I went into this store today to speak with a living breathing human being, as I cannot seem to ever speak with anyone on the phone about my bill. So I go in and explain my reason for being there, and what does the sales associate do??? He tells me, they do not do that there, but he would be happy to have a Verizon agent call me. Since clearly I have no other alternative, I agreed and he did infact have someone from Verizon call me. Why is it, when I call Verizon, I get put on hold for 2 hours??? But when Verizon calls Verizon, on my behalf, they get right through. I say all that to say this...these people are charlatans. I literally had an easier time buying my car.I hate these people.
Both the manager and sales assoc. were very kind to us; realizing our age and needs they were not pushy at all. Mike the Sales Associate that took care of us when we returned that evening was very accommodating and did not rush us at all. Thank you for helping us to make the right decisions.
I went to this store yesterday and they tried to rip me off. I went in for a upgrade and I talked to a general Verizon tele-rep not from this store to see if it was worth my time going in before hand. Once I was there I got help but was quickly passed to another person since this guys app “stopped working” like dude restart it instead of tossing me aside. So after I was pushed to someone else he wasn’t friendly or informative. Once I got to the end about to purchase the phone I noticed on the contract that the discount wasn’t applied. I brought it up and he was kinda short with his answers. He was like oh well that’s only online and blah blah blah. Like dude the deal would save me $460 why wouldn’t you bring that up. He obviously wanted a sale and I was just a number to him rather than wanting to help a loyal customer for years get the best deal. The rep was named tele-rep I talked to was named Orlando I believe and he brought it up I didn’t ask. But when it came to the face to face rep in store he didn’t even bring it up or try to offer any information rather than what I gave him. Obviously he thought I was a waste of time but really this store was. Next time I’m definitely going to avoid the stores.

Customer service rep really did not want to help me I suspect as I was not buying anything. He didnt even make eye contact with me after I explained I had a technical issue and motioned to another customer waiting that he would be right with them. Wish I was back at the Chambersburg PA Verizon. The few times I was at Chambersburg, I experienced great customer service. Palm Harbor location should be closed.

Did not have a good experience at this location. I was looking for the Z fold 2 for myself and upgrade another line so 2 phones would have been purchased. Instead I got mediocre at best service and rushed out the door. I wanted to take advantage of the trade in promotion and the representative was almost offended that I brought it up. All that aside I was still going to get phones from here but when I asked if I could get the z fold 2 in black instead of pink she told the phone only comes in pink.... I ended up just leaving and going to best buy where I purchased the phone outright myself and guess what color it is... Black... I wont bother with this location anymore
This location is not helpful. They would not give my dad a sim card for free. Like Verizon Corporation told him they would at any location. My parents have always had a hard time with the people running this location. Avoid and go to different Verizon stores you will be better off.
I am absolutely appalled at the customer service I have experienced from Verizon. I have been attempting to resolve an issue on my account for four months with little to no assistance from Verizon. Attempting to get in contact with customer service is a joke, I was given a phone number for a retention specialist who was so rude, curt, and unwilling to help that the call lead nowhere. I got on the phone with Support and my call was disconnected after already explaining the situation twice. No one called me back and the disconnect was on Verizons end. Im beyond frustrated. I feel the 15+ years of loyal membership to Verizons mobile service has been worthless. If I am not contacted to resolve this issue by someone willing to assist, I will be shutting off my account with this company.
What customer service??? There basically WAS none at this store. Youd think after being a customer for 20+ years,you would at least be allowed in the door to discuss your issues. There wasnt even an ATTEMPT to try and resolve any of my issues whatsoever. Whats the point of having a store with employees if you cant go in and they do nothing? Might as well just shut the doors permanently- its a waste of space.....Ill be looking for a new carrier. One that actually has customer service.....
Andy Richard a solutions specialist for Verizon greeted us with extreamly rude behavior offering no assistance and telling our family to leave the interior of the store. We were looking to speak with someone who could help link our phones and we have already called the customer care facility. Truly disappointed with his disrespect to a customer looking for help. Honestly the worst customer service I have seen.
Honestly, if I could give a zero review, I would. Both my mom and I have been to this particular store twice over the last two months, making 4 seperate experiences, and every single one negative. The employees are unprofessional, arrogant and do as little as possible to get the job done. Every time I leave this store I feel either embarrased or frustrated, and wondering why my family stays with Verizon. It is clear that the standard of professionalism, costumer service, and just kindness in general is very low at this store. Im sure this review will go nowhere. However, at the very least I want these employees to know that instead of making someones day just a little bit better and easier, you make people feel more exhausted and defeated than they already feel. One staff member in particular(claims to be a manager) really seemed to find joy today in having a pissing contest and escalating a situation, that didnt even have to be a situation in the first place. I think it made him feel smart... Or Superior in front of his audience. I believe at one point he called me irresponsible for not knowing how to transfer info from my 15 year old sons damaged phone to a new one... In front of all his Verizon buddies and other costumers. So bravo to you and all your buddies for making Verizon look even worse than what theyve already become. I called Jessie, the general manager... Well see if he returns my calls.
Didnt appreciate the staff attitude. The Verizon associate was very manipulative and inattentive to our requests. That verizon associate will be the reason to move to other carrier.
Young lady was able to correct my bill even though it was tricky to do as I had switched phones 6 months ago.

I dont think this is necessarily the stores fault but they can offer you very little help in the event you have an issue. I was told I had to call 611 for them to help me first for an online order that hadnt gone through due to system issues. So I waited outside for 25 min on hold with 611 with a 14 month old in the backseat because they cant help you with issues like this in the store. Once I finally chatted with customer service, they cancelled my pending order online so I could place order in store. But now I could no longer purchase the phone I wanted because it was on hold due to the pending order..I would have to buy a phone with a color I wouldnt want or go to another store even though the phone I wanted was sitting in front of me. It is now 3 hours later and an agent has helped me order the phone online, although they ordered the wrong color for me and I am now in the process of getting it changed.. so 5 hours later I am still trying to buy a phone. Its amazing to me that a technology company has such poor technical systems in place. I switched to Verizon because of poor customer service elsewhere...Im inclined to start looking at other options being there is no real local support.

Phone number shown only gives you an endless prompt system with no way to actually talk to someone at this location. Only references you to websites or menu system that makes it impossible to talk with someone.Tried again on 21 August, no menu option to actually talk to any real person, this is poor very poor and makes me think of switching carriers; taking a phone call is safer than visiting the store so why is there not option to talk to anyone in this store? Poor business practice
Disgraceful! I went on my lunch break because I had a problem with my phone using data at an alarming speed. The man who met me at the door did not look at my phone, he told me to call 611 because it was Apples problem. So after work I went to a different location and the woman at that Verizon was amazing. I ended up needing a new phone and two others on my family plan did as well. This man lost out on the sale of three phone and a plan upgrade because he wouldn’t take the effort to investigate the problem with my phone. Shame on him!!
Terrible custom service. at this Palm Harbor store. I have been a customer since 2000. I wanted to get info on a certain phone and the difference between models. The guy was out right rude and needless to say unhelpful. This is not the first time this occurred at this location. I even made an appointment on their Palm Harbor Store website and stated the reason for my appointment. I do have to say that Verizon Customer Service was very good when I called them - The main 800 number

Do yourself a favor and drive south to the Verizon on Main St. My whole family has had a horrible experience with this store every time. They’re rude, unprofessional and seem to have no interest in doing their jobs...aka helping Verizon costumers.

This is our second time in the store. We visited on black Friday and waited, but the wait was comfortable. We were checked on constantly, and activation took a while but we were continually updated. My Mom and I were here to get new phones 2 weeks ago and had great service as well. We have been super impressed with the service. Mason, Davin, and John have been great. We are happy new Verizon customers switched from AT&T!
Could not answer any of my questions. People there were not at all helpful. My phone quit and i needed a new one quickly. I MADE an appointment to look at and handle phones as well as get advice from staff. They would not even let me in the door. Tried to ask questions, nothing, manager was very rude. there were 5 staff in the store just standing around. told me to go on line select and order the phone i wanted and they would bring it to me outside. I went to Best Buy, was able to handle phones, sales staff was very knowledgeable and i got a phone for half the price of the Verizon store cost. Another issue is why do they charge $40.00 to activate but do nothing to earn this money. I have been a Verizon customer for over 25 years and last i checked this is not the way to treat customers.
This Verizon store is the BEST! I wont go anywhere else. Devon especially was very helpful and patient with all my tech issues and helped me find a great deal for a replacement phone when my old one was officially deemed dead. Everyone there treated me like a friend, not a sales opportunity, and gave me all the attention and help you would reserve for a great friend. I will be back, but hopefully not too soon. ;)
I’ve been a Verizon customer for 15 years and today John made my experience the very best. His customer service is excellent! He answered all my questions and I was completely above satisfied! I left with a new phone and the knowledge on how to use it! Thank you John for making me so happy!
Easily the best Verizon store in Florida. John, Devon, Sonny, Jarrod, Mena, and Andy always made this location feel like home. Marcia, Chris and Jessie are easily the best managers around and will happily do business in this store again. Chris will get the final shout-out for being my number 1 guy to work with. Love the store and would recommend to everyone. Come see the Palm Harbor Verizon family sometime.

Terrible customer service. We went to upgrade our phone, we had a Verizon promotion that they would not help me with. All they did was say to call Verizon customer service. Isn’t what they are at the store? The man was so rude. Been a Berizon customer 10+ years. Will never return.

I just returned from the store after asking for help with getting my invisible shield placed on my new iphone. I had to buy the shield on line thru verizon store and it was delivered within 2 days with no promise that the actual store may or may not be able to help with putting it on. Well my local store refused to help me. I explained I have problems with my hands/fingers and they recanted they are not allowed to touch any phone due to the covid-19. I wonder how they are repairing phones on emergency notice only if they cant touch phones. Well once again thanks for the great customer service & 4 being so understanding & caring-i hope I dont drop my phone any time soon & crack my screen. If I could give zero stars I would! This from a long standing customer of your store too! Covid or not its pretty poor c/s.
High pressure sales! Required u to pay for part of the service before gave final price and monthly payment. Paid part at store and would have to pay eat $350 next month. After getting signed in and reviewing the documents found have to pay $450 THIS month and $280 monthly bill. On the way to cancel
Their Gulf-to-Bay store: Always found their store to be a service DISASTER. Unusually crowded, staff rushed and therefore you are too. Some are product knowledgeable, others arent. I find Best Buy the best for all my personal and business electronics: phones, computers, copiers, etc. Bright, patient, knowledgeable staff. (see my BB review)
We are currently a Sprint customer since 2005! Stopped by to look at Verizons rate plans, from the time I walked in the door, to getting all my questions answered. The staff exceeded my expectations, especially Mena M. he is the sales person I felt with. He was outstanding and answered all my questions and found the best discounts and offers for me! I have 6 phone and I believe Verizon will likely be my new carrier! Thanks again Mena!
Very helpful store, much more then the Citrus Park location. Not being a computer/Cell Phone Techie I needed all the help I could get when my phone crashed right after the new year. After numerous attempts at other stores and using the on line service of retrieving info from the old phone, Nicole at the Palm Harbor store was extremely helpful. Even though she could plainly see I was out of my element with my new cell phone, she treated me with the utmost respect and worked very hard getting my new phone situated. She was great and after the disappointing treatment from another Verizon store and phone tech service it was very refreshing getting such nice treatment from her. She was great and I would not hesitate going back to this location and seeking her help on my phone in the future. Thanks again.
I had a feature on my phone that I did not understand. It was one of those instances where the phone was smarter...well, you get it. I was quickly helped and back on the road.

There needs to be a no-star rating!!! At least they kept the perfect record going - I have never left that store without being furious!!!! Great promotion - bring to your phone in to be charged if you still dont have power, what could possibly go wrong?? I explained it belonged to a 90- year old friend and needed it back right away. She said she would call me in an hour.Three hours later, I tried to call. Try that sometime!!! If you arent buying something, they couldnt care less!!! So, I went over. No charge, they had unplugged it to charge others - and, she was rude!!A year or so ago, my husband had problems with his phone. They pushed and pushed to sell him another one. We took it to the Tarpon Springs store. The guy worked with tech services for 25 minutes and got it back in service.Palm Harbor has NO customer service - Im done with them!!! Obviously management that doesnt care!!!!!

This Verizon location is good, but not great. I like the employees they have on staff. But, they never seem to have remotely enough people on hand to help. I have experienced this in many other Verizon stores, unfortunately. The handful of times I have been in this location, I have stood around waiting for at least 20 to 25 minutes before having assistance.
Been here many times. Store is always helpful. Seems like there is often a bit of a wait; would be nice if you could do reservations / appointments maybe to cut down on time. But good people and good service regardless

I was able to upgrade my phone as I wanted to, but the rep. Wanted to get me out as quick as possible. He didnt take the time to transfer the data, he didnt activate my phone, instead handed me a box and said send you old phone back. If I do it in store, youll be here all night. When I tried to activate my new phone, I had problems and had to contact CS. It wasnt worth the drive. The reps for CS can do what the employees do and can help better.
Congrats! You just lost a sale at your location. Whoever the older gentlemen that waited on me last night 11/22 around 6:30 pm was an unprofessional ignorant sales person. My husband and I felt belittled. I ended up at a Verizon retailer at Countryside Mall. I was treated very professional with outstanding customer service and walked out happily with a new phone. I know you are a busier place and not all sales people at this location are bad, but maybe you should take a look at Countryside locations reviews compared to yours. You may learn a lesson or two.
This is a busy place and I needed a new phone and was nervous about losing the information from my old phone. However, the young sales person was extraordinarily patient with me, even though I monopolized his afternoon with questions. Everything went smoothly although I arrived home to realize we pulled an extra wall charger, not a car charger, and even that was handled speedily. I did have to wait about 20 minutes after signing in, but I didnt feel rushed.
I have got to say I had the best experience ever when I came into the store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the representative Munir was outstanding. Not only was he very helpful but he knew exactly how to fix my issue and that was impressing. Prior to coming into this store I had went to another Verizon, and nobody knew how to fix my issue. The only thing I did not like that I have seen this company doing is pushing me to buy other products. I appreciate the offer but when I am being helped I DO not like people offering me to buy this and that. If I wanted to buy something else I would ask. Please dont pressure us clients into buying things because it will turn away a lot of people and you will lose business. Overall, my experience was great and I will refer my friends and family to this business. Thank you.
Very helpful staff. I went in around an hour before closing and the place was packed, so I expected a long wait. Thankfully the wait was less than 10 minutes and they were able to set me up with the exact plan that I wanted without pressuring for upsales.
This store desperately needs training for its staff. Jarrod was incredibly RUDE! If you like being talked down to, and interrupted every time you say something or ask a question, then hes your guy. Three visits to get a better price plan, only to be misled and Im right back where I started. Worst part, after the lies and double-talk, they act as if theyre doing you a favor, because their service is superior to everyone elses.

Long wait time, brought my Motto phone that I had purchased 3 months earlier back because the phone wouldnt charge. I was told that nothing could be done, and that the warranty wouldnt cover it because I had plugged the charger in incorrectly. Took it to a repair shop for a second opinion; they blew out the dust in the charge port on the phone - good as new, and no charge. Good salespeople if you want to buy a phone, but lousy service.
During a time when restaurants are open.They arent letting customers in store. They say find the phone you want online then order it to the store......Very rude to us and another customer who was already at the door too. Two customers at the door both telling you theyre going to be buying a phone and you want to turn them away Just dont get it.

Order a new phone, pay exorbitant amount, and the new phone arrives without a SIM card! The Verizon wireless web site, setup instructions, and packing receipt fail to mention this when you order the phone online. So, if youre an existing VZ customer upgrading to a new phone, make sure you dont set up your new phone unless you want to use an OLD SIM, or drive to the VZ store to pick up a new SIM; otherwise, you wont have cellular phone service on your new or old phone. Defeats the purpose of ordering online. The irony is, VZ says they care about their customers experience. B.S !
Almost did not go in because parking lot was full and my time was limited. Let them know I only had 20 minutes when I walked in. In and out with a new phone line and phone in about 12 min. I have had bad experiences in the past and have not been there in yeaIn. They seem to be very efficient and plenty of knowledgeable staff now.
This location seems to not want to try to go above and beyond for customers. They do the bare minimum to assist customers. Every time we go in they either pass the buck or find a way to not fix the issue.

If communist Russia was a store, it would be here. I had the account and pin number for my phone plan, but since I wasnt the account manager, that didnt matter. We had to wait an hour to get in touch with my father driving in Vermont to get his approval in store. The store associates were kind and helpful. I just cant believe this policy. Never had these problems at the store on gulf2bay.

Sales average. I pay my bill here because mailing the payment is terrible. They post your payment when they feel like it.
The staff at this location always seems so burnt out. Like theyre just done with the job. Other locations have always stepped up. We recently brought in our screen protector under warranty, typically the location send in the used one for us. Not here. They simply hand you back the defective item and up to you to go get the labels and packaging to send it back. Its a bit disappointing considering you still pay fees even under warranty replacement.
Have had issues in the past, but the current crew is amazing Tracy and the manager are very pleasant to deal with. I used to dread going into Verizon, but now, its not so bad. I was there recently and saw a customer get shown the door by an associate just to come back inside to complain and they were able to help him. Something about an unlocked phone and the word Verizon not being on the phone. There are peolpe there that want to help. You may just have to ask more than one
When we got our new phones, the employee erased important items out of our memory. He said we could get it back though Samsung which was not true! He also installed glass covers and cracked them.

The sales personnel absolutely need customer service training. I am switching to Sprint because of the terrible service I received on black Friday! I was told that I shouldve had the insurance over and over like a broken record. Ive been a customer for over 10 years and they treat you as if they dont want or need your business. My rep Matt was both unknowledgeable and unhelpful on sales questions. I have, in the past gotten some good help here. The last couple of years though.... Horrible...unacceptable. I had to call Verizon customer service to get answers to questions they should have known as a Verizon representative. I went back with my answers and then asked a technical question..... You guessed it.... He had no Idea.

I wish I didnt have to give a single star. I have been a customer of Verizon for 20+ years and have purchased several devices from this location. While the service has been on steady decline, it has hit an all time low. Its not just that the staff isnt helpful, they actually lie to you about their pricing programs. The tragedy is that they sign you up to one of these programs, you call back when your bill doesnt match what they told you it would be and by then they tell you there is nothing that they can do about it. Im now with Sprint!
Very poor customer service today from the manager. I pay for 7 lines and have been a customer over 15 years. I have a paper saying they would swap my screen protector for the one I wanted but was out of stock. The manager said I would need to pay. I will try again when my salesman is there.
It seems as though these people think they are like the Department of Motor Vehicles, like you have no where else to go. I have 60 phones on their service. I have technicians all over the country. Each time I send someone to the store, I get the run around. Once they gave me a secret code to give the tech, others say they would have to mail the phone, now they want to email me an authorization letter. I spoke to a woman yesterday and, guess what, no email. There must be a better service. I will start the search today. These people are clueless about customer service.
I went in prepared to pay full price for my Galaxy S3. Gregor was my salesman. He was excellent. I have had so much misinformation from other Verizon stores and from Verizon customer service and thought I had no choice but to pay full price because I didnt want to lose unlimited data on my daughters line. Gregor knows his stuff and took the time to help me figure out how to get the phone I wanted at the discounted price AND lower my monthly phone bill AND my daughter keeps her unlinited data. I will ONLY go to that store in the future and request Gregor to help me. Hes fantastic!

Verizon employee (peacejo-EJ887) that I last encountered had 0 customer service skills. Wanted to argue, didnt want to help or address my concern. I got a refund and left. Found product I needed at a competitor....less expensive and that worked as advertised.
Jarrod helped us switch a friend from ATT @$85 plus a month to $69 a month. He received good help from local ATT, but Michigan ATT loaded up his plan so he was paying much more with insurance and support (another monthly charge of $11.99) without the Veteran discount that ATT offers & for which he qualifies. To get that, he was going to have to wait for 2-3 billing cycles. Not acceptable. Jarod also offered the $5 discount with autopay from checking, so now he’s down to $64 a month for unlimited text, talk, and data. He’s thrilled!The store is large, and has a lot of accessories and phones. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s easy to get into and out of the store, especially because of the light at Nebraska & US 19 S. This is our “go to” store when we have questions about our plan. We’ve been happy customers for over 20 years.

Oh I mourn the days I have to walk through those doors. The staff want to be anywhere but there. It’s a pressure filled environment filled with crabbiness and this unsolicited need to buy every accessory with my $1,000 phone. The store is as cold as the employees, and the only places to sit is on the floor, or at a Starbucks that’s gone now.
