and as we told Jamie, once we pay this off, we will come back and buy a stove. Thank you Jamie for the really, good service.

Great products and easy financing options available

Im giving it a one because I cant go lower. We purchased a washer in September, after the storm, and from the beginning it has never worked right. When it completely stopped working, I called on the warranty, our options were to drag it back or pay $70 for them to come to the house. We opted out and took it to them. We were told 3-5 business days, it was not. When I called at the day five mark - mind you I had to call, they never reached out to us - I was told it was fixed but not back at the store by our house, that would be after the weekend. I call Tuesday, again I had to initiate contact, they didnt, and I get yea they couldnt fix it so were swapping it. I had already been told it was fixed so someone lied. I try to inquire as to if its a comparable replacement, never got an answer. Go pick it up, they replaced it with a washer thats eight years old and rusting. I know its scratch and dent but come on. We looked up our lovely replacement, its barely worth $150, we paid $325. I am beyond upset and will never set foot in there again.

Mr. Cook this is Appliance Outlet the range was left oustide due to your tenant telling us to leave the range outside and he said that he was was going to connect it. We tried to correct the issue by giving you a FREE gas line. You took the gas line and said everything was ok. If you have any more questions or concerns feel free to give us a call.

After a year my appliances are finally paid off! They are all still running and in good condition. Only problem was when I bought my stove the oven light wouldn’t come on (probably a busted bulb). When I called the store they said they charged $70 to come replace the bulb at home. Even though it came that way. Not very good customer service in my opinion, but the appliances were ok.

Very reasonable, nice and accommodating. I would go back if I needed another appliance.

Terrible customer service. I bought several appliances from these knuckle heads. They screwed up on a delivery by leaving the stove outside and wouldn’t honor their install. Sorry I tried to help my local business. And they’re not even that great of a deal! Stay away! Jose and Carlos are terrible!
