Arriving first in line at 6:00 in the morning lots of people showed up before they opened. It would be nice if they had a sign in list or something like numbers rather than having people stand in the rain. I found it odd customers could not organize themselves first come first serve as they could wait in their cars rather than standing online at the front door in the rain and cold with nobody inside.

Great customer service as always. The technician was having a few problems with balancing one of my tires, he let me know it was fairly close, but might not ride perfectly. He asked if I had a little extra time to wait to try and get it perfect, I agreed to stay longer so he could get it dialed in. It was a success, truck rides perfectly. Most tire shops I’ve used in the past would have probably called it “good enough,” and got it out the door. This guy wasn’t about sending a truck out the door not riding down the road like it should. 100 percent would recommend.

The job got done, which was changing my winter tires to spring/summer tires. I felt like the sales representatives were irritated, because I didnt have a mask on, during the time they were working on my vehicle.They offer a 5 percent discount for bringing a mask with you, which I did, so when they completed my tire change I showed the representative that I had a mask and asked if I get my 5 percent discount.He was annoyed, but honored the discount. I asked if he was having a rough day, he said, No, its just that you didnt wear the mask while you were waiting.I said, Youre right I didnt, but I was mindful to keep my distance from everyone except my own son. I also stated that if wearing the mask was appropriate for COVID prevention it would have been a different situation. We agreed to disagree and carried on. Ive been using this tire place since 2014. Until last year I had always recieved exceptional service. However, this year and last the customer service has been unfriendly at best.Unless you wear a mask, then its the same professional demeanor. I know this, because I spent over a hour watching customers come and go.

The Wasilla crew stayed late on a Saturday to get my Silverado tires leak-free once again. They did an outstanding job.

They are always very nice everytime Ive come to get my tires changed over and were very helpful when I had to pick out my first set of winter tires. Just have to remember to get there early before opening!

Very friendly and professional staff. You must wear a mask and they limit the number of people allowed in the store at one time so I recommend calling first. Tire change is first come, first serve. I bought my snow tires here 2 years ago and prefer coming back when changing them. These guys are great!

Be sure to wear your mask or they wont take your business. A simple heads-up on the phone would have saved a trip and I wouldn’t be leaving a review. Ive used this tire shop for several years, and they do a professional job, put their customers first, and they are certainly competitive priced. In this Covid19 world, being an older individual who is in the higher risk category, I appreciate their emphasis on safety, for their employees, and customers, and I commend them for doing what they can to mitigate the risks associated with a pandemic, while still running a quality shop. To the dissatisfied customers who are too self-centered to wear a mask in accordance with CDC recommendations, and who dont seem to care if they make someone ill, its better that you are shopping elsewhere. In doing so you are helping to make this establishment safer for those who value safety. Personally, I prefer to shop in locations where the establishments are trying hard to take every possible measure that they reasonably can to protect both their customers and their employees.

I came to Alyeska Tire needing new winter tires for my truck, after previously having a bad experience at Diversified Tire. Alyeska Tire treated me with respect, they were professional, and I recieved great customer service. A man named Bruce helped me, and he is great. I recommend Alyeska Tire over any other tire store in the valley. I will always come to them going forward!

Took my car here for a tire swap. (Mount & Balance) They got me in as soon as I got there. Decent waiting room. It has both men & women bathrooms, which I didn’t use. But good to know. Bruce and Wesley were nice. No problems.

I was disappointed to find out that they charge $9.00 more per tire to mount new tires I brought up from the lower 48. When looking for new tires, I called Alyeska (I have been their customer for years) but they did not have the size I needed, therefore I had to buy somewhere else. But being the loyal customer I am, I had them mount them. I guess loyalty has penalties.

Good selection, polite staff, inconvenient service. They provide a very unpleasant service experience, a hostile environment to customers with children. I tried to buy $1500 tires, and they refused to make an appointment even though I had a small child. I bought them at Midas Palmer. The large lobby is completely inhospitable, and the only place to walk is the gym. The lobby is filled with tires with a few tiny tables and nothing else.

Great pricing and great service. Went in to buy new winter tires and have them installed. Was in and out in about an hour. As we were leaving, a very nice mechanic came out and said he noticed a loose part on his shop floor where our truck had been. Some cheap part that was glued on had come off so he brought our truck in one more time to install it properly. Big thank you to everyone at Alyeska Tire! We will be back.

I love this place!. We bought snow tires and upon checkout, the young man explained that their tires are guaranteed if there are defects..ie..flat, puncture, they repair or replace free of charge at any of there locations statewide. Cant get better than that!!

Pulled in at 5 pm on a Friday. Had tried another place that didnt want to bother with us. We had a piece of metal in our tire. George Copper was very helpful at the desk and the 2 mechanics were very good. So glad that we went there.

These guys are great. I had a bunch of tire issues with a travel trailer I was trying dewinterize so we could go camping. Everything I checked was damaged! My third trip back (all different unrelated issues) they immediately took the tire back and just fixed it then told me not to worry about it and they hoped I was able to get out and enjoy what was left of the weekend. Admittedly the last problem was just a bad valve stem which are cheap but it meant a lot to us and we have been a customer ever since.

I ordered a winter set of tires and wheels on Thursday Oct. 6th. 2016 and was told they would be mounted on wheels the next day for me to come pick them up. On Friday they never called me, so I called the store the next day on Saturday. They told me they had to order a wheel from the Anchorage store because one of the wheels they had was bad, and they would be ready for pickup the following Monday. Monday came and went and no call. So I called back on Tuesday, and was told there was a mix-up and they will have the tires ready by Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning my wife went to pick up the tires, and after some checking they found the tires and wheels were ordered but never assembled, so my wife waited for about 40 minutes while they mounted the tires on the wheels and loaded them into the truck. Two weeks later the snow fell in Palmer and so I went to mount the tires onto the car, no such luck, 2 of the 4 tires were mounted on wheels with the wrong bolt pattern. I returned the tires and got my money back. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I cannot give 0. I wish all of this was a made up story, unfortunately its not. AVOID THIS STORE!!!

Made an appointment a week in advance. Dropped my car off early and was told 2 to 2 1/2 hours. 4 hours later I called and my car hadnt been started yet and I was told it would be another 3-4 hours. What is the purpose of taking appointments if youre not going to keep them? I dont appreciate people lying straight to my face. Ive used alyeska tire multiple times in the past, but never again.

Took my motorhome to Alyeska Tire in Palmer to have a slow leak on the left rear outside tire fixed. They examined the outside of the tire, found nothing wrong so broke it down and found and replaced a bad seal on the inside of the metal valve stem. While cleaning the motorhome after the next trip noticed a bulge in the same tire that had the valve stem issue. Went back to Alyeska and had the tire removed from the rim and replaced with a spare. An examination of the bad tire revealed a 4 inch cut along the bead that is inside the wheel when mounted. There was no other damage visible on the any part of the tire outside of the wheel. Alyeska claimed that the damage could only be caused by hitting a pothole or a curb and offered to sell a new tire for $391. Decided to get a new tire from Costco and took the damaged tire in for disposal. A Costco certified tire technician took one look at the tire and concluded that there was no way that a pothole or curb could cause damage inside the wheel. They were 100% sure that the tire was damaged during dismounting or mounting. Went back to Alyeska and told them what Costco said. They said that they would relay the information to the manager and he would call me. Still waiting for the call.

Failed to replace springs while doing basic brake work, basically turning my vehicle into a time bomb. Ended up causing catastrophic failures of brakes, axle seals, and bearings. I wouldnt even return the too piss in their wheaties.

Check your beads before you take used tires in for a winter change over. They have problems with mounting, and will tear up your beads, then tell you your tires are damaged. then you will have to buy new tires.

Had to wait for an oil filter, never told me, just let me sit, I finally had to ask what the holdup was, no customer service
