My husband and I had a great experience at Bertera. Our specialist, Keith Andes, was amazing and we ended up in the vehicle we wanted. Definitely the best car-buying experience weve had so far. Highly recommend!

Love the car i got. However, they put the price alot higher than what i got listed on TrueCar, and they messed up my car after bringing it in for an oil change, and arent going to fix it. Overall, Im not satisfied

I bought the truck in June of 2020 and have had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They treated me as if I was in the way and did the bear minimum to help me. This was the first vehicle I have ever bought from a dealership and was surprised how much they didn’t care about showing me anything. They would not budge on the price of the truck not even a $100.00 because the dealership was not located “on a main road” Thorndike is a main road right of a highway!!! Then when I settled to buy the truck they couldn’t even fill the tank with gas, my friend bought a truck from them a month later and they gave him a full tank a gas. After owning the truck for about a month I noticed the tire pressure in the rear back tire was 28 psi while the rest were 38. I contacted Bertera and they “fixed it” for $35.00. Now a week later the same tire is back down to 28 psi and I called them to take another look at it and they said they won’t be available for two weeks, and to bring it somewhere else. I have already paid for it to be fixed which it was not now they want me to go somewhere else to have it fixed cause they already have the money I spent on it. Absolutely the worst first experience at a dealership, will never buy another vehicle from this place again.

I really wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing my Jeep. Honestly, I would say that I was happy until recently. I was told that the vehicle has left their lot and therefore was not their problem, that it wasn’t their job to be at my “beck and call” when things go wrong, and that they have other customers than just me. Like, are you serious? I spent 30 grand on a Jeep and now they don’t want to deal with me. The first issue was with the ignition. It wouldn’t start with the actual key, just the remote! It took 3 months BEFORE COVID to get that handled. It took a month just to get a return phone call after numerous calls and emails to get this fixed. Customer service is the WORST. I have never felt so unappreciated or disrespected at a dealership where you would think they would want return business. Nope! Once they have your money, you are nothing more than a problem to them - and they will make sure you understand that! I wish I had Jodie on voicemail to demonstrate just how rude these people are. The owner also couldn’t care less! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

I went here twice with my girlfriend to help her try to buy a Blazer. The first time I had to leave because I was sick. She took it on a test drive, loved the car, but felt like our salesman, Matt, was just trying to get her out the door and not even sell her a car. The second time we went, I was able to stay. Now, I used to sell cars in California and then at Fathers and Sons. I know how things work, but 1. Your website does not label how you get to the discounts, 2. Again Matt did not care enough and would not even give us a print out of numbers. I have been to many dealerships that will give a printed price breakdown even without running credit. He was also working with us and another couple at the same time. I definitely felt like he prequalified us from the beginning. We both have great jobs and make enough money to afford what we want. Needless to say I do not think we will be coming back here again to purchase a car.

Classic sneaky with a smile on their face. Once you buy a car from them they drop you, no return calls to address your issues. Would not give me whats owed on time. Lack of all around service when purchasing a car. Will leave you hanging in the middle of transaction. No printed page with price breakdown, all sticky notes with #s that change at end. Would not recommend.. Big mistake on my part to purchase there...

Great experience, purchased my 2020 Silverado from the”Chevy Guy”. Best prices around and gave me a great price on my trade in. My son also bought his Sonic there and has been very satisfied with the service on his car. Highly recommend!

We were waiting most of a day for a call back to get the bank check amount for full payment on a vehicle. After several attempts to call, text and email we finally got a call. We were told that the vehicle was sold. We were then wrongly accused of not giving them all the information up front. When we asked to talk to someone in management the answer given was that they were busy. If a mistake was somehow made, at least own it and attempt to fix it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Believe the reviews. Very deceptive in pricing, trade, and financing. They don’t stand by advertised discounts - bait and switch tactic.They quoted me a monthly payment that was supposed to be based on the rates at a bank they work with. Turns out, it was my bank and the payment was way higher than I had already arranged. Why wouldn’t they go with GM Financing? Probably prioritizing loan incentives over customer service is my guess. The dealer I bought from (Cargill) dused GM and matched my rate.Be careful. This place is shady.

Bought a new Chevy Blazer from salesman Mike Howe.He was not pushy, very patient and showed me all buttons and gadgets in the vehicle as I am not tech savvy! I would go to him a nice young man!

Horrible experience with this dealer. Jodi, the sales manager, and AJ are both your typical used car salesmen and will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to the point where you sign the paper. They have crazy dealer fees that they refuse to give a breakdown for (illegal) and they say you have to pay it because they have to do the registration on a vehicle with a loan (wrong).I will never buy a car from them as they are liars.Read the fine print if you have to buy from them. Best bet is to walk away.

6 months ago. I got a 2019 Chevy. Ran good for a month or so. Right after 4 months. She starting having LOTS OF ENGINE PROBlems. Bertera did want to help with anything. 42k and I was sent to deal with GM. I gave Bertera lots of money and they didn’t have my back what so ever.

After purchasing 4 vehicles and had no issues we decided to go back for a tride in and purchase another vehicle. However this time we had and still have issues. The first issue was the vehicle I purchased never received a full maintenance inspection. They told me it did but days and weeks later proved otherwise. My vehicle never received an oil change. My battery light come on brought it back the next day to be put into a loaner with no gas in it. I was told I would know what was wrong by that afternoon. Never heard from anyone so I called only to find out service had already left for the day. Got a call the next day that it was all set. Drove it for three more days and my abs light came and a bunch of other service lights as well. Turns out my vehicle needs a new alternator. When I called the dealership to tow it the answer I was given was sorry thats on you we dont work with a tow company. I had now owned this vehicle for 3 weeks. After they say they fixed all issues I spoke with a manager who not only said I would receive my tow fee back because he felt after only owning my my vehicle for three weeks. It has now been 2 weeks with multiple phone calls and text messages and I have yet to get my refund or an apology for not returning my phone calls. I WILL NEVER buy or recommended you to any one ever. Horrible customer service and horrible service on your part!!!!! This is how you treat loyal customers??? Shame on you.

Absolutely horrified at my experience at this dealership. Job was not done in a timely manner nor was the job done correctly. Would NOT recommend anyone taking their vehicle there especially a diesel. They do not have anyone that specializes in diesel maintenance. 0 stars and never going there again.

Was looking for a new car due to having a new baby added to the family and the old vehicle wasnt making the cut. While searching multiple dealerships Bertera stood out from the rest. Upon emailing them about a vehicle I recieved a quick return phone call and was able to set up a viewing. living over an hour away it was nice to know the car would be there when I was arrived. one nice thing is they did not try to push me into a higher priced car to get a sale like most dealerships in fact they worked with me to make the car I wanted work for me. They made buying a new car fast and simple and took care of all the out of state requirements in a quick and timely manner. Would recommend buying from Bertera for anyone unsure on going to a dealership.

I saw a nice 2020 Silverado on their website for $33,936. I live 2 hours away, so I called them up and gave them a deposit to hold the truck until the following day when I could make the trip. The sales rep also said that Bertera would match and beat any trade-in offer already received, so it sounded like a pretty solid deal. Between me getting details about the truck, and providing details about my trade-in, I spoke to the sales rep maybe 4 or 5 times to get my deal in place. The following day, I drove 2 hours to find that my truck was sold the day before. They had pretty much the same truck in a different color, so we moved on to plan B. I was then told that the dealership wouldn’t match my trade-in offers. I had (2), in writing, but they would not honor them. They offered me $2000 less than every dealership up until this point. Lastly, I learned that the $33,936 price online is bogus and misleading. This particular number was about $3000 low, because the fine print says something about a trade-in allowance. When speaking to the sales rep the days prior, this was not mentioned. I was told $33,936, out the door.I was promised:-A 2020 White RST Silverado-Selling price of $33,936 (as per the website and sales rep)-Match or beat my best trade-in offer (which was $23,500)What I showed up to:-A different truck, because they sold mine the day before (after I gave them a deposit to hold it)-Selling price of $36,600+-An initial trade-in offer of about $20,000. They bumped it up a few times to $22,000, but didn’t honor the “match or beat” offer that was presented to me on the phone the day before.My experience with Bertera Chevrolet was horrible. The people that run this place and put their sales policies/training in place should be ashamed of themselves.

Took way too long to get nothing accomplished. Overly talkative Salesman kept me there talking personal information. I wanted to go In and out with offer for my car. Instead, I was stuck there needlessly for almost 2 hours. Was told I would receive a call last night or today. I had to call them, twice. I havent received a courtesy call even! Disgusted with Bertera Chevrolet of Palmer. Id love to speak with owner

Hands down the worst service, I am highly disappointed and will never go to another Bertera dealership due to the experience with Brian Yarrows. Unfortunately there has been problems from the start and more issues keep coming up. When you cross the line of legality there is a huge issue!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Refused to give me my deposit back! False advertising, bait and switch, they’re a horrible dealership to work with! Price on their website was falsely advertised, and they claimed that the $3,000 was disclosed on their website, which it was not! Poor sales guy told me he was forced to work 7 days a week until he made the “sales goal”.

They called me to confirm that the vehicle would be available for sale and made me an appointment. I drove for an hour and a half to get to the dealer and wait an hour and twelve minutes for the seller (Mark) and then he tell me that a person is currently filling out the paperwork to buy the vehicle. It was disrespectful to do that to a client. Very bad dealership!
