Dillon is the BEST customer service employee who Ive ever met in my 60 years. He juggled 3. Customers with complete patience and professionalism. One customer was clearly mentally disturbed but Dillon handled everyone with calm and respect. He needs a promotion!

We went here to upgrade to a phone we brought and the person who helped us out was Dillion, and he was a saint.We had major issues with transferring the phone because the previous owner was still logged in and we couldnt factory wipe it without a long and arduous journey with Apple. Yet, Dillion persisted and endured and went well above what he needed to do. Several times I personally gave up and would not have been surprised at anyone else doing the same, but he kept persisting and eventually, after 2 or 3 God forsaken hours (an hour past their closing if I recall correctly,) he had the phone switched over and working perfectly for us.Normally I wouldnt review a Cricket store or even write something but he went way overboard for us and was humble even in victory. If hes working there when you show up youll be in good hands.

Just walked out of the cricket store with a big fat smile! Val was super helpful and probably the best phone sales manager I have ever l spoken too! Most definitely will carry my phones over to cricket! 10/10 Thank you for being so awesome!

Best cricket store in the area

Bad...So, so bad....Adding features customers dont ask for, slamming autopay on them. Marking up accessories you sell people as special orders off of Amazon. Seriously??? You guys rip people off left & right. Anyone buying from you is overpaying. You take advantage of people, Cricket should pull your Authorized Retailer status.

Very helpful. I walked in with my old and new phones in hand. The guy at the desk not only sold me a new sim card, but installed it and my microsd card from my old phone. Never had a problem with any cricket.
