They were helping me to find a car at other dealerships, and when all that proved unavailable, they helped me with a different model they had on the lot. They were courteous, professional, communicative of what was going on, and got me the car I wanted at the payment I asked for. Both of them and all the other staff (from reception to finance) were as nice and helpful as could be. Will definitely be returning here when it comes time to purchase another vehicle.

Service experience excellent: Scheduled online for my Kia Telluride which had some shaking. Service adviser Alan was on time, friendly and knowledgeable with years of experience. He knew what the problem was after he listened to me the customer. I expected to have to come back to have service completed once they had part but miraculously they had the part in stock. I was out of the store in under 2 hours. Waiting area was nice- coffee, bottle water, snacks, magazines, wifi, phone chargers & comfortable chairs. This place was MUCH better than expected.

Not impressed with their parts inventory or their staff. I have been trying to find an OEM part for my Kia that has been missing for a couple of months and they were no help. I ordered the part well over two months ago with them over the phone and never got it even with me calling every Monday to find it. Finally drove up there and turns out they had not even ordered the part. So the parts employee ordered the part with me standing there at the desk. 2 days later they call me to me to tell me that they didn’t have the special nut that I needed so they went ahead and ordered the entire wiring assembly for the engine which includes the nut and it was ready for pickup and I owe them $300 for it. I refused to pay $300 for a wiring assembly that I didn’t need and they said it’s the only way I could get the nut that I’m needing. So I’ll be searching local junk yards for the bolt that I need

This place is not what I thought. Bought a car that I still have scratches that havent been rectified. This is the first place Ive seen put the incorrect miles on a DMV document, then have the nerve to say that it was a mistake. Honestly wouldnt recommend. A used car dealer would have done a better job. Total disappointment.

I had been communicating with Jason (sales associate) via texting and by phone a few days before actually going to the dealership. Nick Harris gave us hands down the best sales experience we’ve ever had purchasing a car (and I’ve bought quite a few cars). I called ahead of time to be sure the vehicle I wanted to see was available. I drove straight there from the beach and he had the van pulled out, washed, and had even blown up balloons for it! The numbers were easy to understand and made sense. The manager (I believe that’s his title- he’s the person who ultimately approved the price) gave us a bit of a rambling speech that sounded like old-school car selling tactics and had an “oz behind the curtain” vibe as we couldn’t talk to him or meet him until very close to the end of the process. Nick remained absolutely professional and made sure we completely understood everything (we did). Then we went to Tyler who was absolutely wonderful as well. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking the add-on packages that were right for us, and he was very honest about some that wouldn’t make the most financial sense for us as well. Once all the paperwork was done the detailing department had gone so Nick scheduled a time (around my convenience, of course) to come back and have my van detailed for free. Overall Bill Byrd seems to have a great team. Knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and genuinely good guys. 10/10 recommend :)

I came back from serving overseas in the UK for 4 years and needed to get a new car as I was not able to take back my UK spec due to the years it had on it. I also ran into a lot of car issues and headaches my last 4 months there when my first UK car finally broke down.I had researched Kia in PCB while I was on leave and was thinking of purchasing a new car or a 2021 version in order to make sure I didnt run into car issues.I was looking for a Kia Forte, but it had been taken off the website a day or two prior. When I asked if they had anything similar, Jason pointed me to a 2021 Kia K5 that was in the Sapphire Blue color that I had liked. This came with more cargo space and a lot of great features w/the car, but it had been drive for 3,500 miles so it took off about $7K of its normal value.Coming back overseas, I was awaiting on my renewed Missouri Drivers license, but Jason was extremely patient and found workarounds for the issues I was facing. It took about 4-5 hours to get the documents required from USAA, but Jason was willing to work with me through the whole experience.Additionally, Tyler was a great help and assisted in lowering some of the prices for being military and gave me some great recommendations on what I should add onto signing for the car. He also recommended paying the minimum to help increase my credit score w/big purchases as my credit score was about as high as I could get it (showed me the big picture of why I should pay it off over time vs. right away).Both members were amazing and Im very much enjoying my new car and couldnt sing their praises any higher for all the hassle they had to go through for me! I have been a loyal customer for years. I have not had the greatest experiences when it came to trading in my cars with them. I called today because I had gotten a flyer about trading in my used 2019 car due to the demand. I called to inquire, and get a rough estimate about how much my trade in would be worth. I felt the salesman Jason, had no interest in helping me. It was almost like I was wasting his time. With Covid, I didn’t feel comfortable going in, and going through the long process without getting an idea of what to expect. I just wanted to get an idea. BIG MISTAKE!!! I will take my business elsewhere. I just wanted to stay Kia loyal. Th staff has changed, but I can’t even say for sure that this gentleman was new. That would atleast give some sort of excuse for the behavior.

Went in to have my 2016 Kia Optima serviced and I ended Up leaving in a new 2022 Kia stinger I love My car and the stinger is beautiful and mr John Noble helped me through every step of the process he was very patient and thorough explaining the process and was honest and genuine the buying experience at the new Kia show room is so much more enjoyable now with the updated building.

Terrible service. $400 for LABOR ONLY to replace a sensor that I could have done in 30 minutes. Repaired the car without my approval to begin with. Was a great place 3 years ago when I bought my truck from them, but I don’t know what happened to them. An $86 part ended up being a $600 bill

Do not recommend this dealership. I’ve bought a 2019 Kia Forte from them when it was brand new. Fast forward to now and the car has had two transmission replacements. The radio screen is delaminating and the dealership was made aware of it at 35,000 miles. The service agent Tyler told me the radio will have to be ordered. Just got a call today because the dealership has a mileage discrepancy in their system for my car and the radio will not be covered under the warranty because of their mistake. This dealership is a scam and buyer beware because they are crooks and will not work with you and lie about warranty work. I’m extremely disappointed, Kia has been notified along with BBB.

This is my second vehicle my husband and I have bought from Kia! The first one we bought was with Mike and this time we had Dennis. Great experiences both times! This time I actually came in for an oil change and to get something looked at, but Dennis being the amazing salesman he is, had me driving away in a brand new 2021 Forte GT instead lol. He was never once pushy. He asked me how long we had the 1st vehicle for, how our credit is since then, and how our payment history looked. I told him 1.5 years, higher credit score than before, and a great payment history. Dennis then said, Let us worry about taking care of this vehicle and lets upgrade you to a 2021 In my head I was thinking yea right, but I was willing to entertain the idea. Well Dennis was serious. I drove out of Kia with an upgraded car, a lower interest rate, no money down, they basically ate what i was upside down on, and my payments really arent too much higher. While test driving cars with him he made me comfortable, showed me the differences between my current car and the ones i was testing, and answered all of my questions. We had an issue with the DMV and a wrecking service and he got on the phone and got us all of the info needed to take care of it. (We took care of it the next day Dennis! Thank you!) Dennis is a great salesman, personable, and knows his job. He took the lead and made things easy for us. I also cant forget to mention Tyler. He was awesome! He walked me and my husband through all of the paperwork and made sure we understood everything we were signing. He has great energy, made us comfortable, and knows his job well! He explained all of the extra protection we could add and broke it down so we knew exactly what it was and how it worked. He wasnt pushy. He just explained the facts, gave examples on how it all worked, then gave us time to make a decision. Im very happy! I cant get over how great my warranty is! Looking at 2021 sportage sticker of 26280 less 2k (to my knowledge) mfg (not dealer) rebate = 24280.Was trading in 2013 sportage w/ 65500 miles. They start trade at 7800 - after talking - 8700 (reasonable). 24280 less 8700 = 15580.Their best price was @ $17840. As I think they get inventory purchase credit for the mfg rebate, it seemed like they really weren’t coming down from getting their full price for the car. Going from $15580 to $17840, seemed like they weren’t negotiating any on their side by agreeing to absorb tax, title, license and misc little fees.Maybe I’m confused, but the numbers indicate to me that they were going to get the full dealer price for the car plus the profit on reselling my trade in. I really wasn’t getting much of a deal here.Am I confused? Is my math wrong? Any one have any thoughts to help me? Really wanted the 2021 sportage.

I had an awesome experience Purchasing my new 2021 Kia Telluride! The sales team was professional and courteous and the process was rather quick. My salesman even went the extra mile to swap my belongings over from my old car to my new one while I was finishing up the paperwork.

The service department is excellent and in particular Ive been helped several times by Angie Kaspar. She is *wonderful* and I suspect she is the glue that keeps the dealership together. I totaled my previous car 2 weeks ago and have been stressing the car buying process but they made it so easy, Dennis Fullwood helped to put me into an adorable little Rio that was completely within my budget!

I called in Wednesday morning and spoke to a nice lady on the phone about issues I has having with my car that was still under warranty. I asked if any diagnostic fees would have to be paid, and she said no. So, I took my car in later that day. When I dropped off my car, I told them to call me before they do ANY work on my car and they said they would. I get a call later the next day, saying my car is ready to be picked up, and how much I owe. I said I never authorized them to do any work on my car, but they said I did. I just picked up my car, and I asked to see the signature page, and there was a line above my signature that said I agreed to pay anything at or below $128. When I signed the paperwork, I did not write anything on that line. And they NEVER said we will call you if the work would go above $128 they ONLY said, yes, we will call you BEFORE we do any work on your carI am very upset with this experience. I was told I wouldnt have to pay a diagnostic fee, then I ended up paying a diagnostic fee that I did not even authorize. I wanted to be called before they did anything on my car and they failed to do so.

We bought another Kia Sportage which we love. We had had great success with owning the Kia products. Customer service at Bill Byrd was excellent eespecially, John, Khalik and Trevor. Would highly recommend.

This was very friendly. TJ Washington was our salesperson and did an awesome job! Understood our need to be in and out fairly quickly.They didn’t do the whole going back and forth many times about price. We even had to come back and it was no problem. He was so knowledgeable about all the features and took the time to explain everything(even things I have on my older Kia that I had no idea what they were for because they weren’t explained). Bill Byrd Kia is absolutely the best dealership in this town. Today is a prime example of why they are the best. My daughter bought a used certified kia a year ago. Today it had a small mechanical issue. They fixed the issue at no charge, filled up her gas tank, and vacuumed the car. I can promise you that no one else in town will do that. Dont use there service department, they had my car for two weeks and then theu tried to tell.me that they didnt have it, none of the people are on tjr same page. When they did find my car i was told i didnt qrite it up so i will call you back, only to not recieve a call back and i had to spend my time tracking them down to gwt my car fixed that os under warranty.

My first experience at Bill Bryd Kia was great they hooked me up on a great deal. My second experience was horrible. The dealer insulted my intelligence the whole time and tried to sell me a USED car for more than what would be considered a fair price for a brand new version of the car. Bill bryd Kia does not care about customer service or loyalty they are just looking to make a buck. Therefor non of my service needs or car needs will ever be done there again. They will tell you they are a big family there don’t buy the lie they are just scammers.

My experience last week was even better than I expected. I visit Kia often for service and this time was excellent. I had scheduled my appointment online, electing extra services that covered my concerns. When I arrived I verified my issues. After waiting approximately an hour, my car was ready. I was pleasantly surprised to not be charged for the services that did not need done after all. Rather, the issues were fixed as part of my oil change and inspection. Kia also vacuum my carpets as a courtesy. I am very happy with these results. I highly recommend Kia for your service needs.
