Landon has been a great help and has gone above and beyond for me these last couple weeks. Two weeks ago my phone was stolen and when I tried locating my phone he tried every avenue he could think of. After hours of searching, deciding to cut my losses, the last thing I wanted to do or think about was to through the process of buying a new phone.And to top it all off I was going out of state the next day.Dreading the experience, I walked in and was grateful to find that he was very patient and entertained all of my questions about new phones, stats, and budgets. It was not an easy process to set up my own new line under the circumstances of having my phone stolen but Landon took his time and made sure I was taken care of. Going as far as staying an hour and a half after closing hours.The great experience didnt stop there. When I went to return my new phone because it was not quite meeting the standards I needed for work, it was very simple and easy to get the whole process completed. Thank you Landon, and your team!

Matt is always helpful and friendly. Always helps me with any question I have and has a great attitude about his job. Its nice that he isnt worried about a time limit and will take the time to answer all the questions I have. Thanks!

Every time I go into this store the men in there are very unprofessional and rude. They cus every other word. If you aren’t getting a Samsung phone they don’t want to help you. They close at 8 and we got there 15 min before close, we asked to talk about a new plan and the guy working said “really? I’ve already put my money up and we are closing soon.” The door was already locked when we got there and he acted like he wasn’t going to let us in. I will never be doing business here. It has completely turned me off of the whole company.

Most unprofessional store I have ever been in. Especially a company supposed to be representing a business as big as Verizon.Their manager Matt (I think it was) curses every other word in front of kids or anyone and doesn’t value anyone’s business. The store has zero sales experience & replaces that with people that cluelessly push products that customers do not need, just to satisfy their own numbers. And refuse to help if you’re not buying a new product. I do not recommend doing business here, and would avoid this location until there is big changes made.
