Great service AND good prices!!

Very frustrating...And the phone calls are more important than the customer standing right in front of you...tiny store but claims 95% of there customers are commercial...I guess Ill get better service and parts at Walmart...sad..

This is a genuine auto parts store. Knowledgeable staff knows how to fix your car. They have a warehouse at this location so there is a lot of parts available.

This NAPA is awesome! Bob, is great. Just brought in an alternator and I broke a piece off and couldnt get the pulley off. Bob sent his guys out to have it yanked off and put on my new Alternator. They didnt have to do this, but offered at no charge. Just great hospitality. Even gave me a Coca-Cola. All around great experience. If you need a part- They have it. See Bob, the assistant manager and hell take care of you. Appreciate all the help with this F800.

The woman at the Counter this morning was so rude I was flabbergasted. I needed electrical terminals. Pretty basic stuff. As everyone knows, they are color coded. I needed the larger sized in yellow. I had the female but needed a male. The woman would not show me where the terminals were and proceeded to argue with me that they arent color coded. She actually started to measure my female part with a caliber. There are no words. As owner and operator of Pinellas Rental, I am seriously considering closing my account with you and getting my supplies somewhere else.

We do most of our business with them as far as parts go. They tend to get the parts right to me on the first time but there seems to be alotta faulty parts! They still have great service and they always willing to lend a helping hand.
