I have nothing but high praise for Danitta Riley!My sister and I visited this store on Thursday, May 20. We REALLY needed help and were treated with the utmost respect and compassion! Not only did she help us when we stopped in the first time, but we had to return two more times for assistance.She was kind, patient and knowledgeable!I highly recommend this store and this particular employee.
I drive to store. At 5:45 pm a sign is on front of door. Be right back, need a bathroom break.I wait until 6:15 pm. No employee comes back to store. I ask someone who works at another business. I was told that employee sits in car for lengthy periods of time and comes out of her car when a customer walks up to door. I was also told that Metro employees have been very aggresive towards other business . I had to drive from that store in Palm Harbor, Fl. to Holiday, Fl to pay my bill
Dannita can multitask like a champion! My phone was a mess, and she managed to fix it so my data could be transferred to my new phone. Fantastic customer service, and she really knows what she is doing! I would give her 10 stars if I could!

The worst customer service I had ever endured from the employee Michaela.I went in because I had an issue with my phone, and she made a comment that even if she gets my phone to work I better buy a new phone from her. I ended up purchasing a phone. I get home and as I am trying to navigate the phone, I could not take a screenshot. I Googled how to do it. Im trying to do it on my phone, and it is not working. My original phone is working. I was not happy with the interaction I had, and I just wanted a refund. I viewed my receipt and it said that I could get a refund if it was returned within 7 days.I go back up to the store and I tell McKayla the issue Im having. She tells me, I need to Google it. I tell her, I did Google it its not working, thats why I am here. You are an employee who I am assuming knows more than I do. She proceeded to tell me that she does not know, I should Google it. As she is trying to figure out my phone she tells me she doesnt know, the store is closing in 30 minutes and she does not do refunds and there is nothing she can do. The entire time she is letting me know that this is a very big inconvenience for her. Tells me that she has worked 12 hours today, has not had a lunch break and I am interrupting her lunch time. She tells me that I can come up tomorrow and talk to the manager.I get home and as I am Googling the store to talk to somebody higher up about the issue I am having. I found out that they do not close in 30 minutes but they close an hour after the fact. Regardless if they close in 30 minutes or if they close in two minutes, she showed absolutely no concern for resolving my issue. Did not want to try to find an answer.she wanted me out of that store so she could finish her dinner which she made an effort of throwing it away in front of me and telling me that its going to waste because she cant eat it now. Because she has to help me. Which she did not help me at all.I show up the next morning to talk to the manager, and he is not there it is just Michaela. She tells me that I have to go to the corporate office in Largo to get a refund for my phone. I go to the corporate office that she sends me too and they have no idea what I am talking about. They want to know why she sent me to a store that I did not purchase an item to get a refund.I then proceeded to call her and tell her what is going on. She tells me she will have a refund for me when I return to the store. And that was another whole ordeal in itself.I have been to this location before and have had a great experience with the male that works there. Because of this interaction I will never return to this Metro.
Normally I have no issues at this local store however tonight the girls were extremely rude. One of them just sat in the car the entire time and got mad when a coworker asked for assistance. The other mikaela acted as if us coming in was a total inconvenience to her doing her JOB. Actually they both did. Honestly we should have left as soon as we walked in. When asked about a free upgrade for the samsung a20 she proceeded to tell us that there is no upgrade for that version. When asked about the free firestick when adding a new line she acted as if she had no idea what I was speaking of, although someone from that same store told me they were offering that same deal and it is clearly listed on the metropcs website. Still she explained they will tell you anything to get you to come in here. OK this is coming from the stores supposed manager. She had no idea what she was doing. Kept telling me the password to our account was wrong when I know it was right. Seemed like she/they just did not want to assist us. All mikaela really did was complain about how they are working 14 hour shifts for $9/hr. Still we ended up spending about $200 for what was supposed to be a free upgrade on the phone. When trying to break down the charges she looked at me and said idk what you are talking about. She blatantly ignored several of our questions numerous times. Still we added a 3rd line and upgraded one of the phones on our plan. However I decided to upgrade the 2nd line (my line) at another metro pcs store since at this location they seem to be more concerned with sitting outside chain smoking and talking on the phone rather than actually helping and providing their customers with good service.
My mother and I had a great experience at thus store! The sales clerk Jessica was very patient and provided us with with great information outstanding service!

BEWARE--THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU OR GIVE YOU A NEW PHONE AFTER THEY SELL YOU A FAULTY ONE. DONT BUY A PHONE FROM HERE.I was sold a broken phone for $208. So I had to bring it back and was told theres nothing they can do and I have to go to corporate (which of course is nowhere near where I live and a huge inconvenience) to see what they can do about it, whatever that means.THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER IS A JOKE. ITS AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM THAT SPEWS OUT STORE LOCATIONS ONLY--YOU CANT RETURN ANYTHING TO THEM.

I was in with my MIL last week and Justin was such an incredible help! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. He took his time explaining my mother in laws new phone and was very patient with her. Justin was able to answer any and all questions she had and went above and beyond the call of duty!!

The reason I give this store 5 stars is because of Angel. The very first time I went he greeted me with a smile and kindly helped me pick out a new phone. When I went back to pay my bill, he again gave me a warm welcome and treated me like I was his number one customer. Because of Angel, you have gained a loyal customer.

I went in there to purchase two phones one was an upgrade and one was a regular phone to charge me over $237 and a couple of days ago my phone was shut off so somebody pocket the extra money
Marguerite Matt were amazing I had a lot of issues with my phone and most people would have given up any other Metro PCS I know what have but Matt and Marguerite did not they are top players in the field of phones and I would definitely come back here this will be my store for now on and I was suggested for anybody else that goes to T-Mobile or MetroPCS come to where Marguerite and Matt are they are very very good at what they do and they do it with a smile on their face and they wont give up till they fix or do what you need to be fixed or done I give them a 10 star

Worst customer service I ever had in my life. Never again will I do business with this store
So today it was brought to my attention that i was paying $100 every month since may. I normally pay $90. I looked at my bill and noticed i was paying for phone insurance that i didnt not ask for. The sales rep margarita put that on my account without my authorization. This is totally unacceptable. Ive been with metro 6 years and i feel completely disrespected. I decided to walk into the store today after work and a sales rep by the name nydia and kierstin really went above and beyond to resolve my issues. They was very professional and have plenty of knowledge. We need more reps like them.

I went in to the metro store in palm harbor and I asked for a specific employee, and the young lady who was there was very rude and told me tht the young lady I was lookin for “just vanished “ first of all thts very unprofessional on her part . You don’t just say some one vanished you say there not here or they will be back tomorrow. Not to mention she did it in a store full of people . Her customer service skills are very poor . Needs work
The Manager Jamilin and her associate Pablo could not do enough for me. I damaged my Iphone 5 while on a short trip to Fla. The broken phone had all my pass codes and passwords on it. They called my present (now old) provider, called apple and were able to not only retrieve that information but were able to transfer ALL of my data, email accounts, pics, EVERYTHING in a very short time. These two saved the day and my trip from being a total disaster. Their costumer service went well above and beyond the call of duty. Thank You Pablo and Jamilin!!!!!!

The manager there was completely awful. I came in with my phone screen not responding. The manager lady right away wanted me to upgrade, didnt even try to troubleshoot. Right as she was ringing me up, sale wasnt final, a guy came in and just asked if i took the battery out and put it back in? We did that my phone worked again, but she quickly finalized the sale so I couldnt return it. Mind you it was christmas, ruined my whole holiday. I dont understand why that man wasnt the one in charge since she obviously has no experience dealing with people, and she was eating her sandwich the entire time. Hope she had a merry christmas I sure as heck didnt all because of her.

If I could give this store no stars, I would. I had an awful experience here. On the seventh day, I wanted a full refund because I was not a fan of the service, so the employee at the time sent me to the corporate office in Clearwater. Upon arrival, I found that only the original store, this store, could issue me my full refund. I was unable to drive back down to Palm Harbor so I had corporate write a note on my account saying that the store should honor my refund. I went back to this store the next day only to find that the owner refused to issue me my refund. I had tried twice to get in touch with the owner, but each time, he avoided my calls and had his employees get rid of me. Do NOT go to this store!!! You WILL lose your money!!!

Bought a phone outright and they held my phone hostage or three months trying to eek out a little bit more money. At the end of the three months, they still would not unlock the phone. Ended up buying a new phone just to get away from their horrible service.I WAS a customer or 7 years and you would think they would treat someone who had been their customer for so long a little better. What if I do not like my new carrier? I sure am not going back to METRO POS

This store will try to rip you off. They wouldnt sell me a sim card for my unlocked phone because I wouldnt let them activate it and charge me $10 for the sim card and $15 for activation. this is something thats a free service when you call metro pcs. So I just went home pulled the sim card out of my old phone put it in the new one called metro and didnt pay anything to do it my self. I will never goto this store ever again. All I wanted was for them to sell me a new sim.
