Johnny and Dave working there are super cool, they were able to help me out when 4 other locations had nothing for me.
This store has THE BEST customer service representatives that I have had the pleasure to come in contact with in a very long time. The store can get busy and they all have the patience and the great attitude to help everyone, in the order they came in, to have all their needs tended to. They are willing to stay and take the time for customers to completely understand any concern they may have. Id like to single out Dave B. as someone who gets answers to any and all your questions or problems to your satisfaction. Tyler, the manager, does a great job and should be proud of all the employees there. Highly recommend this store
I was in and out! Frank was amazing and had the simplest fix to my phone. He did what their customer service line spent 2 days trying to fix!! Thank you! I would have given 5 stars but my first instore experience was not great. This guy made this experience so good that I gave 4 stars.
The 1 star doesnt pertain to this specific store but to tmobile in general. Ive been a customer for over 15 years. And this is the 1st time Ive looked to drop them and we have 8 lines with them. They refuse to stop charging us for the unlimited data at 30.00$ each line. When they now offer this for free to all customers who didnt have true unlimited data. Unfair to all of their customers who have been paying for this and will continued to be charged while they give it for free to everyone else!!
So my dad took me and my brother in t mobile to get our phones on the same plane as his cuz recently his old phone gotten out dated or something and he had to buy a new one but anyways when we went in the guys name was I think Johnny but when he switch our SIM cards he realize the phone was lock from a carrier and he helped us out big time by telling us sum of the deals for a new phone set for calling our carrier. And after he checked us out he helped my brother transfer the stuff over to his new phone but my phone kept saying it had to update for 3 hours so he just had me put in my Apple ID which honestly he saved me a big headache lol. But the customer service was really helpful and he was really nice I would definitely come back if I had any issues with my phone or looking at buying something. Btw it was a really good deal

Went into Parmas store last night. It was busy. T-Mobile sales person was rushed and abrasive. She told me to look with my eyes and not with my hands. I was also scolded by this same person a few minutes later. She said dont lean on the display.Lastly, I asked if I can make an appointment for tomorrow and she said to do it online. I asked if I can just set it up while I was there, and she repeated louder to do it on the website. What a pathetic customer service representative. Cant leave tmobile because I have 3 other family members who have phones through them.Certainly no awesome customer service from this awful T-Mobile rep. You should not take pride in this person being loud, abrasive, and confrontational.

Ive been with tmobile for over 10 years and absolutely love them. This store in particular is just amazing! The staff is incredibly helpful and always spend whatever amount of time is needed to help you while youre there. Ive been coming here for a couple years now and will continue to come here.
Told me the insurance on my new phone would be $6 got the bill and it was $18. Calling in now to change service after 7 years of service. No way my bill should raise $50 for getting a new phone.

I walked right in and got the help I needed. Heather was amazing. To anyone who ever feels uncomfortable with phone sales reps, I promise, go to Heather and she will put all your concerns and worries to rest! She knew everything I had questions on and I learned some new info as well. I came in with the fear of a previous TMobile store just trying to sell expensive phones to me. But she was very great and I left with a new phone without needing to purchase one that would cost me $500-800. The store was clean and both Heather and the other associate had smiles on their faces. I am blown away at the help and customer service I was given by Jay Jay, Brandon, and Vinny! I initially came in just to find out information and then ended up switching 6 lines from another carrier. Top notch service! Well done gentlemen!

They do well compared to other T-Mobile places were they look miserable helping customers. I’ll keep going to this one some few know how to handle customers

The Ridgewood T-mobile needs to be staffed each of the last two times Ive been here they only had two people working with 5-10 people waiting for help and your waiting for 30 plus mins and you end up leaving I thought it was a one time things but their short everytime I come in.

Store staff always helpful. I had an additional charge for using 411 (which I never use). After staff figured out the problem they removed the additional charges and advised me to delete my 411 contact since I never use it anyways (which I did).

Made to wait 30 mins for a 2 min transaction and when we were finally helped by the manager on duty she was rude and showed obvious signs of disgust with our questions. If you HAVE to go to a Tmobile store take the time to drive to another location.

Tmobile has gone completely downhill. The biggest thing with Tmobile in general is that there is no consistency or communication between any employees. You will NEVER receive the same information if you have to speak with anyone else even thought its the same company.You can have a 3 hour conversation with one rep and the next day call to address the same problem and somehow there is supposedly no notes or anything else that the next person can see and its a revolving door of poor customer service. Also when this specific store was still in the mall is when I was basically was forced into starting service. I was told that I didnt have to put anything down when the man Jay Jay ran my credit and said it would be a soft pull(which it was not)...then magically after I started the whole process he says I have something I had to pay and it was a mistake he made. I was with another company and had lost my phone that day so at this point Im not ging to go running my credit everywhere and I had to put down about 400$. Moving forward to today..I go in and try to purchase a SAMSUNG charger which I have previously purchased here and the man said they only sold TMOBILE brand chargers. Im sorry but I am not paying 30$ for a TMOBILE brand charger when I have a SAMSUNG phone and was told by SAMSUNG to use a SAMSUNG charger. For Tmobile to be such a big company the employees, the customer service etc. Is of corner store phone shop quality AT BEST. Alot of shady business with Tmobile. They also have charged me for weird misc charges and of course no one in customer service could tell me where they came from. I even incurred late charges for not paying the mysterious fees. Snowball effect. Dont go here.

Zach was very helpful. Helped us pick a phone, transferred data, put on shield and cover and gave us info on getting another phone repaired. When we came back to pick up the phone another guy helped me with my phone repair. After getting the run around on the phone, Zach made another call and got everything straightened out. The guys here were awesome and we are completely satisfied!
