Very patient and thorough customer care. I go here with my grandma to help her pay her bill, and she always has questions. Kameron is very understanding and takes the time to explain things to my grandma. I decided to switch to Verizon and buy my phone from this store because I liked how kind they are. Kameron also taught me how to preserve the battery life of my phone while we were waiting for my contacts to switch over. Even if you’re just shopping around for a new plan, I recommend stopping into this store. The customer service is their top priority and the cell service is so much better than the prepaid plan I used to have with another company. The best part is, they make it affordable!

All I can say is WOW. I have had terrible experiences with Verizon stores in the past. I have been to the one on day drive and the one in independence until a friend of mine suggested this location. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly They were transparent. Its been two months since I was in store and my bills are exactly what I was a told they would be. I came into this store distressed with my phone. The young man in the store has helped me so much! He went and spent a whole hour with me just to make sure everything was fixed and good. The manager Mack is literally thee most helpful rep ever dealt with.

Thomas the manager at this verizon site was professional, courteous, friendly and extremely efficient. He was able to do everything i asked from transferring my information, photos, and even show me how to use some freatures on the phone without making feel stupid. I thought I was getting good service at the other verizon store I used to go to until I started to get data overage fees. Then I came to this store and saw the representative Aaron who doubled my data for only $5 more a month and added a feature to stop overage fees from happening. Disaster.This Verizon store isnt the closest to where I live but Ill drive out of my way to come here because the customer service used to be great. The last 3 times Ive come here within 12 months Ive left furious.Yesterday was just the final straw. I came in for a simple transaction of getting a new phone and starting a new plan. I already had the phone picked out that I wanted as well as the plan, it should have been a very quick visit. 90 minutes later I finally walk out. During that time my associate had no idea how to use the computer system so after his 3rd try he had me call Corp Verizon to do it myself. I know with the new phones out you dont need to go into the store to transfer everything from one phone to another but I like going in because its nice having a person to talk to if you have any specific questions during the process.So in the end, a 25 minute max transaction turned into a 90 minute one with me doing all of the work myself anyway AND I was charged a $20 phone setup fee. What this store did in order to earn that $20 is still a mystery to me. But now Im just gonna go back to getting a new phone the same way as everyone else and just order it online from the website.

I had the worst experience I have ever had with Verizon - Store No. 1216 - at Broadview near Pleasant Valley in front of Giant Eagle (in case they lied to me about the store number). Andrej used-car-salesmaned me into buying two Samsung Tablets (more than half off if I bought two!) and when I voiced concern if I really needed the second tablet (it would be possibly used by a family member), he out right lied to me about returning the second one, saying just come back in tomorrow and return it. Little did I know when I came in the next evening straight from work, he couldn’t do the return because he was only employed With Verizon for three months and it was store policy that salesman with only three months of employment could not return equipment like tablets without a manager being present – the manager was not there of course. He told me to come back on Thursday, the manager would be there and I could return the tablet. Thursday would make my third appearance at Verizon. The manager left early on Thursday so when I got there he was not there and I could not return the tablet. He told me to come back in on Tuesday after Labor Day and he would make sure that the manager was there and he would tell the manager that I would be there between five and six. I came back on Tuesday at 5:40. The manager was not there. In fact I never once saw a manager at the store. I found out that I only had 14 days to return the tablet and Tuesday after Labor Day was the 14th day. So when I went in and tried to return the tablet, another three month long employee of Verizon was working and could not return my tablet. I got angry. After all, this was my FOURTH visit to Verizon as Andrej promised each time that the manager would be there and I could return the tablet. I asked the employee to call the manager which he did and when he got off the phone he told me he would be able to return the tablet but there would be a $70 restocking fee. I got angry and left went back home got the first tablet, went back to Verizon and returned both of them and had to pay $138 for restocking fees for both tablets. The restocking fee was never mentioned by salesman Andrej. He just kept trying to sell me other things and double talking about fees and special programs,etc. I was ripped off on this scam and hope this is a warning to others. I will never go back there again.

Sales representative was knowledgable and courteous. He quickly resolved my technical question and efficiently resolved a billing issue. Excellent person!

Came in to this store after a pain experience at the Verizon at Rockside Road a while ago. Went in and talked to Andrej, who was very knowledgeable on the phones he presented to me. He eventually helped me get a new android phone quick and easy, pulling me off of the ASUS phone that I was sold on a year ago from the rockside store. He also got me a discounted iPad as well! I highly recommend him for someone looking to upgrade! I will recommend this store to all my friends and family!

Do not use these Retail locations. On more then one occasion I walked into the store paying cash for my bill, the rude associate told me there is a $3.00 fee to pay the bill. I said let me get this straight you want an extra $3.00 for someone to pay there bill when you guys already charge customers an outrageous amount for the service? She said thats right. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I recently purchased an HTC one m8 online and took it to another Verizon first, big mistake, and they did a poor activation job and I couldnt send it receive calls, so today I went to broadview road Verizon authorized retailer location and was amazingly helped by the store manager Tiffany, she activated and had my HTC working fully in less time it took me to drive out here. Without her help Id still be stuck so Id like to thank personally Tiffany Kaufman store manager for assisting me so greatly today. Definitely recommend this location for anyone in need of perfect assistance .
