So I pulled into the back and got in line. There are two bays. The line for the bay I was in had two cars in front of me. There were 4 total cars there to get oil changes. I waited 45 min because I had nothing to do today. I think I had about 5 more min before the car in the bay ahead of me was finished but I thought Im not waiting 30 min more for them to change my oil I had already been there 45 min. I drove away. After watching them work for 45 min, I kinda think they go super slow on purpose........ Uggggg.

In and out quickly without trying to upsell anything. Staff was curtesy and friendly.I have used this service many times in the past without any problems.

The technicians at this location are fast, friendly and I havent had a single problem with any oil changes they have done. They check the tires and top off fluids as part of the service, and I can remain in my car the whole time. Its usually really fast, less than 15 minutes and they are willing to answer questions.

I brought my own oil and filter in and they charged me for a oil change using their oil even though they used my. They did not use any of their supplies, just time. If you want repeat business cut me a little slack. I didnt ask to get it free. But I am not using your oil or filter so knock a few dollars off. Next time I will go to Pep Boys have of this price with my supplies. To the owner, no I dont need to take a review on your site. This is my review.

Disappointment, this place used to be great...Rich told me the oil with the High Milage Treatment would be the same price it clearly was not. Once the oil change was completed and PAID, we sat there waiting to be let out while he reprimanded his employees about mopping floors and told me I could wait and still charged me for FULL SYN....this was neither quick nor professional

Lamont provided exceptional service, checked all fluids, tire pressure ect. I will always have my vehicle service with them.

The original oil change estimate was way off. When I ask why there was such a difference in the price they got upset. Best I can figure the employee was using an old price sheet and didnt include the fact that I needed an extra quart of oil and that they charge a disposal fee. None of that was discussed. Worse yet was their general attitude when questioned. So I will not be back. Youre fore warned to about their business practices!!!We noted too that no one was answering the phone. I experienced that today! So dont expect to get any issue resolved at this business.

The visit was definitely one of the best oil change visit I had in while. I normally go to Wal-mart service center which always take 2 hours a visit. Tony and staff were knowledgeable, fast, & efficient. Definitely will be returning.

This place really has changed over my last few visits. I had an issue with them about a year ago. But it looks like they have new people there who are professional complete good quality work and are honest. Highly recommend this place!

It only took the guys 15 minutes to change my oil, oil filter and refill my washer fluid.

Deceptive business practices. I was on a business trip from out of town and decided to use them for my oil change because they had gotten four and a half Stars. I was quoted a price of $46 and $4 a quart for anything over five quarts. I was charged $48.99 and $5 per quart for two extra quarts. I brought the discrepancy up with the manager and he told me he would have to discuss it with the district manager. He could have solved it and kept a customer but he chose not to. I wont be back.

They also didnt talk down to me because Im a female, like most places do! They dont push you to buy everything either, they only wish to educate you. I had just pulled in to get my oil level checked - I am from out of town and not even a usual customer - BUT THEY TREATED ME LIKE THEIR BEST CUSTOMER! And... did not charge me a dime for topping off 2 quarts and checking over all the fluids and tire pressures! GREAT OLD FASHIONED AUTO SERVICE!!! TEN STARS!!

Came across this place when I walked out of PepBoys after waiting for almost two hours. I pulled right into the bay and these guys took care of everything. They found a couple of issues and took the time to explain them to me and recommended a place to take my vehicle. I was in and out within 15 minutes.The pricing was very reasonable and the customer service was above and beyond. Definitely going to receive my future business!

Worked there on and off for many years. Always great people. But this time i worked as manager for a year. Decided i was going to start my own business. Put a three week notice in so my last day would fall on a new month to make the transision easier for the company. We had a good month my last month there and hit a bonus. But now that my 3 week notice is up they are denying me my bonus. I worked that entire month and earned that bonus. For them to do that goes against everything they supposively stand for. THere ( core values). Which one is to help people develop. The money they are denying me sure could help me develop my company. Ive had nothing but respect for this company up until now and wish they would just do the right thing. If they will do this to a loyal employee be weary of what they might do to you.

Mng. Rude and Bully! Constantly yelling @ crew. I know they tick of what theyre doing. But he was yelling at the service tech like he was a idiot! And the boy was very nice & polite. Use to like going here but guess I need 2 go back to pep boys where they know how to treat people. Especially since I know I was low on coolant but they didnt once ask me if I knew it was low. Not sure they did anything but change my oil.

Im normally weary of auto shops but this one impressed me. Their service was fast, smooth and very organized. And as an Air Force aircraft mechanic I know good maintenance.

This place is ridiculous! I go to get my oil changed, the man tells me it will be at least a 45 minute wait and I should leave and come back. So, when I went back 20 minutes later, there were 3 different cars in line and then I was told that I would be after the other 3 cars and I shouldnt have left! These people were rude and very unprofessional! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I took my truck in there for an oil change and told them that I was going to be driving 1000 miles the next day and asked them to make sure everything looked good. When they were done I asked if he topped off the transmission because it had a small leak in it for a while. He said he didnt need to because the level was fine. Heres the thing, I dont have a dipstick in my transmission. To check the fluid level you have to remove the fill plug from the bottom which he obviously didnt do and lied about checking the fluid because my transmission burned out the next day on my drive from not having any fluid in it. Dont trust these guys. I had been taking my truck here for months and realized they probably never even topped off the tranny once. So if you want to be broke down on the side of I-10 for 2 hours because they didnt follow through with a service that they say to do, then I would say this is the place you want to go. Thanks American LubeFast, I know where your name comes from now because you guys are really fast when it comes to bending people over and lubing them up.
