Jimmy was amazing! Even know it took 2 hours he never got upset he just keep working!

Went into the Paris TX location in need of internet device for my rural location. They said their Me-Fi device had 5G coverage at my address. Bought device, got home, no 5G coverage anywhere on my property. l left the device on during the trip back to the store to return, and closest 5G coverage was miles away from my home. Upon return to store, Alfredo was told to check with tech folks who only then said no coverage at my address. Got a refund but hit with a $50 restock fee. Yeah, they advised me before purchase, but they also assured me my address had 5G coverage. I trusted their representation. Their maps are not accurate, and theyll say anything to make the sale, knowing theyll get the $50 restock fee when you return the item. Not a honest was to do business.

Every time I go here they’re is a smile on the employee’s faces and they’re all ready to help! The store is clean and the employees are very helpful! When I ask amateur questions there is no back lash or attitude and they make sure I understand after answering instead of just brushing me off. The spacious new T-Mobile store is in Paris Towne Center next door to sweetFrog. The store is well organized, the personnel knowledgeable & courteous, & they have several specials going to entice new customers.👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 For me, T-Mobile is the best deal in Lamar County. Im on the friends & family plan w/ my kids & a big group of their friends in Austin & Minneapolis for $22.⁰⁰ / month.☎ My plan only has 4 GB of data, but most places I frequent in Paris have WiFi, so 4 GB is more than I use monthly on Netflix & Vudu.📶 My coverage out north of Blossom (in the Boonies) is as good as Verizon & better than the other providers Ive tried, especially since T-Mobile upgraded their towers in 2018 - 2019.📞 ☎️ 📶 👪 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
