Lied to me, then charged me for a service they did not do. they could not have been more unprofessional! I do not like to leave bad reviews, I know we all have bad days, and I believe people generally are good people. but I would be wrong when it comes to G- Force. if you have used them before and you have that felling, there not being 100% truthful, dont fell bad have another mechanic check there work and see for your self. you cant say you werent warned! at some point its are fault for just letting them get away with it.

Excellent service. Friendly atmosphere. No smoke blowing from this shop. They swapped my tires in a timely manner AND fixed my TPMS in my tires that the previous wanna be tire guy said he did not break. For a transmission specialist shop, they can do everything.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Will be bringing my Jeep there for repairs outside my skill set.

I had a lot of performance problems with the way my 91 Camaro was running. All the symptoms pointed toward the transmission. I decided to call G Force and explain to them what was happening. They did a $60 evaluation, we agreed to move forward on a transmission rebuild. After the job was done, I took her for a spin and it drove like a new car!! Amazing work! I was fully impressed. It got rebuilt better than factory can do! It was well worth the money and I hope to get another 30 years out of the car, if not for the transmission! Thanks guys.

Very friendly customer service. Quick to respond. I had my vehicle checked by a couple shops in town. Every one of them said to go to G force. Thanks so much for getting my cruze back on the road and working with my payment schedule.

On May 21st my Chevrolet Truck was dropped off at GForce Transmission. It was towed there after making a grinding sound when put into drive. They did not look at it or inspect it until June 1st. Initial estimate was $3800 but was told it might be higher if they found damaged parts. They found damaged parts and quoted me $5140 (need rear main seal and an exhaust gasket. Both quoted at $200 total) - I said Thats half of what I paid for the truck! Ed said, but you cant sell it the way it is and new trucks are very expensive right now (During the post stimulus inflation time frame) - It was explained to me that the planetary gear(s) had cracked and were destroyed. I needed new steel hard parts.I asked for pictures since the repair was so expensive and this was my first time at this shop. Ed said - We dont do that here, but I can make sure you get your old parts to inspect - I said I didnt like it since the amount was so high but the truck was there and apart, so lets just move forward and make sure I get my parts separate. I have been to a transmission shop in the past that gave me a box of parts that were full of several parts that never fit my broken transmission. Make sure I get MY parts Ed. Not someone elsesEd said - I will make sure to do that.I was called on June 14th and informed the truck was done. I showed up to pick it up on Thursday June 17th. Almost a month after it was towed to their shop. (Time was not my problem with these guys. There was a 3 day weekend involved and there shop had a water leak. Both of which Ed informed me of)When I walked in, I was given the warranty card and invoice which I will supply to anyone that would like to investigate this further. I was told to sign the warranty card, which I did, and was shown the invoice. As I was reviewing the invoice, Ed grabbed my credit card off the counter. I asked a few questions and he kept saying, we will go through all of that in a minute - as he was running my card. The invoice had no serial numbers for parts, nothing to show except line items anyone could have typed up. It did not even have the supplier names or skus for me to research further. I literally have no proof of these parts being in my truck right now.As soon as Ed was done with my card, I asked to see my parts and was escorted into their shop where they pointed to several totes full of about 5-7 other transmissions parts.I was told the builder didnt keep mine separate.I very quickly told them that what they did was shady and unprofessional. Ed apologized several times. I never threatened or used foul language during any of this exchange. He said he stands on his 43 years of transmission building - I told him he was shady and unprofessional and my whole experience is bad. I have no way of knowing what they actually did on my truck and how they handled myself and my vehicle was horrible.I am currently on the phone with my bank to cancel my payment until I receive purchase orders and any type of proof from them of any type of service done._Update 6/17/2021-- Just called to ask Ed for any purchase orders for any parts they installed on my truck and he said he didnt have any and was busy with another customer and hung up._Update 6/18/2021 -- Ed said he would call me today with a box full of parts from my transmission. Business closed without a call out to me. Big surprise huh?__________________________________________________________DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS

I broke down right in front of their shop (turns out my fuel gauge just quit and I ran out of gas) I went in to see if they could help me out. Even though they were backed up 4 weeks, they were willing to help me get my truck off the road and give me a quick diagnosis that got me back up and running with nothing but a gas can. These folks are very friendly, and based on my experience today I would be very happy to use there services again.

Called to see if they could help work on an Aisen Warner transmission. When asked what car it was out of, Told them a Saab. They then told me to go to SAAB directly... Told them they are out of business and they didnt care. The transmission is used in Nissan and many other brands, but as soon as he heard SAAB he didnt care. Poor customer service.

They wont even look at your car unless youre willing to leave it with them for a couple days so they can drive it around. Mechanic for most of my life and knew exactly what the problem was on my vehicle. They still wanted to charge me a minimum $100 just to look at it and keep it for a while

We had a very positive experience with G-Force; they are professional, courteous, and helpful. It is never fun to have to put money into repairing a car but Ed and the team here made it as painless as possible. They not only work on transmissions, but many other car issues (such as tires). I would recommend them to anyone in need!

I called to get a quote to remove, repair, and replace the transmission in my truck. I have a VERY common automatic transmission and received rebuild estimates over the phone from every other transmission shop in the Anchorage and Mat-Su valley. However, this company refused to give an estimate and insisted that I bring it in and pay for an evaluation. Felt like they were trying to hard sell me on the eval instead of offering the information that I was requesting.

Theyve always worked very well with me to keep my vehicles up and running. It can get busy around tire change over season, so plan ahead.

Less than 5000 miles on my NV5600 trans rebuild and it did exactly what I brought it to them to repair . I asked specifically for a hardened roll pin to be epoxied into place so this would never happen again .So now I get to repair it myself the right way . Wasted time, wasted money .
