I had a charge port issue on my Iphone 6 and stopped in to get an appointment. Anthony came to the front and inquired about my problem. He then took the time to repair the problem while I waited for a short time. Outstanding professional that understands customer service! What a surprise to find a company with quality and service.

Over the past few years I have used Geekmatics to repair an ipad screen, MacBook hard drive, charging port and battery, PC Operating software and most recently the charging port and battery on my iPhone 8. Every time I am impressed by the speed and professionalism of this shop. Their prices are very reasonable and fair.

No communication from these guys. I dropped my PC off there on a Saturday. I dont hear from them at all. I go back there the Following Friday and they only looked at it and said it had no save points in it. Well that wasnt the problem. Beware I took it to Best Buy and they replaced the hard disk controller and its all good!

Was very disappointed to be quoted $45.99 by Geekmatics to remove some lint from my charging port on my iPhone when many other companies will offer this for free or charge a fraction of this price for literally a 1 minute fix. Thankfully there was another honest and reputable establishment nearby that deserved and earned my business and a $20 tip. Would never return!

Tool my IPad in because it was frozen. Got it back two hours later fixed. Then gave them my Apple Watch that I didn’t think could be fixed and they found it was just bad battery. I recommend them for Apple products. Thanks guys Great Job

Loved nothing about this company. The service was dreadful. It took them 3 1/2 weeks to inform me that they could not make the repairs as promised. Hardware was returned opened with bits of tape used to seal it closed. WHAT A JOKE??? Tech guys they are not....Be sure to thoroughly research this company if you need anything more than a new battery, screen or some other simplistic task to be completed.

We were turned away from Best Buy...”we don’t change batteries and our geek squad is booked 3 weeks out.” My sister referred me to Geekmatics, she had a great experience with them. How refreshing! I have an iPad 5 mini that I simply adore. The device stopped charging correctly a few months ago. I purchased a certified Apple charger and cord, which appeared to help temporarily, but soon I found I had a paperweight. Apple Support really tried - several phone calls to patient customer support folks who are willing to guide you through all kinds of diagnostics, however, the end result would have been $300 and an envelope sent to my home that would carry my device back to Apple. I was certain it was a quick fix. One customer support representative did wonder if it were input point on the device. I had a feeling it was somehow battery related as well. So here is where the listening skills of the Geekmatics professionals REALLY came in handy. They listened! When I called and told them I was sending someone in to their store with my device, he listened. Got my device back within a week. Completely fixed. They maintained contact via phone and text and the cost was a third of what it would have been through Apple! THESE FOLKS ARE THE REAL DEAL! I trust them and I highly recommend them. We went on a short weekend trip to Orlando and I got some pool water on my I Phone X. I quickly dried my phone off and took it out of the case. However, shortly after this, it completely shut off. When I tried to charge it, it was stuck in a apple boot loop. When I tried to update it through iTunes, it failed. I started watching videos online and saw that this was a very common mistake and error that happens all the time. The fix is also very easy, if you are a professional. I did my research of companies in Palm Harbor that were reputable and Geekmatics had really good reviews in relation to their customer service and work that they have performed in the past. My positive choice and thinking was CORRECT! They fixed my phone with NO DATA loss and at a GREAT PRICE!! They were also very nice and prompt. Nothing could replace all of the photos, videos, and data that I could have lost (since I had not completed a backup in a while). I am one happy customer and I have already referred someone else to your company that has a similar issue that occurred. Thank you SOO much.

My PS4 Pro sounded like a jet engine. I sent it to Sony for repair and $100 and 3 weeks later, I received a refurbished PS4 Pro that sounded the exact same. I decided to deal with it for more than a year but it became much louder.I dropped it off at Geekmatics to give them a shot. These guys are awesome! They just fixed my laptop for a fraction of the cost of the estimate that I received from a big box computer store. But even more impressive than the price, was the next level customer service. If you need something repaired, go here. Customer service is second to none. They persisted in tracking down a hard-to-find part for my Kindle Fire when no one else could make it happen. They kept me updated during the entire process, and didnt charge a dime extra despite all the extra steps that were required to get the part. They made my sons Christmas when they called and said the tablet is ready to pick up. Thumbs WAY up to these genuinely helpful people!

I chose this computer repair shop after researching and looking at reviews. I am glad I did. My surface was out of space and I could not upgrade or update any software or save anything. Seldom do you come across a business that is so good 5 stars is not enough; Geekmatics (US19 & Alderman) is one. We took my wife’s dead Galaxy S7 Edge to them. Dusten looked at it while my wife and I went for lunch. When we returned he explained what the problem was and wanted to work on it for a couple days, he fixed it once, but found the main board was heating up and frying a coil. Replacing the main board was not an option. Dustin returned the phone, “No charge if we don’t fix it.” (Really!!) I have never met a business so passionate, and knowledgeable about what they do, and they seem to be all about customer satisfaction. I build my own gaming PCs so I know if someone is knowledgeable or BS’ing. These guys are the real deal, and the ones you want working on your devices.

Computer power receiver and cord melted. Brought it in and quickly got a cost and a time that it would be done. Picked it up the next day completely fixed. Staff(Dustin)was professional and patient.

I was on my way to TMobile store when I noticed Geekmatics almost next door. I had just dropped my phone and touch screen was not working. I worked with Dusten to restore data from an external drive that had been plaguing me for quite a while. Not only did the data get restored but the price to pay was very inexpensive. I expected to pay more and gladly would have. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

The most unethical geeks ever. My unknowing grandmother went the other day by herself to fix a laptop that was not even broken! She simply forgot the password in which needed a system reboot. I would have done this myself at one point since i know how eazy it is to fix. Like you literally press 3 buttons eazy. I was unaware she took when she took it in and once we picked the laptop up i was trying to explain to them she doesnt know any better. But continued to still charge her $100 dollars for its diagnosis on a perfectly fine laptop. I know for a fact that if you go to geeksquad at bestbuy they would have never have done this to my grandmother better yet i know for a fact geeksquad would have done this simple easy deed for FREE. When i was talking to the geekmatics employees i could just tell how inconsiderate and unapologetic they were it disgusts me. I wouldnt even be that mad about this situation if i was just we were just treated with better respect and an honest pricing. If this was even a $30 charge i wouldnt go through this much of a pain to write a review. Just despicable

The home button on my iPhone stopped working. I was able to pull up a “home” button on the screen, but it was difficult to use my phone as it floated all around the screen and made a simple task much more involved. I googled possible fixes with no luck. I was on hold with Apple for over 20 minutes and they suggested one fix which didn’t work and then said to take it to the Apple store. Apple store...45 min away, expensive and be without a phone for who knows how long was not what I wanted to do.I called Geekmatics and spoke with Dusten. I took it in and he fixed in less than an hour and charged me a fair price.I would highly recommend taking any device to them....especially before trying to deal with Apple.

I was called about a half dozen times each time it was some thing different with a different cost. After being told it would be 89 dollars they called me again and said 220 for a new mother board.I dont think they have a clue I know other guys say you could replace parts on the mother board not the whole thing I could buy this computer used cheaper then 220 bucks makes no sens ???

I had a couple of problems with my IPhone (Charging Port and Ringer On/Off Switch) and Dustin was able to have my phone working like new in a very short time period for a reasonable price.
