I am so glad I chose to take my car to Eurasian! I had recently driven my Volvo across the country and took it in to have the engine checked up on. Turns out that I had a very serious issue with the engine, and the owner did a wonderful job of walking me through the issue was and how he was going to fix it. He kept in touch with and updated me the entire time my car was in the shop. He even took the time out of his busy day to walk me through everything he worked on and show me some tricks about how to keep my car running top-notch. Overall, this business is definitely one that goes the extra mile for their customers! I never doubted that my safety was very important to them. I definitely recommend this business!

I was in Panama City Beach relaxing for a few days when my check engine light went on. I reached out to a friend who lives in the area and he recommended Eurasian Garage for the repair of my Audi. Bill could not have been nicer or more professional. He diagnosed the problem as one of three possibilities that same evening. He turned out to be right about two of them. I took my car to his shop and he started working on it right away. Unlike any other mechanic I have encountered, he described what he was doing and helped me to understand my cars engine. In addition, hes just a good guy to talk with. Like many of the other reviewers, I had taken my car to the dealer in Nashville, and they had done a poor job on the last repair. My car is now running fine, and I feel like I made a new friend in the process. I dont know a lot of people in the area, but I have recommended that the ones I know use Bill for their car repairs. I only wish he had a location in Nashville!

Went in to ro figure out why my Subaru was not running correctly. They performed a diagnostic test and then went through everything that was wrong. And because I am able to and know how to make repairs he told me what to get and where to get it. These are guys that are not out there to rip you off, but make sure you get quality service for an extremely fair price. These are now my go to guys for any repairs on any of my vehicles, they treat you with respect and have high integrity in their work.

Ive been in Panama City for about 10 years, I found Eurasian through my wife and her family. Ill never take my car (13 Subaru WRX) anywhere else for general repairs. They also repaired my wifes mustang a year ago when she had an accident, not the body work, but all of the diagnostics and mechanical problems.Bill, the owner, and the other mechanics really care, and do a great job. Theyre all great people over there.

DONT take your car here. The only reason I had to take it there is because my husband whos a mechanic was out of town. They caused more damage & made my car run worse than when it went into the shop. They charged me $900 to change a radiator hose (that THEY broke) & to replace a serpine belt. They changed the wrong gasket on the oil housing unit, and didnt clean any of the oil off of the motor. They didnt test drive it or check for oil leaks before i left the shop & 2 days after I got my car back i was stranded because of the oil leak they caused. My husband fixed the EXACT same things in less than an hour & cost us $30 in parts. These men are CROOKS. They will rob you blind. I hope they see this & we fully intend on taking the kinked gasket (they DIDNT change) back up to them tomorrow & demand my money back.

These guys are by far the best mechanics that I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly. They made me feel at home, the manager (Bill) talked to me and actually had conversations with me, got to know me, and offered me drinks and food! And at no point did I feel like they were trying to pressure me into getting a bunch of stuff done to it and they kept it honest with me from the beginning. The part that really made me say WOW, was the fact that they were going to have to keep my car (2013 Mercedes) for a few days, which meant I had absolutely no way of getting to work.. Instead of sending me on my way to deal with it alone, Reggie (an absolutely amazing mechanic/owner) let me borrow his extremely nice Toyota. WOW! They are amazing. I will definitely be going back to them anytime I have issues or questions. Thanks guys!

Didn’t have record of the appointment I made, and my car left with more problems than when I took it there. I told them to check ONE THING! Had no issues with battery but after leaving my car won’t even crank without getting jumped. They didn’t even have the courtesy to make sure my car would run before returning it. Not returning and will not recommend to anyone

The best mechanics in town! Ive had my truck at the dealership and with another local garage. When Bill had asked me about certain things I said yes that as been done I have the paperwork. Of course it had not been done! I finally have piece of mind about any work being done by Eurasian. Bill and Mande are awesome. Professional, trustworthy and honest.

I have a 98 Beetle and was quoted a price of $347 to replace tail light assembly on both sides and I supplied the tail light assembly. I was told labor was 2 hours that comes to over $150 an hour I replaced both assemblies in under 30 minutes my suggestion is to shop around before you make a commitment

Very pleasant and helpful staff... Bill in particular helped us every step of the way to getting our sons BMW fixed, which had issues shifting. He ran several tests and put in a lot of time and effort with us. Treated us like friends and not just a client. My car just stopped accelerating. We thought it had overheated, but after letting it cool down it still would not accelerate, started making a weird noise, and smelled hot. We called AAA and waited for a tow truck. The tow truck arrived at at the shop at 11:50 pm on a Wednesday. We thought wed have to leave a note and the keys. The owner was still there working at close to Midnight. He explained how booked he was, but said hed take a look at it tomorrow and give me a call. He was incredibly friendly and could tell all I really needed was help. Thank goodness for people who are great human beings and great mechanics also.

NOT RECOMMENDEDI brought my Volvo in to get a motor mount replaced. Simple enough, and only an hour or twos work, so I waited. Fifteen minutes in, I was told my car had slipped off of the wood block supporting it and a jack stand punched a hole in my oil pan. Hey, no biggie, it happens. They told me it would take all day to get another pan and replace it, free of charge (awesome, and fresh oil!). I didnt expect a new pan ($400+), as the one I had was original to the car. So right before closing time Friday, I picked up my car with replacement oil pan and motor mount. Saturday morning I noticed a large oil stain on my driveway. Ive never had an oil leak with this car. Again, no biggie. Got the car up on stands, cleaned the pan, found a hairline crack, and epoxied till I could get back to the shop on Monday (theyre closed the whole weekend). What I also found under my car was that the mechanic forgot to re-install the two nuts that secure the transmission mount to the frame! Strike two. At the shop first thing Monday morning, had the mount secured and they said theyd find another oil pan. Two weeks later, I call them because I havent heard anything. Oh yeah, we got your oil pan in. Come on in next week. Ok, it was the day before a 4-day weekend, so I understand the wait. My new oil pan ended up being my original oil pan with a patch welded over the hole.....not earning any points back, but it would have to do. Dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up a few hours later. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that everything was done well and had to get back to work, so off I went. A few days later I go to check my fluids, and guess what I found -the oil dipstick laying next to my battery and oil sprayed all over my engine bay. Strike. Three. Normally, I would chalk this up to the occasional slip-up everyone has. But since it seems my car cant enter the bay at Eurasian without something being overlooked every time, Ill be going elsewhere.Reggie seems like a really nice guy, and Id heard good things about his shop. I dont know if this is commonplace, or if I got the new guy, but I feel like my car is in worse shape than when I brought it in the first time. If anyone has had a better experience, please share.

My mother, who has a language barrier, came in for an oil change for a 2013 Lexus GS with 50K miles. The technician told her she needed an engine flush as well. She walked out paying $248.25. When asked today about why she was given an engine flush, they indicated that her car was 3k miles past recommended oil change, and therefore an engine flush was needed. This is a classic 3rd party shop that will take advantage of people. Do not go here. If they truly believe a vehicle with 50K miles needs an engine flush, then their knowledge in vehicle maintenance is minimal, and thus any recommendations or work is untrustworthy. If they know such a recommendation is ridiculous, then they with full knowledge and intent ripping people off. when i went there to talk to someone i got a guy named Bill. Bill is HORRIBLE when it comes to customer service and the girl there gangs up on you with him. Dont waste your time.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have a 2005 Audi A8L. I was on vacation with my wife and 3 kids and my air conditioner went hot. Not good. 102 heat, black car, 11 yr old, 9 yr old, and 5 yr old in the back seat. I was referred to Eurasian Garages by an Audi website and called. They fit me in the next morning, repaired it while I waited, great price, and I was blowing cold and back to the condo before the kids woke up. Additionally, they went above and beyond advising me on an issue an issue with my wifes Mercedes that my local Mercedes dealership couldnt diagnose. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If you want it done right the first time the staff and technicians here are amazing. The whole team is fantastic. They actually take the time to tell you specifically what is going on with your car and donot mind answering any questions you have. They are honest and fair.Recently had to take my car to Bill and his team to fix something (which ended up being more issues that were supposedly fixed by someone else) and I am so glad I did. Reggie and family have taken care of my cars since 1983. Before I found them I had to take my Audi to Fort Walton (over an hour away).Since then they have cared for our Buick, Tundras, Chevy Mini-Van, Ford trucks and a Blazer. Once when going out of town on a Sunday I got tires from Sears. I did not get out of the parking lot before I returned and said there was something wrong. They checked and said all was OK.. Several days later I went to Reggie get regular maintenence and told him tires seemed funny. He took them to another tire place, got problem fixed and there was no charge from either place.He us honest and dependable, with fair prices..and as soon as IThey are honest and dependable and go the extra mile.

My wife and I just moved to Florida. We each have 16 year old Mercedes C-320s and we are anticipating buying a new car next year. Both cars needed repairs. We explained to the Bill, the shop manager, our situation. and that we wanted to spend just enough to get the cars functional and no more. Reggie (the owner) checked out the cars, did the repairs that were needed at a resonable cost, which matched the estimates given. Eurasian has a great team. It is a family run bussiness and Reggies wife, Debbie also works in the front office. Both cars are now running fine. We received what we requested, the minimum repairs, at a minimum cost, to get these old cars functional again, before we buy a new car next year. You can trust Eurasian Garage repair shop!

We moved from California last year and we used this place to fix oil leak problem. This shop kept my vehicle more than 10 days with the excuse - mechanic is hospitalized due to an accident. After the fix, the manager charged ~$2,000 (after 10% discount!!). He showed the nice google reviews to explain how good they have been in this business. To my surprise, we found out another oil leak from power steering next day.... I am not sure of all the good reviews. This place surely made me regret my relocation to Panama City.

If you ever have a problem with your foreign ride, these are the guys to call. Bill and the guys do awesome work and ive personally seen them go above and beyond, staying behind to get things done. Professional, friendly crew and would recommend them to anyone!

I went there for a transmission problem with my rabbit, we were in a hurry to get back to Canada and Bill told us it was the slave and the master cyclinder. The job was done quick but it was not fixed. They didnt change the right thing and it cost 600$ for no difference whatsoever. When I got back to Canada my garage replace the clutch and told me that the slave and master wasnt the problem at all.
