I went in there with a friend to get his phone fixed. The people were dismissive and didnt act like they really wanted to help out. They only became attentive when people wearing a suit would walk in. Clearly a place that only desires the Elites money.

Wonderful and knowledgeable team members. I went in with a question and came out with a brand new phone, at a VERY reasonable price. I wad more than happy ... I was so excited! The Paris, Texas team did a wonderful job. The wait was maybe 2 minutes, while they helped others, but they immediately acknowledged me when I walked in and said they would be right with me.

Chad was very helpful and I was able to accomplish everything I came in for. I was able to update my plan to a better one and save some money as well. I’ve had this service since 2017 and never came across anyone who you assist me with everything I need and be able to save me money on my bill in places I didn’t even know I could.

If you go at a time when theyre not busy, you can get great service but otherwise you might want to leave for awhile and come back when they have people free to help you. Their employees are young and cell phone savvy they are the ones who truly know how to operate these smart phones plus, they dont just try to get you to buy another phone unless they know your phone is toast and needs to be replaced.

My wife went by to pay owed balance in cash. Employee told her a balance that was $182 over actual balance, so wife (not knowing) paid amount. I went in later, with proof from AT&T, that payment was $182 too much. But store would not refund the difference. I stood my ground (actually sat in a chair) and insisted on getting OUR (not their) money back and wanted manager to come to the store.She elected not to interrupt her Saturday evening activity and come to help a customer, but the police sure did come - and they protected and served the corporate entity, rather than a citizen who was who was overcharged and owed money - money that was earmarked for other bills.After leaving, I called AT&T customer service. Result? Im sorry, but since your wife paid cash, we cannot refund your over payment. What about sending us a prepaid debit card or check? Im sorry, but we cant do that. But your credit will make next months bill $1.

The guy I talked to was extremely rude to me. Ive had better experiences in the past just not this go around.

Which in turn may aggravate the other folks queued up for assistance. Understood that Paris is a small market area, but it could be this location is often understaffed.✅ Otherwise this AT&T Authorized Retailer provides good help w/ affordable phone, internet, & TV service.

This location is the best experience Ive had at an AT&T retailer. The reps are very nice and went the extra mile to help me port my wifes phone number. Though the day I went in, I did have to wait in line a long while, that didnt bother me at all especially after seeing how they handled helping walk-ins. I Highly recommend this place!

Im needing a new phone service, Ive been calling for over an hour back to back trying to reach someone so that I can get info if they have the phone I want in stock before driving there... no luck, no answer... started calling as soon as they were supposed to be open.... Ill call a different store
