Excellent customer service and great conversation, which made the wait of transferring all of my data pass quickly. First time visiting this location (close to work) but wont hesitate to return when Im ready to upgrade my other phone.

Someone has fraudulently opened an account in my name. I received a letter in the mail notifying me that an account existed. I attempted to call Verizon and was left on hold for an hour.I into a Verizon store. The representative I spoke with was very helpful and did what he could but he was not allowed to close the account that was opened last month under my information.How does a business not close an account that a customer states they did not Authorize!!!! I showed the representative my drivers license and would gladly give him a copy of my birth certificate and social security card if I need to!I was told to call the fraud department and instructed to file a police report. I absolutely will be filing a police report but in the meantime the rep would not close this account!I am OUTRAGED as a consumer that there is an account unwittingly opened with my personal information that is presently being billed to ME that Verizon will not CLOSE immediately and not allow another dime accrued while proceeding with a fraud investigation! MAKE THE CRIMINAL PROVE THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO KEEP THE ACCOUNT OPEN! Dont further burden the victim of this crime have to prove themselves before you as a organization take any action on correcting your mistake!Verizon is a horrible phone service provider with terrible policy.

Our Verizon experience with this facility was totally outstanding in all respects.  We had our local Verizon store ship a new iPhone SE from here in Florida to our elderly family member in Parma. Our relative went to the Verizon store at 7779 Day Dr., and Justin, the Verizon rep there, enthusiastically worked through a tedious data transfer process with our 80 year old family member (Samsung Android to iPhone).  He was very dedicated, patient and positive, making what could have been a very frustrating experience as smooth as possible.  We spoke with Justin on the phone from here in Florida twice to provide more information, and he could not have been more professional or caring in dealing with our elderly relative.  He truly went the extra mile in customer care!

Not too happy coming into this store yesterday. Right off the bat they are trying to sell me a SD card for my phone for my photos that was $40. I told them I wanted to upgrade but, I didnt want a new 5G phone. He told me the Samsung 10 isnt a 5G which late I find out it is. He tells me he would work a deal off the Samsung 10 since it is an older phone. I went home to remove the photos off my phone and went back. The other guy greets me and I tell him the situation. He first off lies and tells me that there is no samsung 10 available. I had him look up in his inventory and he then verified that they had one. Then he told me that he wasnt able to give a discount off the phone even though we were already told that we were going to get a discount and we looked him up on samsung.com and they were over $300 cheaper. We immediately left and didnt even bother having any further discussions.

I went in to simply purchase a new charging cord. I understand that its busy on a Saturday afternoon, but not one employee said a word to me or acknowledged my presence. I found what I wanted and waited probably about 10 minutes. There was nowhere to sit and my I was in pain, so I had to leave. This location has always had poor customer service in my opinion.

Poor customer service experience, from speaking with someone over the phone and at another store this Verizon store would not take our business 30 till close time. There were employees standing around on there phone and sitting upfront in the window using there phones ignoring customers. Would not give price ranges on any devices, were not willing to talk about options of devices, rushed to get us out of their hair. Poor location every time I have gone there over the past 3 years. Would not recommend this location, unless you want to feel like you are ignorant by the way the rep talks to you when you leave

I have been in this store many times to either deal with a question or look for a new phone when my old one died. Every single time Ive been waited on professionally and left with my question answered. Today I got a new phone and the sales person was patient and professional as always transferring my data and setting everything up while at the same time helping another lady who needed him more than I due to a finance issue. First let me sing the praises of Ashley for her amazing customer service with me. If I could seperate this review she would rate 5 stars. I wanted to buy a new phone today. So I knew I certainly didnt need the latest and greatest and she didnt push that on me either. (good lookin out for me Ashley, thank you!) Howevver, I have a credit running on my bill and wanted the cost of my phone to be taken from that. NO CAN DO! Like . . . what??? If I want that phone and Im paying outright - I have to go and order thru online or my phone. Excuse me, VERIZON ~ how does this make your very long time customer happy??? It doesnt!As the largest mobile phone company and probably one of the oldest, surely you can do better than this! So my challenge is to all you bright college educated business executives to come up with a way where your customers who have already left their homes and driven to your brick and motor free standing store, will NOT be turned away and be able to walk out of said stores happy, satisfied and with their new phone in hand and ready to get on with our lives. Come on guys and gals ~ I have faith in you . . . Surely you can tackle this. Were not talkin rocket science! Walked in letting them know I was there for 3 new lines of service told they would be right with me. After 20 min of no other acknowledgement and obviously the 2 customers and employee were shooting the breeze about high school football and not at all about phone service I walked out. Harvey was personable and friendly, were probably hanging out this weekend. I didnt mind much that I was running this errand during a Browns win-column game. It was Sunday afternoon, I was already upset that Ridge Rd was shut down on my way there, some movie was filming that I didnt get a role in. That gave me a tummy ache and Im pretty positive they dont have a customer potty. I went in there knowing exactly what I wanted. I wanted to blow up a bathroom and buy a new phone. I got to do one of those things. The check-in and overall wait was significantly worse than the service I got, when I got it. But enough about me, how are you?

We bought new phones watch tablet and a speaker and hum which were useless to us. They never explained that each item needed a line and we had to keep it for 2 years. difficulty with trying to return items plus had several sale people I worked with they didnt know how promotions worked and everyone kept telling me oh u need to keep that or your plan will change and be more expensive I had to call and speak with a technical manager to get anything done I will not be returning to this store anymore plus the hum items that were returned showed up on my bill so now I have to get them removed hopefully Corp manager over store was suppose call me in 24 to 48 hrs and never did

This place is terrible, verizon is terrible I apparently continue to have my account changed without any notifications from verizon at all they have removed some of my incentives they guranteed when shopping there. Along with the fact they cannot keep my information straight and I have to continually correct it. The company is getting worse, thankfully my contract will be ending soon and I can get out because they change everything every 6months so you have no idea what is going on.

I brought my finance in to add her to my plan. Dave set it up and said it would raise my bill by $20. He lied my bill went up $70. When I complained, he fixed the problem, he dropped us down to a 0.50GB plan, WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME! I then called the manager Dino he admitted his salesman lied to me twice so to correct it he let me refund a $200 speaker and credited my account, because he claimed there was nothing else he could do. So I walked out of his office agreeing to $130.00 a month. Witch was $30 more then I was quoted. Next month comes and my bill is $150! $150 thats insane. Now its $50 more then i was quoted. Every month this store screws my and raises my bill. Dino has forgotten how customer service works. I was quoted a price of $100 a month by Dave and its $150 a month. Please if you go to this store record your conversation and get a lawyers.

I like Verizon store in Parma, on Day Dr., b/c most of the time they are all seem to be able to fix my problems. Make sure you go to a Verizon Corp. Office DO NOT GO TO A VERIZION PREMIER RETAILER. Because prices are different and not a very good warranty. Say if you go to Premier Retailer, and you have problems with your phone, and you take it to the Corp. One, there are only certain things they can do because you bought it from Premier Retailer.
