My daughter had an oil leak on her car. Initially brought it to Eurasian Garage. For $140 they told me it was the valve cover gasket. Decided to do it myself considering they wanted to charge $800 total to do it. After changing the gasket, the oil leak had become worst. I then towed the car to Expert Auto at a friends recommendation. After they looked at the vehicle, the previous diagnosis was incorrect and l the engine had to be replaced. They did an amazing job and the car is running again. Would definitely recommend Expert Auto!

My son just moved to Panama City, FL. His car got in an accident and Expert Auto went above and beyond to provide service quickly. That was really appreciated as an uber to work was 25.00 each way. Quality, Quick and affordable service. I with I could find more service providers like this business.

Took my car in for a coolant line leak and it turned out to be a major problem that couldnt be fixed in the time he had available between jobs. He did however get it where I could get back home and not worry about it. Was very professional and very knowledgeable with the information and explanation he gave me. Would highly recommend and if any future car troubles come up while in town I will certainly be using them again!

Went in to get a custom setup diagnosed. Staff was super nice and helpful. Diagnosis was free and we had a plan to fix it with a cost breakdown within 20 minutes. They made a customer for life.

Went in to get help with ac on 2004 Sierra truck and he was very helpful and got my ac blowing cold air again. I will definitely be going back to him for any other car problems I have. Not a scamming mechanic he actually talked me through what was wrong with my ac and taught me about it. Glad I found this place.

Wish I could give him 10 stars! I took my kids down to PCB from Indiana. Sadly, my hubby had to stay home this trip. The AC in my Infinity QX60 stopped blowing cold air halfway through Alabama. Thank goodness I found Shawn because he was upfront and honest with me about what was causing the problem. He stopped what he was doing and took the time to diagnose the issue and thoroughly explain it to my son and me. It was a crack in the line. He tried to get the part shipped to him before we had to head home but it wasn’t possible but he was able to have the line soldered so we would have cool air on the 12 hr drive home. Then he texted the part number to me so we could have our mechanic order it when we return home. We have been back a couple weeks now and still have cool air. Shawn not only saved me thousands, but saved our vacation as well. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest and upfront mechanic.

It is very hard to find auto repair you trust. I normally do all my own work if possible. I had an air conditioner problem. The owner Shawn check my vehicle for four days. He did not find the issue even after all that time. He charged nothing for four days of work. You do not find many shops with this kind of honesty. I have been struggling with a wiper issue for a few weeks that no one could seem to find out what the main issue was. On the first visit I was given a diagnosis with the exact price that i would spend to have the issue fixed. I later went back, in which my wipers were fixed and I am so happy!! Worst place ever.....an answer for your . If you dont have record why did you txt me. Your diagnose was wrong. My car needed to have both ball joints exchange. You have me an estimate for extra work. It did not need any of it. The car was not alligned after the ball joint was changed neither you told me that it was necessary to do it. You mentioned optional. It cost me two tires since the tires wear out since the car was not alligned and I drove with my daughter on wheels on wires. I have attached a picture of your txts. It seems to be you use the same answer and get upset over a review that we as customers we are entitled. I ask myself how many time you have done this. Had a radiator leak, it was handled very professionally, they did my job in a timely manner and at a very fair price. Would highly recommend expert auto repair! The starter on my truck broke today and I was originally going to get it fixed at the dealership but they were going to charge $500 plus tax. Called this shop on a recommendation from a friend and was able to get it fixed for less than half the price and it was ready the same day. Nothing but great service and professionalism!

Sean is the MOST HONEST mechanic you will EVER find! This morning I called to ask for a diagnostic price because my car is overheating. He in turn told me not to drive it and how to do a diagnostic by myself which saved me $90 then after I figured the problem out and called him back he gave me a price on fixing it. The price is absolutely reasonable and just downright upfront with what I am looking at to fix my car. I cannot stress enough that if you need ANY work done on your vehicle to call this shop and bring all your needs here! There is no other mechanic that will tell you the truth and truly cares about your well being on the road! He will have my service for life!!

Shawn was the only person working on this day and still managed to help me in a timely manner. I came in early without calling or making an appointment and he still worked with me and changed my brakes. Because I specifically ask the mechanic NOT to order parts from oReilly, but to get them from auto zone.He totally ignored my request, got them from oReillys anyway.I honestly believe the parts were way over priced.I just know that I will NEVER go there again !!!

I honestly cant say enough good things about this place, my ac went out in my Yukon and I had no idea what it could be, I kept changing the fuses and it kept blowing them, so I called around to get an estimate, everyone else wanted $80+ for a diagnosis so I called Rodney and he said $30, took it in and it turned out to be my AC clutch. Rodney told me $350 to change the clutch and compressor so of course I had him do it, once again everyone else wanted $600-$1,200 to change it. Its so refreshing to find a honest person doing great work for a great price. I will definitely be taking all my future repairs here. They dont only do AC repairs they do everything! Thanks for all your help!

I came in for an AC check up because I feel the temperature isnt cold enough.They tested my car for 15 mins. Found nothing wrong with the AC and told me the temp is within its acceptable range. They didnt want me to waste money to fill up with freon. Theyre very upfront about it. This will be my to go shop in the future for my vehicle problems.

Since moving to the area from CO, we were lucky enough to find Expert Auto after a few BRIEF experiences with other mechanics in the area. Hes honest, knowledgable, fair and helpful. We have had many issues addressed on a couple vehicles and the amount of money and headaches weve saved by using him are unbelieveable. I have never had such a good experience with a mechanic, especially when my car seems like its falling apart. We will always compare any services in the future to his care. The best.

The A/C in my Mazda CX-9 had been unreliable for the past few weeks. Today it stopped working completely! I called to see if someone could take a look at it this afternoon, but by the time I got to the shop, the A/C was working! I told Rodney the mechanic what was happening, and he immediately diagnosed it being a problem with the blower motor.He ordered the part (even called a couple of places to find the cheapest price), had it delivered to his shop, and fitted it, all while I waited! 1600$ to fix my AC !!!!! Still have issues with it. This man does not take the time to do things properly. In the process of taking my money he lost our keys, cracked my dash and glued it back together, replaced my steering wheel with something brand new that had rips all over it. Then took more money to fix my speedometer and guess what much to my surprise IT DOESNT WORK!!!!!!!
