WHY IS IT SO LOUD IN HERE???the set-up of this place creates such an echo, you’d think it were a 5,000 square foot warehouse!! In addition, the employees speak so loud to one another, it sounds like there are 100 people on here, not 5. If you’re hoping to study, relax, or have a conversation….this is NOT the place!

This particular store was slower than my local Starbucks (it was an abnormally long wait per car for after 5pm).Also, my Strawberry Acai Refresher wasnt as tasty as my usual store. Literally lacked flavor. However, my banana nut loaf was delicious as ever😍The young lady in Drive-thru was very polite and friendly, however she appeared to be new.She didnt know where accompanying items were in her area nor did she know the protocol for purchasing gift cards. Which caused for time delays.Overall, Im only taking away 1 star because my order was correct, the staff very friendly and I appreciated the other coworker assisting the young lady willingly.

Ordered two Venti Frappuccinos, one was a Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and the other was a Venti Strawberry Creme Frappuccino! Both drinks were made perfectly! Staff was very friendly, the inside of this store is large with plenty of seating! The only two issues I had were the bathrooms needed to be a little more tidy and the outside seating area needs to be cleaned, bags, cups and other paper wrappers are in the Shrubbery bed outside of the black metal fence!

I love Starbucks especially around this time of the year. Pumpkin spice latte’ with fat free milk. Nothing better! My daughter also loves Starbucks. She gets the blended drinks and the the ham wrap.

They are great! I dont have a lot to say. They got my drink right (just the way I like it) and same with my friends drink. They were quick, friendly and drinks were prepared correctly. Cant ask for much more than that!

Took 2 11 year olds who think its cool to go to Starbucks. This location on US 19 is not great to get in and out, old location at 19 and Nebraska was much better and I went frequently, rarely go to this new location. Do not care for Starbucks coffee, even the mild brews are too strong for me, but the caramel apple cider is very good.

Each of my 3 drink orders were incorrect and when my order was placed there didnt even ask for my name. They were so busy I wondered how they would know my drinks from anyone elses. Maybe Ill stick with the drive thru.

It’s Friday and there are 14 people inside and cars all the way to US 19 and I got my order in less than 10min, the efficiency and teamwork at this Starbucks is impressive. Not only today, but everyday. It makes the start of my day so pleasant. And they’re always so kind and friendly and greet you with a smile when calling for your order. Bravo! THANK YOU to every single barista at this Starbucks!!

Line is way too long to end up with a terrible drink. I ordered 2 Venti Iced Matcha Lattes with 8 scoops of matcha, 2 pumps of vanilla and cold foam in one of them. By the time I finally got to the window I was still waiting to get my drinks. Then when the girl handed the first drink to me it looked so light in color (usually when I get these drinks DAILY they are dark green even WITH the cold foam on top). I said to her that doesn’t look right. She proceeded to tell me multiple times that it’s because of the cold foam mixing throughout the drink and was reluctant to take it back. So I finally said “fine I’ll just add more matcha when I get home.” After I said that she finally said “do you want me to make it again?” and I refused because by that time I had enough sitting there bickering about the drink. I drank it and it hardly had any matcha flavor at all. I could only taste the milk. Even when I got home and added more matcha it still wasn’t the same since Starbucks uses a different type of matcha mix. I shouldn’t have had to go home and use my own ingredients. I’m pretty much done with Starbucks after this because I’m so sick of the inconsistency of their drinks-especially this one.

FAVORITE Starbucks - Iced Coffee is Spot OnLove this location! Used to go here almost every day (sometimes twice a day) when kids went to school locally. They knew me by name, and if I walked in they knew what I wanted before I ordered.Super clean, very efficient, and staff is super friendly. The manager is AWESOME! So friendly one time a customer asked if we were sisters :)MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Not all Starbucks are created equally. The way they are SUPPOSED to make Iced coffee (not cold brew) is one thing. The way most stores DO make it is quite different. This manager happens to love her iced coffee as much as I do. She has trained her entire staff to brew it correctly. It is never bitter, and always the right strength. Quite literally the perfect iced coffee :)

Ultra friendly peeps work at this location! They will make pretty much any type of coffee you want. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. Considering it is directly on US19, car & traffic sounds are not overwhelming. Lots of people stop by just to pick up their coffee, but also people stay doing work or having meetings. Usually busy, but you can either go to the drive through or have a seat inside.

Thanks for never putting my coffee lid on all the way. My coffee tastes better drinking it directly off my shirt anyway.

As it goes with Starbucks, the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting with an impressive selection of edibles from the front cooler. Their drink menu is as great as ever with choices to satisfy a sweet tooth, or if you prefer the caffeine jolt - all of the hot and cold coffees and teas are a great choice. 👍👍

Yes, Ive sold my soul to Starbucks. Stop in at least once a day. They are very good about custom orders and suggesting alternatives. Most of the staff makes a point of greeting you by name.

Always friendly prompt service at this location. And they make your drinks the way theyre supposed to be made - dont need to ask them to do over like in some of their other locations which I really appreciate.

This is a nice location, inside at least! Its in a pretty terrible plaza as far as US-19 is concerned. If youre planning to go through the drive through, give yourself time to enter and exit the plaza because its a very tricky merge onto the highway. The staff worked with my reusable cup, which is great! I took my sister here for her birthday and shes in love with barista Evan. The good thing is this is a full Starbucks so they can make a bunch of drinks. Its also got a lot of seating so it makes for a good study session space.

Vickie was the rudest manager Ive ever came across. Came in before close and refused service and cussed me out. Horrible customer service.

Placed a To Go order at this location, as the Tarpon Springs store wasnt an option. Order was placed at 3:33 pm. We arrived at 3:47, didnt get out of there until 4:15. Our order was somehow lost. The two girls who were initially helping got frustrated and walked away. Thankfully a boy decided to jump in and help. No apologies, nothing. I hate sounding like an entitled female, but the to go option is for when you are short on time. Not sure what got lost in translation. Wont be returning to this location any time soon.

I didnt not get my card back after stopping in the morning so I called and they informed me they had it and to come get it anytime. When I got there Ben (I believe him to be the manager) was very curtious and even gave me something on the house for having to come back. LOVE this Starbucks. I visit for a month once a year, every year and the long-term baristas remember me every single time. Some even remember my drinks! Always friendly and excellent service no matter who is behind the counter though.

Delicious as always, I get the venti mocha and caramel syrup, or their salted caramel mocha(which are very different in taste) but if you like more flavor I would recommend the salted caramel. Banana Bread is delicious.

There is no doubt that Starbucks Coffee is quite popular and delicious (specially with no additives). Baristas are very friendly and professional. Cusomers just love hanging there.The problem is the amount of sugar and sweet syrup in majority of drinks. This is way to much for European standards, however, somehow permissible in America. I usually ask for just one pump of syrup instead of three and then it seals the deal.

They mess up literally every order. Even the most simple drinks such as a latte they forgot to put espresso in multiple drink orders. Will no longer be ordering from them.

The parking is abysmal and the drive thru is constantly busy. Still, the baristas are friendly, get the orders right, and get you in and out as quickly as possible. Its the customers who camp out here for the free WiFi that clog up close parking spaces. Maybe they should have two spaces just for pick up. Then when I order ahead I wont be parking a greater distance away - especially on a rainy day like today. Balbina and Shannon were wonderful, working together to get my offer right. And the sun came out! So I don’t mind walking to my car a block away.

They never get my order right. Frapaccino is always melt. Customer service is very poor. Only 3 in the bunch have any idea how to properly handle customers.
