Customer service was great. I called they found the part and was very polite when I arrived to pickup the part.

They are the only parts store in town that has a waterpump that wasnt after market for my husbands 1989 Ford f150. He has been on cloud nine. Thank you NAPA for making my Saturday nice instead of ugly😉💕. Great crew Thanks again guys.

Poor customer service & support. I was sold the wrong parts on my initial visit. After purchasing the correct parts from the same store they refused to provide a refund on the initial purchase.

Had a headlight wiring harness/plug not available at the closest parts place so went a little further to NAPA and was glad I did. They had the part I needed and I was able to get my light working. The staff was very friendly and were able to assist me right away. It was an overall great experience.

Having a need for a new remote fob case for our truck, we stopped in here and as in the past, our experience was pleasant. The staff is laid back and knowledgeable and can be quite humorous at times. Either way, their prices arent bad and they wont look at you with the usual stare you typically can get at some part stores. Btw, if you decide to check out the amazing light they have on the counter, make sure and look away before you hit the power button to see how amazing it is... I did it the first time I saw it and saw spots for a while afterward. PS, it is a pretty awesome light...

This is a great place to buy automotive parts, they also have a lot of other things that you might be looking forward to add to your garage or to your vehicle. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend this place for anyone that needs to buy parts or accessories.

Winning for some brake rotors for a 2002 Chrysler Prowler! Cant find these things anywhere but these people were really helpful spent a great deal of time with me and gave me some ideas of other places I could check. Knew they were going to sell me a thing but spent the time helping me to find a place that may have them! Hooray for a place that really cares about customers whether they can make money off them or not!

Great selection. Fair prices. Went in to buy oil and a filter for my Yanmar Diesel engine. They quickly cross referenced the oil filter from my boat and sold me the new equivalent.

Can get almost anything you might need automotive or Marine.

Genuinely helpful people. It is a store for people who do actual mechanical work on their car, not just bolting on chrome plated plastic accessories. They dont have shelves full of dress up items for idiots and I like that. The stock seems to have thinned out a bit and they need to consider looking at that, 10 years ago I never could have walked out without the part I needed, today its a gamble, but the service is still great. They have good products on the shelves and I like the knowledge available in the store. They sell tools as well and they dont break the first time you use them like everyone else.

The guys in are there are very professional on top of their business get you in-and-out quick back to your day!

Man the guys a Napa in panama are awesome. I needed a head gasket for my 1956 allis chalmers tractor, they found it in 2 minutes, and on top of that told me to bring in something harder next time. theyre the funniest guys I ever met too had me enjoying the whole experience, whish they served beer! I wouldve hung out longer! anyway make it down there and talk to Aaron, Tony or Trey!

Only go here to get parts if you have time to wait while they answer the phone and search information for telephone customers. What ever happened to first come, first serve? I recommend rock auto!

Went there with my husband they did the man talk back and fourth, laughed, got what he needed to fix our truck and out. Great plus for me because I get bored in autopart stores. Dont know what to say about autopart stores but my husband didnt fuss when we got back in the truck so it must of been good.

Used wiggins to fix some warped heads for a 3.4 chevy v6 they where severely warped i was surprised they where able to fix them. Great service if you need some head work this is the place to go

Walked in looking for a brake line fitting. With the other line in my hand. First the lady behind the desk was not only rude to me she came back with this ridiculous adaptor set up that probably cost $20 by it self. then told someone else to help me. The guy was even less help than she was. Not even 2 seconds into it she is throwing stuff in the back. Yelling what a waste of time I ended up telling the guy Im going to pep boys. Within 1 minute of telling the guy at pep boys what I need he found it and I was on my way.

Great.. we’ve been looking for replacement bulbs for a light in our RV for 3 days.. FINALLY found the right bulbs at NAPA

They close at 12:00 on saturday often even sooner. the one day we get to work on our projects. thats pretty stupid considering every other parts store is open till at least 4:00.
