There is a special place in my heart for this place. Not only because I saw a cute girl but because the beauty I saw in her eyes. The moment I layed my eyes on her I knew I needed her. So I bought her and enjoyed her very thoroughly in my car. As for the cute girl I decided to ignore her and let her work.What I am trying to say is great vegan options.

I will never choose such an irresponsible store again. Too disappointed.It closes at 9:00pm. But when I arrived at 8:35pm. The door was locked. There is no sign at the door. No one worked there and told me it was closed. I just cant get in? I just see the cashiers busy. I forgot whether they wear masks? Then I discovered another door myself. But there is a piece of paper on the door with an arrow on it indicating to go to another door. I am confused. When I walked in I found out. They did not wear masks. Haha.

Beautiful clean store for you to peruse I did not need to be a bit of a price but it is one of those two places you should visit

I’ve been a loyal customer of Whole Foods Stores for decades. The Palm Desert Store is consistently the absolute worst location!It’s very small and poorly merchandised. They don’t have room to carry many items that are available at other locations.Now that Amazon is running things there is a noticeable absence of management and accountability. First and foremost it’s time for a larger location!

This store is very high end. I cant afford to do my regular shopping but there are some specialty items that are difficult to find in other stores. I am a Trader Joes shopper but Whole Foods completes my shopping. It has everything from a great selection of essential oils body and skin care products to being able to get a great slice of pizza....even gluten free pizza and good roasted chicken. This store is clean. Rest rooms clean too.

I usually love the whole foods experience. But I was just in there today and it was quite warm. Its 106° outside with humidity. You need to turn the AC down! Your poor employees are wilting like lilies.

Has really fresh variety of produce (vegetables and fruit) and the vegetable juice bar is good too.Great seafood selection and canned/package goods. Clean store and bathroom, staff are professional. I always go here for coffee ... The outdoor sitting area for meal is good too. Shaded and cool, has fan, outdoor mist spray to keep the place cool and tv monitors.

Whole Foods is the only store in Coachella Valley where I can find medium firmness tofu. They also have a great selection of vegan frozen heat and eat items you cant get anywhere else.

Great deli, bakery, and food/salad bar. I love that they also take your Amazon returns, unboxed and without shipping label...easy! Great selection of cheese, wine, and produce too!

Service is good here, store is clean they have high quality fruits that you can’t get elsewhere, specially their cherries & apricots. In the back at the prepared section nicest man that takes orders. Always fast at the checkouts I never have to wait in line. & They carry a huge selection of my favorite Waterloo sparkling water!

I bought a few rib eye steaks and salad making produce. Expensive but that is Whole Foods. Nice staff.

Went there looking for 5 items that are not typically stocked at Vons or Stater bros. The staff went way out of there way to help us. Thanks so much for such unusual customer service.

The maskless teller and meat department worker were so rude to my family and I that we bought our groceries and never returned during our time in the desert. Thinking back, we should have just left a full cart inbthe aisle and shopped elsewhere. While there, we spent $500 to stock our fridge. But the staff couldnt have been more rude. The teller appeared to be watching us as if we were going to steal something. She wasnt watching other families, though. Theres a Bristol Farms nearby so theyll get our business from now on...

I come here to get Ezekiel bread...the only thing is, they have a nice assortment of treats in the bakery that I love, and I end up leaving with so much more. They carry vegan cakes and its nice to know that they have so many pastries to choose from

Another chain store, you will find here what you find in any of the stores. I find this place overprice, maybe that is the reason I have an extra 39 pounds. Lol,

Great selections. Extremely high prices. I shop at Albertsons since its far more reasonable. That being said they do have some particular items that I cant find at other grocery stores.

Such a disappointment! This location was the first Whole Foods that I went to where I would come out empty handed. The produce selection was okay...if there were products to purchase. Often times I would come in for dandelion, fennel, or some herbs and come out empty handed because they didnt have the stock.Next stop: pizza bar...this is the only Whole Foods where they dont honor the 2/$24 pizza deal. Forget it...never coming back.

When I visit Palm Desert, I often come to the bar in this shop. As a traveler from Hawaii, I enjoy different kinds of local beers. Although I see some negative comments, servers in the bar are quite nice to kindly explain details of each beer. Plus, the eat-in system allowing customers to consume foods I buy from the store works well for me.

Lots and lots of help in there just look around at somebody in the T-shirt wheres the yoga wheres the organic chicken anything very very helpful was looking for yogurt ouyi but couldnt find that

All ways a good experience and what Im looking for along the healthy and organic stuff...Staff is awesome. Only negative is that being an Amazon Prime member doesnt really save much. Last bill was over 140 dollars. Saved 30 cents showing my Prime scan code. Hah! Would be a 5 otherwise. Buying my booze and toiletries elsewhere. Or Trader Joes!

I have shopped with all of the majors and they all have their specialties that justify higher prices than a normal grocery store. Gelsons and Bristol Farm both have some really neat features that make them special but both of them combined dont do what Whole Foods does. The best place for Deli, for meat, for service and selection... Bristol Farm will sharpen your knives while you shop. Ill sharpen my own knives and go to Whole Foods

I popped in for lunch I am from out of town and I usually go to the Whole Foods in my neighborhood, West seattle. I loved going to the Palm Desert Whole Foods they had great fresh pizza and sandwiches and very helpful staff while we ate lunch and at the lovely little café/bar

Pizza is really good & also good price deals on Fridays for Amazon Members.

Delivery thru Amazon not so good. Out of date items and plastic in the store brand Raisin Bran.

Usually has organic orange juice squeezed within 48 hours. Has juice bar, and over by the tables to dine at there is a sports bar, self serve deli with pizza as well. Water dispenser to fill your own containers has choice of reverse osmosis or alkaline.

Always great selection of vegan gluten free options.

Wow. Really large location. And the outdoor seating looks awesome. Misters are a plus. Lots of great fresh made foods available and a huge selection of all the earthy products i love. I personally purchased a few items but my favorite were the french lavander bar soap- so creamy, smooth, and great fragrance. Also they had a pretty affordable bag of organic buttermilk pancake mix. Cant wait to try it out on a cozy stay at home weekend with my love and my friends. Overall i was really impressed. Ive been to Whole Foods in Avondale and Denver and this one had the best vibes and positive nourishing energies. The music was upbeat and the staff was more than friendly they were genuinely nice & sweet. Loved it.

Very clean have such a variety of items I love this one reminds me of the one I used to go to in Arkansas

Very hard to get around in this store. The isles are narrow and it is very crowded. The have scooters for those with mobility issues, but they are all in bad shape and constantly stop working as you are trying to navigate the tight quarters.Everything is expensive here too.Probably wont go back unless there is something I cant get elsewhere.

If youve never been to a whole foods, this is a good choice. There are lots of great things here. We go to buy just one meal. If you are a prime member, theres a different using an app called whole foods market. This will give you special discounts on some items. You can get an additional 5 percent off if you use you Amazon prime credit card.

Too many organic products. That is just a marketing ploy, organic products are not better.

Whole foods is a great grocery store with most foods healthy choices. Their everyday lunch is fantastic. They are helpful to Prime members and that is a money savings. A great store with huge variety.

Great store, excellent location. The only thing I found difficult, was the isles are very narrow. Hard to push a cart through when busy.

I admit, I like going here for what I need but they are always busy, long lines, expensive and close early.

I loved it better when it was open. All the displays of food on the islands. And I could see everybody smiling face.

Whole Foods is a very nice store. The produce section fruits and vegetables are very fresh and well stocked. The organic apples are delicious! One of the things that brings me there to shop is the meat section, they at least have some standards they follow related to the animals although I would like to see even more and the meat quality is good. The shelves are well stocked and the store follows Covid precautions. They also have a really nice deli section. The staff is courteous. All in all a good store.

Overwhelming. Id only been to a WFM once before, when all I could see was high prices. Yesterday though, I saw so much more. The vast array of food for every type of diet, or no diet at all. I was only there for two specific items, and I was in and out very quickly due to the logical organization of the products and departments. Next time I will browse til my hearts content

Saw they had food and a beer bar. Well.....sort of.......Extremely long wait as there was only one person working taking orders, pouring beer, making mixed drinks, running food, etc. Ugh.......Sadly, the beer selection is all American Pale Ales or IPAs. No darks nothing locally unless youre wedded to La Quintas beer.Taco Tuesday was good tacos, french fries were meh......the tartar sauce for the french fries was - what? I am not sure but it wasnt tartar sauce.Will try again without beer. Nice store inside and helpful people inside.

I love this place! George and Gabriel in the Seafood department are the very best!! They shuck oysters, clean and chop my crab and lobsters all with a courteous smile behind their masks! Always fresh Seafood!

Moved to the PS area last year from Seattle, so I was spoiled with the number and store size of WF stores in the Puget Sound area. This is a nice WF but doesnt have all the variety I am used to. The employees are awesome and very helpful. I am happy the best Smoked Mozzarella Pasta salad is made at this location. I often go to the store just for that salad.

I love Whole Foods. I received a gift card and was overwhelmed by the choices. Checkout person was very helpful as was employee on the floor.

Terrible food selection for a whole foods. Virtually no sushi, sandwiches, etc. Is Rancho Mirage just low on food in general? It seems like this whole foods was incredibly understocked. It is also rather small for a Whole Foods location so not at all what I was expecting, but I possibly caught them at a bad time

The produce is gorgeous and beckons you to create! So much freshness, but, alas, no alfalfa sprouts. So hard to find! I think still my most favorite in-store produce department. Paired with a purchase of a fresh artisan loaf from the bakery department. Ohhhh yeah. :)

This relates only to Whole Foods Prime Delivery:Apparently the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing sometimes.I had a recent issue - I placed an order - picked my substitutions - picked my time.First issue: I never received a text that one item was unavailable - nor was I asked about substitutionsSecond Issue: delivery was suppose to arrive between 1-3 - but arrived about 12:45 the delivery driver did not knock or ring the door bell just left it in front of the door - in 100 degree heat.Third issue: I called the store spoke with the prime manager - who said that someone else would call me back -- that never happened.This isnt the first issue with delivery - or with less than stellar customer service.Im going to start going to Clarks more.

Best market hands down, staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their stores products. A go to when in the lower desert, Whole Foods always has the hard to get items..

Part-time desert resident. Used to enjoy coming here. Nice selection. Fairly friendly staff. Today may have been the last time. A customer announced his glee at the possibility of D Trump dying from Covid. The clerk waiting on him joined in with uproarious laughter and agreement. I have issues with things Trump does and says, but this kind of unrestrained venom from an employee at WF is sickening. Anyhow, Trader Joes is better.

Just Moved to this Beautiful City and Love this Store, but just now, what was done... was Horrible. Absolutely Horrible !!!! Closed the doors in my face as I was walking up to the store 30 minutes before closing.... Just COMPLETELY Unacceptable.

This is a great little Whole Foods. Its never crowded here and the bar is always a good time. Great staff here all the way around as they are always happy to help.

Theres nothing like Whole Foods. This location has absolutely everything you need and even things you didnt know you needed or even knew existed . Go explore and take your time.

I normally shop at Trader Joe’s but when I come to Rancho Mirage, I prefer Whole Foods as it’s bigger and more pleasant than the Trader Joe’s in RM. The only downside is no 6 ft distancing in the lines outside. One customer in line behind me was smoking 🤦‍♀️

Very frustrated about an employee not caring for food waste and their service. There were still 45min until closing, but they refused to give us prepared food because “they close early”. We would bring them the business but they prefer to waste the food.

We are accustomed to our local WF store, this particular shop is lacking. Nothing like our local shop in Redwood City. It has the basics, but if your looking for something especially on the more ethnic side, this place is pretty white washed.. They could do better here.

One of my go to places for healthier food choices.

I have been calling and calling and calling wasting my precious time and nobody cared to answer! This store is overpriced has a poor service if any and cannot even hire a warm body to handle incoming calls! Why would anybody go there?Last week I was in the wine department asking for help. Somebody called for help for me three times and nobody showed up!! I wasted 20 minutes waiting!Thanks God we have Bristol Farms and Gelson’s around!!

You know how you see endless lines of the most beautiful people in LA Wholefoods? Well, their grandparents shop at the palm desert wholefoods, and they buy stuff they can get from ralphs for a 15% premium.

Beautiful location. Very clean and well stocked. Great selection of organic products. Amazing looking produce. While some of the prices may have come down a bit, most items are still very expensive. Amazon Prime Members get better deals/discounts. The employees are very polite and helpful, but thats the reality at any Whole Foods location Ive been to.
