I have a Ford Escape Hybrid that needed a front brake job and a transmission fluid change for the eCVT trans. I decided to go to Buddys based on the reviews here and I was not disappointed. Buddy and Steve did excellent work on my car, with quick turnaround - and also took the time to double check a couple of other things on the car to make sure they were OK. They gave me an accurate and very fair price estimate on the work before I dropped the car off. I would bring any of my cars to them again for service. Sincere and good listeners. Theyre good people and run a friendly, honest and skilled business.

Had confirmed appointment to purchase a vehicle. Drove an hour and a half to Palmer MA. Upon arrival, we were approached by an intoxicated salesman stumbling through the parking lot. He informed me with a grin and a laugh that he had just sold the vehicle from under us regardless of our confirmed appointment, then lied and said I would call before I came. Too bad because the day before I spoke with Buddy and his son Steven who seemed like nice people, and this other stiff Charlie is an embarrassment. Obviously too much of an alcoholic to do his job competently.

Bad experience, scammed out of my money when I was in a tough situation, honestly wouldnt anybody to come here. They seemed nice at first but It was all fake when the money came to the table.

I bought a 2006 Pontiac Vibe at Buddys for my 17 year old daughter. Not only was the price right, but they sold the car to me with brand new tires and brakes. Steve, Charlie, and even young Mackenzie :) proved to be excellent people with a high regard in customer service. I found them to be trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. I plan to use them for future car repairs and highly recommend as a first place to go to buy a used car!

I called ahead and asked how much for an oil change. The guy gave me a good price, so I decided to make the drive from Southampton to get it done. I get there and the guy tells me that theyre closed for everything except car sales on Saturdays. He could have told me that over the phone before I drove 40 minutes for no reason. I will not bother to ever go back.

We have had all our cars repaired there. Also, they go to auctions, which is how we get our cars. Great service. Great bunch of guys.

I stopped in to check out a truck I noticed. Very friendly owner (Steve). No pressure to buy, but willing to help out with anything he could. He pointed out some damage (I didnt even notice) and said they were going to be fixing it before they sold it. They have a small lot, so not many options right there, but he offered to find something at the auctions he attends several times a week (with no obligation to buy if I didnt like what he brought back).Once I figure out what vehicle I want, Im definitely returning to this place. ☺️

Worst service I have ever received from a mechanic. They kept my car for 14 days after agreeing to put it back together several times so that I could take it to another shop. When they finally gave my car back they charged more than double the quoted price and said that they didnt know if the problem had been fixed or not! I did end up having to take it to another mechanic and considered taking this shop to small claims court.

Do not use as a mechanic. My girlfriend brought her car here after a rejection sticker for an evap leak. 800 dollars later she gets the car back drives it for a little while and the code comes back. They never ran the proper test to diagnose the problem. We bring the car back and they say they want another 300 dollars to fix the same problem! !! I say no thanks well be on our way and they wont let the car go unless we pay them 100 dollars for the scan they just did. The same ob2 scans that are free at auto zone and take about 5 minutes to complete. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK
