I was happy for the most part. The lady that worked with me was able to switch everything over even though I forgot my Google password. The only thing I was a little disappointed, but not much, was that they didnt have different colors to choose from for the Galaxy S21. They can always order them though. Overall, I am a happy customer.

Not good at all🤨, I called Verizon customer service, they was very very nice, but they was not able to fix my problem, so they told me that I need go to the store, they do a appointment for my they find the closest store so that was very nice also.My appointment was at 2:00 pm at Paris Tn. I get the before time, this lady at the store said still she can help me, but her attitude was not to friendly, I need a sim car for my phone she said was $20,00 I was not agree, so I call customer service again, but this time was 2:00 pm when finish talk with Verizon representative, she told me I need to wait and was 4 people front to me, finally this tall blondy boy he tried to help me, but looks like is a new worker there, because doesnt know much. Anyway I was at the store after 3:00 and my phone still not working.So your are so lucky that have 1 🌟 they should be 0 cero.

Lisa was very helpful. My phone had been run over and was toast! Of course I didnt know any of my passwords, but she was quickly able to get me set up with my new phone. Super appreciated her.

I had problems with my phone. I went into the store and was greeted immediately...the lady tried to fix my phone and gave me choices and options! I ended up upgrading because the manager gave me a good deal. Tyler and his staff are fantastic. Definitely recommend!

Do not go here expecting customer service because you’re not going to get any. The half-inch letters on the door should say Verizon and the 3 foot letters on the building should say Victra because unless they can sell you something forget it. I had an item bought from a Verizon store in Arizona, Verizon Receipt, in the original box and well within the return frame and this place just refused to do it.

Went in talked to Makenzie answered all my questions about the differences in the phones. The one I wanted wasn’t in stock found one had it shipped the next day. Went back on a Saturday morning and had me taken care of instantly! Awesome customer service and great attitude!

New associates needed a bit more training. My other half ought a phone that he was told was top of the line. After a month or so figuring it out... it clearly isnt.

Everyone there is so friendly! We switch to Verizon in February and they gave us great deals on new phones and data plans. Of course Verizon is more expensive than a lot of plans, however the quality is great! The customer service in store is fanominal!! We havent had a bad experience!

Very professional timely and respectful

I went in to port my numbers from West Kentucky. I only had 2 flip phones so I thought it would be easy and inexpensive. WRONG. The process was a nightmare and the man who helped me (Scottie) was extremely unprofessional and condescending. He acted like he didn’t know what he was talking about and he didn’t want to help me . We have fixed income and I just wanted to know my options but Scottie Seemed unwilling to give me those . The only reason I had for giving this store 2stars instead of 0 is because the manager finally stepped in and did His best at at attempting to fix the situation...too late. I left with 2 flip phones still paying $100 a month and now I have a negative view of Verizon as whole if this is how they train their employees. I will not be back to this store

Went to pay my bill in the store, waited for 20 + minutes in a chair waiting for somebody to assist me well nobody came to assist me there was like 4-5 people working at the time sitting in their chair looking around! Finally a nice young lady came and help me!!! I will give 5 stars to the girl that help me but 1 star for the other employees!!!

Came to them to have a phone replaced 4 days in a row, the two ladies that helped us were very polite and patient, although when the phone never showed, I called the store and the gentleman who answered just blew off my bosses wife.... in my opinion he would be fired and showed the door if he worked for me. Finally after talking to the manager, we found out that the phone was sent to our address in Florida, we are stuck in Tennessee, maybe people there need some more training in.

Always helpful when I go there. Very efficient and I had what I needed and was out in less than 15 minutes

I wish I could give it negative stars. Over priced and shady as well... watch out for the free stuff and dont let them buy back your device without seeing what they are actually going to give you!

Aside from being rude, they place an order almost a month ago, Ive called 3 times In a 2 week period to inquire why I havent received my order and Im told they would look into and call me back, Ive never received a phone call. Waiting to get a refund now.Caveat emptor.
