Great bagels especially on $7 Monday. Sandwiches are good, but not over filled.

I wish we had one closer to where I live in Trinity so we drive to Palm harbor to visit this location I love their coffee and bagels I got the form house egg sandwich I love it very friendly people and good service

The service was great the place is clean I was not impressed with the bagel maybe it’s just what I order and the coffee was cold. I will give them another try and hopefully my experience is better.

Was very disappointed when I went last weekend. There was only me and one other customer she was at the cash register and I stood in front of the display case and was there for 5 minutes patiently waiting there were plenty of employees no one looked at me greeted me or said well be right with you or anything. I was disappointed because I like their bagels but this is horrible customer service I guess they were more interested in filling the orders that were being picked up to go so I left and went to Panera.

Bagels are tasty as before but they’re mini bagels now 😂 (-1). Nova had no capers (-1). Spinach artichoke chicken was very good (+1). Ordered half dozen combo to take out only to find at home that salmon shimmer that I brought to cashier is missing in a bag 🙄 (-1). I ordered 2 sesame, 2 asiago, 2 everything on and got two plain instead of everything (-1)My favorite in a past location goes down the hill.

Einstein Store on Fowler Ave is amazing. Always service with a smile and they know my order as I walk in the door. Been stopping in there weekly for a few years.Manager Mike great at overseeing quality service.

Nice place for breakfast... first time in Einstein’s Bros Bagels and I enjoyed my time here... huge variety and the food was nice... also they make a good coffee as well... clean place and a helpful staff...

Horrible bagels!!!!! For anyone who thinks this is what true bagels taste like, you are sadly mistaken. I never asked for salt free butter but thats what I was given. The cream cheese has zero taste. The coffee tastes like gas station coffee. I understand that real bagel stores are few and far between in this area of Florida but either take the trip or go to your local Walmart bakery(theyre actually not bad there if youre in a pinch). Sad example of a bagel.

Honestly, its worth the drive to go to the gulf to bay branch....the non masked clientele here make covid regulations a joke. The long wait times here pit everyone in the dining lobby clustered around, crowding together....with the new way they take orders, it is impossible to guage how long of a wait you have...there were 2 people ahead of me, so I expected a short wait.....30 minutes later, I had a bagel... it would have been quicker to drive 15 miles out of my way. Plus, the other store seems to keep the flavors in stock better.

This place has all kinds of bagels and not just for breakfast. Probably not super healthy but must be better than fast food!!! Taste great not too long of waits. Social distancing is enforced as well.

For breakfast this morning I decided to grab a bagel and coffee. I’m not a big “breakfast person” so my morning bagels are a little different than most. I customized the wheat bagel with turkey sausage, lettuce, tomatoe, cheddar cheese, and avocado. The avocado is a paste, not sliced avocado (I didn’t know at the time). It was okay, just a normal bagel. I do wish the cheese would of been melted on instead of just thrown on cold. However, I did get two DOGGY BAGELS for my babies ! I didn’t know they had these ! The dogs were very pleased

The food was fresh, and delicious. The coffee is decent. Staff was great for the 60 seconds I was inside picking up my order. They give you a good amount of food for the price. The brunch for two box was perfect for all day out and about without having to worry about getting hungry.

Staff is going down hillYou can tell it is not the same as it was before. No longer outstanding. The taste and freshness of the bagels is really not what it once was. It needs a total overhaul and new Staff that like their jobs!!

Yea they have some good food visa vie Bagels etc etc. But dont waste your time trying to sign up for their rewards program despite the face Ive got their APP and have ordered it through that APP they had none of my rewards account available.

Husband birthday. Special trip and had ordered 2 dozen bagels. They had them waiting for me. ☺ I had a French toast bagel toasted with cream cheese. Out of this world good. Only sad thing, want them closer to where I live. Otherwise love them...

The bagels are very good and a decent amount of schmear to choose from, but the process of ordering is totally backwards. I like to see my bagels while ordering them, especially when getting a variety dozen. They have a huge glass case, which is nice, but you have to look at them, then slide all the way down to the opposite side of the counter to order and pay. Why not order where the bagels are, get your bagels, then slide to the register to pay? They were legitimately upset when I wanted to order in front of the bagel case.

Ive been here many times over the years. This time I ordered Avocado Toast, and the Avocado spread wasnt anything exceptional. I wish I would have just went with my regular everything bagel and cream cheese.

I’m obsessed with this place! Always good, quick, friendly service. Have been coming here for over fifteen years now. Bagels are delicious and they don’t skimp on the cream cheese. Good spacious spot to sit inside and read the paper as well.

Unfortunately this location needs major help in management. My family and I love Einsteins! However, this location is a disaster from the counter experience to the staff to the food. I have given this location multiple chances, hoping someone wood fix it for us! NOPE! The staff is rude and has a consistent attitude. The coffee bar NEVER has coffee!! I have been given the wrong order multiple times, and management has no answers for anything. And if you talk to the cashiers they just get mad at you. It really is a mess. They changed the order line and have you order when you pay, fine, I get it, you have to fix the line, but dont yell at us in the line asking questions that have no idea what the new process is!!! I am not one to write about the negative, but this case is special. We need a good bagel place in the area, any suggestions?

Everything was good bagels are great coffee taste good but if you want poppy seed bagel you gotta get there early

Einsteins is our favorite place to get bagels. This is the closest location to our house and they never disappoint. Everything always tastes fresh and they are quick to get you your food, even if its busy. Love this place!

Tasty bagels but the service was meh. 2 ladies there before us wanted everything bagels but they were out. They asked if theyd be made soon. They were told no. We came in 10 minutes after and the everything bagel tray was full. The ladies would have gladly waited. Poor service.

Ordered the bagel and lox it was moderately busy this morning. The salmon was tasty and fresh. It was a smaller amount than I had expected. Ive had them here before. I did need to remind them of the heavy schmear requested when I ordered and they happily gave me extra on the side. Bagels are always quite fresh and tasty! Everyone was pleasant and seemed to be happily buzzing and working around their Duty stations...

From the medium to dark roast, the coffee was majorly watered down. Though my order was given as a toasted bagel, it was NOT even slightly toasted. I also ordered a baked good, which I asked to be warmed, which was served microwaved with a texture like a wet scratch-free dish sponge. Ill never go back; so my advice is: go anywhere else! Unless of course, youre OK with horrible food and beverage.

I used to really enjoy going this location. Its a nice neighborhood spot. However today was my last time going. The service and food were just bad. When I arrived I stood at the order counter order 4 mins before the lady told me she could take my order at the pick up counter. She was just standing there staring at me in the meantime. Once I ordered my food I got my bagel within three minutes but my drink came nine minutes later. The bagel tasted like bread with spinach, hardly any cheese and soggy although it was toasted. The drink was OK. The only good thing was the atmosphere and meeting neighbors by chance.

I love their bagels! But the last time I was in there they barely had any bagels. So that was a bummer since I made a special trip there. And it took way longer then usual for them to make my bagel. But other then that. Its a very nice atmosphere.

Theres no issue with food. I have come here several times because I enjoy the foods. It is the service that I cant stand. Just how it is managed is the major reason. Their kitchen line doesnt have any organization and the ability to move quickly when the place gets busy. Even if it is slow, they dont even move fast enough. The staff keeps slowing down the service which becomes frustrating for the customers. If you do have patience for the service, then you will fit in. They need a better leadership in kitchen to manage the orders and get it out.

Bagels are amazing, food is fantastic, but the employees leave something to be desired. Theyve changed the way you order and instead of being helpful, with no one else in line I stood for 5 minutes without being acknowledged and then they act annoyed as if everyone should already know the Einstein ordering process. This is the third time Ive stopped to buy bagels for my office and the third time Ive thought that the staff here is rude. This morning, the one male employee was by far the rudest.

They have significantly improved. You can now call in your order a few days in advance and you actually get what you wanted. Good crew, better management.

I am a native New Yorker from Brooklyn/Manhattan and know how bagels should be cooked; Unfortuneately, nowhere in Pinellas county (including Einstein Bros) with the exception of perhaps one or two small stores, are bagels prepared the way they should be.That being said Einstein Bros is still my go to place for a bakers dozen and the tasty classic sandwich of a bagel (my choice sesame seed) with cream cheese,nova smoked salmon ( lox) and all the trimmings.Einstein Bros offers a good variety of bagels which btw when frozen will hold their taste and freshness for quite a while. The rest of the menu is creative and offers up an interesting variety for breakfast and lunch and the atmosphere is casual and comfortable. If you sign up for the online rewards program you will receive generous coupons from time to time, plus they give a senior discount.

Food is good...BUT! My husband went to the restroom and when he washed his hands...NO SOAP! When he told one of the staff, the guy said, weve been out all week. UNACCEPTABLE! My husband had to go into the ladiess room to wash his hands.How hard is it to get soap? Run up to Publix and get some! For all of the HEP-A reports, this restaurant will be the next to close down for contamination.

Not a fan. Polite employees, clean tables and bathroom, patio seating, Im just not a fan of the food in general (franchise corporate level). Bagel is to big for meat ratio and not stacked right to prevent slippage to the side, hard to eat and more bread than Im a fan of. Thanks to owner for email in case I wanted to say more.

I have given this location so many chances but I cant do it anymore. The service is awful, staff isnt friendly, it takes forever and today was the last straw. I have attached a picture of what they gave me. I ordered avocado toast and the actual thing I received is just embarrassing.Update: came in almost 3 years later to grab a quick coffee, no coffee in any of the carafes and now having to wait for them to come out to brew it. How is this place still open? I also noticed my picture was deleted off the original review....

Staff always friendly store always clean

They do run out of bagels quite frequently and you either have to wait for a bit or get something that may not be your first choice. Waiting is a problem when you have to get to work! But the staff is always friendly and helpful and the food and coffee is always fresh

The bagels are always fresh. They have the best coffee. They havent switched to Cariboo like some other Einsteins. I love the Einsteins flavor. Excellent customer service!

Today the woman taking orders was borderline rude in her tone, I get shes trying to move the line along but she could communicate better with customers. This is the worst Einstein bagel Ive ever eaten at and its a shame because the food is so good. The staff was very rude and one of them was not wearing gloves while preparing the food. They werent even busy and messed up the order. The bathroom was very dirty and did not have toilet seat covers or toilet paper. I was really unsatisfied with the whole experience will not return to this store.

Im very forgiving when it comes to businesses being understaffed. I tend to feel sorry for the manager. But today, the manager didnt even apologize for the 20 minutes wait with no one in front of me. She said her two openers called out. The order was completely wrong and I couldnt even have it since I was allergic to what was on it. Unfortunate.Things happen. Businesses are understaffed sometimes. But how you handle the customers is EVERYTHING. Not even a free coffee for the wait? Instead, I paid for a large and received a small cup.Bummer...

Maybe just a one off thing, but this visit was terrible. None of the hot and toasty items were even prepped, the staff was frazzled and deep in the weeds, the restaurant was packed with no less than 20 people waiting for food that took way too long to come out. For a Saturday breakfast rush, this was a debacle. Get it together, guys.

Got there just before 4:30 pm. Before ordering I was told that they were closing at 5:00 pm. Tried to order one item, but is was unavailable because they had already started to close. Ordered something else & iced tea. Items were rung up & paid for. I went to get my drink but iced tea was already cleaned up for the day. Girl apologized that she forgot to tell me it was already pulled for cleaning. They allowed me to get an Honest iced tea instead. It was also closed up a minute after I got my iced tea. Food was delish but felt rushed & unwelcomed because it was to close to closing time.

Arrived at peak hour lunch time to be told no onion bagels except one. I ordered a bagel with nova, purple onion and capers to add to the bakers dozen. Normally I would be told you would make some while i wait but it just seems like the help projected a sorry about your luck kind of attitude.Ill be across the street next time I make a bagel run.

Us19 palm harbor. Worst service ever. 15 minutes to get a bagel with butter. Bagels half the size they used to be. What a lot of nerve. Keep Einstein... Never again the payoff was when we finally got a bagel it wasnt toasted right and we ask for butter on the side the butter was put on the bagel all in all this was probably one of the worst experiences Ive ever had

Really disappointed, it is common to ger warm, yummy breakfast sandwich. Today cold, yuck! The store was so dirty and the service was poor.We wont be back.

Every einsteins in this area has its own special way it sucks but the bagel dogs are very good.... when they have them.... i try to get a bagel dog 3 times out of the week and they are out mostly all the time... today they were even out of cinammon raisin bagels today. Also their customer service is awful. For example i have called in a pick up order to come in to have them say they dont have any bagel dogs after TAKING my order... but ill keep coming because theres no other option around... just not very good

Best bagels I found since leaving New York

I come to this specific Einsteins all the time... Although I havent been in a few months, I was extremely happy to see that the management has changed since my last visit. After ordering a bagel sandwich, I noticed new items on the menu, bite-size bagels filled with shmear. I asked the (younger) girl serving me if they were good and she said yes, so I ordered one. She took one from the display area, put it in a bag and handed it to me. While I was waiting for my bagel sandwich to be made, I took a bite of the shmear-filled bagel bite. I made a comment to my friend that it was very cold and dry and the other guy behind the counter (who seemed to be the new manager) started questioning the girl who was serving me about what she gave me. She explained that she took it from the display for me and he started yelling at her right in front of all the customers that she was supposed to get a new fresh one from the back and heat it up for me BEFORE serving it to me... He even slightly joked about how it would be terrible to serve me one of the display items that had been sitting out all day... She apologized and they said they would take mine back and make me a new one. I started to hand it back to them but they realized I had bitten into it (like I said) and said that it was okay, they would just make me a new one. I let my friends finish the rest of my cold hard bagel bite and awaited my order. I soon payed and received my bagel sandwich... but never the new bagel bite that I was promised. I waited a few more minutes then I walked up to the male employee that announced the problem and promised the new food and I asked him if he was still making me a new one... He said, But I only charged you for one...? I was extremely taken aback by this so I only said oh, ok... back to him but now I wish I had said something more.... what a RUDE guy!!!! His nametag said Chris, and I hope his ways are changed soon or einsteins chooses better management for the Palm Harbor location... If I go back there and he is not there anymore my rating will DEFINITELY change, I love Einsteins!!

I just ordered two bagels anda coffee. One poppy and one everything to go. Get home and have a sesame instead of an everything. I was really looking dforward to that one. Cashier was slow...didnt think she knwew what she was doing. Get to coffee station where all four urns were empty.
