My phone came in on time they knocked on my door and made sure I got it thank you all

This review is based on 2 visits to the Metro by T-Mobile store located at 5500 Pearl Rd in Parma. First visit was when I purchased my new phone and plan. I walked in pretty much knowing what I wanted and the store rep got me set up and going within 10-15 min. Spent maybe 20-30 minutes total in store. Second visit was to pay my first bill after initial purchase. I was in and out within 5 minutes tops. So based on my personal experience with this store I give it five stars.

Horrible people and wouldnt go back for ANY reason!!

Place is rude. The guy who answered the phone on may 12 of 2020 around 12-130 was a complete jack. Hung up on me. Only answered the phone and when I asked a question just hung the phone up. Place needs to clean their act up

$16 for screen protector with huge bubbles that dont come out. New phone (LG Stylo 3 $149). New screen protector metro employee put on with bubbles. Asked for a new screen protector because of the bubbles. We were told no. We just have to deal with the bubbles. All the screens bubble. He shows me his phone that is one giant bubble! Glass screen protectors shouldnt have huge bubbles that dont rub out! I wouldnt buy from this location again.

The young guy and his equally young manager were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as I asked my many very detailed questions. The wait wasnt bad either.

The workers are wonderful make sure you ask a lot of questions about your phone service and return policies they dont divulge all the information that you should have

Had a terrible experience at a MetroPCS store in Lakewood and I decided to travel to this Parma location to find some of the best customer service Ive had in a long time I purchased an iPhone and was treated with respect and not chastise as a person only inquiring about a phone I highly recommend this location when dealing with Metro PCS.

Phone has static and when I talk I constantly hear feedback and my voice echoes. Sometimes takes up to 2 mins to send a text and have to repeatedly send pics/videos because it wont send.

Quiet place to do business. Staff was courteous.

Horrible customer service guy behind the counter is a condisending jerk. Did a insurance claim on my phone they sent me a bad phone and they blame the customer.

Went to the store on July 30th, but the hours say they are closed. Not sure if its a one time thing or if Google doesnt have the hours right, but they were holding a phone for me and wanted to pick it up today.
