This was my second time using this shop. Both times the service was excellent and prompt. Most recently I was assisted by Howard who was informative and communicated well regarding what was needed and how much time it would take. He went above and beyond to find the parts needed to get the job done. He showed integrity when discussing my concerns and budget by prioritizing what was needed and informing me where I had some more time before replacement was necessary. I also feel there was a great amount of transparency when it came to pricing. I recommend and will continue to use this shop for oil, tire and suspension needs. Thank you Howard and crew!

This review is long overdue. Ive been serviced at this location for quite awhile now and they never disappoint. They are always fair and they never do work on the vehicle that was not authorized by myself or my partner. Appointments are easy to make and service is relatively fast. Just last week, Bryan, at the front desk, was able to squeeze me in for an oil change. It was very busy that day so I thought it was going to take a couple of hours so I left my vehicle there. To my surprise, Bryan called me about 30-45 minutes later!!! Overall, very satisfied with this place.

What wonderful service!!!!! Chris was fantastic. Didnt know he was the manager because he was overly nice and very hands on with my car. I love when a boss jumps in and works just as harder if not harder than a regular associate. Will definitely be back just to have Chris work on my vehicle.

Best prices in town which is so important right now. On top of that the customer service at Mavis of phenomenal! This is the best shop, my ONLY complaint is that they don’t do EVERYTHING an auto repair shop does… mainly Just tires and oil changes.

Great service and fast as well. We had a work truck go down and needed repair right away. The Mavis in Palm Harbor was wonderful. They got the parts we needed, came to our shop and fixed the truck on the spot in a very short time frame. We appreciate the attention and customer service.

We brought 2 tires in with slow leaks to Mavis. They called and said they were ready and did NOT charge us and all has been good. I felt with this type of customer service I wanted to give them my business. I scheduled an oil change on line and they took my car right in and I opted to wait and was out in 40 minutes and the price was very competitive. Staff was friendly, accommodating, waiting area was awesome. Great experience. As I waited, I heard them deal with various customers, very welcoming and professional to all. Friendly quick service and always helpful with any car issues

I want to give a big shout out to Chris the manager at the Palm Harbor location. My son was looking at buying a used car and he fit us in for a car Inspection for Free! While waiting there was a customer who asked a lot of questions and honestly couldn’t decide what she wanted to do. She kept asking him to lower the cost of the repairs. Chris worked with her for almost 20 minutes to get her the repairs she needed and his best rate, answered all her questions (multiple times) and remained calm and polite the whole time. Mavis should be proud they have a manager who has great customer service skills!

Professional, friendly and great service!!! We moved here a year ago and I was thrilled that Mavis was here! We always brought our cat into Mavis back in our home town, Baldwinsville, NY. Same heat service here as well! I was in the computer system here too!! Couldnt be happier!!!!!! 👍

Amazing service. I stopped by after hours because my tires were low and I couldnt figure out to use the air pump. Someone was still inside closing up and came out and assisted me. Even though he didnt have to he took the time to make sure everything was good. I will for sure be bringing my car to Mavis the next time I need something done!

Great shop! Very clean and inviting.

Read lots of great reviews but that was not my experience. I needed to get a tire patched. I was there for 3 hours! They checked out the car without my authorization and found lots of problems. I ended up paying for service that wasnt needed because I was worn down from the long wait. Also, they didnt even repair the tire and put the spare on. Now I have to spend more time getting the tire fixed. I later found a Yelp review from May 2020 with the same complaints.

The staff did a great job on my service today. They were courteous and honest about the work needed to be performed. Chris was especially helpful! Good job guys!

I needed tires for my 2019 Mustang. After doing some reasearch, I went with the BRIDGESTONE POTENZA RE980 A/S. Mavis has the best price in the area, so I set up an appointment on line. When I arrived, everything was ready to go. They gave me an estimate as to how long it would take, and their estimate was right on the money. No surprises, and the wheels & tires looked great. Ive been driving on these tires for the past 2 weeks, and I have absolutely no complaints regarding their workmanship.

By far the best customer service I’ve received at any type of business let alone car maintenance which can usually be a major headache. I came in with a slow leak in my tire of my rental car. The girl at the front desk was the most knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating person I’ve dealt with ever. She even chatted with me the whole time I waited. You Are lucky to have someone like her as the face of your business. The service techs were equally as knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out within a half hour and they even recentered (computer thingy) So the display in my car was accurate to my tires. One of the most honest places in a long time with experience. Love how there’s no in between just plain and simple flat out prices. Literally fixed my washer fluid line that was chewed up by a rodent for free. Was just at Toyota yesterday for service to top of all fluids and never said anything about it. Letting you know pretty honest place. Brakes needed and Toyota was charging 600$ for just brake pads front and back. 99$ brakes can’t beat it at Mavis. Oh don’t forget they fixed my washer fluid line. Save your money and spend it on something special.

Top Notch SHOP!! I came in about 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday and the guys here helped me fix a tire so I could get to work on time. Super affordable and they were happy to help . They got the job done in 15 minutes. Ive been to this shop before and they do a great job. While you wait there is a brewery next door and several restaurants/ sights close by in downtown palm harbor.

I took my vehicle here twice for repairs and it was done correctly each time. The last time I had a noise that wouldn’t stop and I took it back to the shop. I knew they could tell me anything and I wouldn’t know any different, but they did not do that! They fixed my very minor issue in minutes and didn’t charge me and no issues!
