The service was amazing, I was able to schedule an appointment, and drop off my car. They called me with a quote before starting the job, the car was ready for pick up before lunch time. Everyone was very nice and explained exactly what they did. Ill use them again.

I love Alaska Automotive! They are highly skilled, abnormally honest, and surprisingly affordable! There has been more than one circumstance where they could have sucked thousands out of me but were honest enough to recommend I save money and go a different route! Plus, last I checked, they are also willing to install customer provided parts which can save you even more money and continued headaches when a failed DIY project goes south! I never hesitate to recommend them to all friends and family, use them personally, and take all company vehicles I have to them as well! If youre in Palmer and need a vehicle diagnosed or repaired, give them a call and you wont be sorry!

Excellent work! Our 2016 Ford chassis RV had a cylinder misfire issue. Ford dealerships in Alaska wont work on Ford chassis (sounds unbelievable, I know); Im actually glad they didnt now. The folks at Alaska Automotive took care of it immediately. Repair was done quickly, professionally, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Alaska Automotive, and will use them again. Thanks!!

Hands down the best shop in the Valley! I dropped my Jeep off to have the brakes checked and a few funky noises checked out. They quickly identified one issue that the dealership had missed (misfires when accelerating). Excellent customer service and communication - I was kept in the loop on everything going on with my vehicle. The front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable. When I picked up my car, they gave me detailed notes about everything they did to it. I decided to hold off on getting some extra work done, and (without me asking) they provided a price estimate with my paperwork. An all around excellent shop!

Went because of the reviews but will never go back again. Stop by to see if someone could come out and listen to my car to see if they could give me any idea what the noise is. He wouldnt come out and said my car could be seen in 2 weeks. So if you need your car look at in a timely manner dont even bother wasting your time going to this place unless you have another vehicle and can leave your car parked for a few weeks.

Very good auto shop in the valley. Years ago I was having problems with my Ford F-350 and no one could figure it out. I took it to them and they could not duplicate the problem at first. They had me come get it and didnt charge me for their time trouble shooting a problem we cant find. When it broke again I took it back and whalla, they fixed it. (intermittent fuel pump) Since then I take all of my vehicles to them.
