My go to spot in the Valley for getting tire work done. Always professional, great customer service, fair pricing, and they get things done as soon as possible. I can trust them and can leave my vehicle overnight or just my wheels and tires and never worry about them. Been doing business with them for over 10 years and always am happy with the results.

I took my truck to a different shop first and the supposedly fixed the issue twice, but the issue was not fixed .. I took my truck to Midas in Palmer the next day and they figured out what was going on right away and fixed it properly!! They even took it on a test drive to make sure ! Thank you Midas team !! Midas in Palmer is courteous, thorough and competent. Every employee I interacted with was excellent, from the female at the front desk to Dave the manager. They are obviously extremely busy but took the time to go over the services performed, my vehicles performed and the warranty.

They were absolutely amazing! I had brought my truck in for an alignment and tire change, come to find out I delivered them a hot mess!!! They were awesome about everything, called me before starting any extra unauthorized work and they even saved some of the parts for me to look at!!!!!! I had originally brought my truck in for an oil change, but after I got to Midas it wouldn’t turn over to put it in the bay. My starter had gone out, and they diagnosed and replaced it in 2 days. Customer service was great, and they were very speedy which was convenient. Although I wouldn’t say it was the cheapest it was a fair price :).

Weve been doing business with Palmer Midas for many years, they have our informationon file. I left my car off the night before, after calling to check they had tires in my cars size. I left instructions for 4 new all weather tires and an oil change, asking that they keep the two old back tires for me to use as spares. I wrote my cell number as the first contact number, and my husbands number as the 2nd number. They called my husband this morning (did not call me) and said the oil change was done. My husband asked about the tires and the guy said he didnt know they were supposed to do anything about the tires. My husband called me and then called Midas back to verify that yes, they did need to put new tires on the car.A lot of women would find this men talk super offensive. I would advise Midas to do some training because if this ever happens again Im going after the employee who disregarded me in this business transaction.

Over the years my family and i have used Midas in Palmer and they always perform professional, high quality work. I typically ask for OEM parts and they are more than happy to do so and warranty as well. They will go over and above to do good work according to my specifications. I’m pretty sure they would never use inferior parts in the first place and are careful about their parts sources. Even so they are more than happy to get the parts I ask for, and do so with great enthusiasm. I’ve known the manager for more than 10 years now and have always known him to be a friendly, reliable automotive professional. I have gotten to know the assistant manager, Jeremy, as of recent and think highly of him as well. Great shop to do business with if you care about your car.

Friendly and competent customer service and I was pleased that they inspected my brakes and the tire tread on my summer tires when they put new winter tires on. They were also finished before the estimated time.

I had a bad battery in my truck that needed replacing. Stopped by during the afternoon and asked if I could get a new battery installed. They were able to fit me in and replace it right then. Everyone who I had contact with were so friendly, helpful, and courteous! I was extremely impressed and will continue to do business here in the future. This is now my go-to auto service location and will highly recommend them to others!

Midas in Palmer, AK is literally the best. I have been gong there since we moved here in 2007 and I have always had exceptional customer service and excellent work done on the vehicles Ive had serviced there. They are priced fairly and always explain what they will be doing to the car. Ive even stopped in over the years with minor (but not minor to me) issues and they have made the time to quickly service the vehicle and send me on my way. I cannot recommend them enough - my whole family takes their vehicles there and we always will! I think what I appreciate most is the customer service - they are always friendly and considerate and that goes a long way in customer satisfaction :)

They warranty their work, so when I had a bad part installed, they took care of it the same day free of charge, and I didnt even have to sign anything. Mounted tires I bought online. Dont know why its a problem for some businesses, but it sure wasnt a problem for these guys. Firendly service at a reasonable price. 👍

They do OK work for simple things. But they will not make appointments for tires. It makes it almost impossible for working people that work Monday - Friday. I tried 4 weeks in row to get tires out on my car and have studded tires taken off but had no success. I like to keep business local but this place is not managed well. I ended up having to go to Costco for tires and service. Tires were cheaper and they make appointments. Midas expects you to leave your car overnight for a simple set of tires. I bought tires from them before because I like to keep it local. But I am done doing that.

Just an atv tire rebead on the rim. They are hella busy and it took longer than estimated. When I returned at the end of the first day, they did ask if I needed it done that day so they would have accomplished it if I needed it.

I brought my wifes suv (2018) in for a road vibration in the steering wheel I couldnt diagnose myself. The midas team immediately noticed the tires on the front were starting to de-laminate and bubble. Which intern caused the vibration. They removed the wheels to further verify and sure enough at 25mph they began to wobble. Hats off to the team for the keen eye on an issue I couldnt see! Purchased a new set of tires and all was well with the grocery mobile!

Got new snow tires at a good price and a reasonable turn around. They suggested some repairs and werent pushy in the slightest. They explained the problem and why I needed to fix it and said I had their number when I was ready.

Good service if your just getting an oil change. Their pricing and knowledge is off. Took my 2014 dodge dart there and they told me transmission needed replaced and wheel bearings needed replaced. $6000.... Took it to EGM they are putting a new clutch in and wheel bearings for a quarter of the price. Nothing wrong with transmission.
