The music is pretty much always way too loud. Ive asked many customers if they felt the music was loud and every single one has said yes, reassuring me thats its not just me. Im noticing that every Walmart I go into the music volume is high.Dear Walmart, Sometimes people are not feeling well, have a lot going on in their lives, and dont need that loud music right over their heads while trying to read a label or figure out exactly what to get. You have many different types of customers, not everyone likes the same kind of music or music really loud all the time; it would be wonderful if you would take that into consideration. I understand that each individual Walmart cannot control the music volume, that its controlled at one location: Please turn down your music. Thank you.

Walmart is Walmart. Its funny how you can find things at target for less then at Walmart these days. But I still like Walmart for some things.

For our last two trips through here to the coast, we have stopped here. Its a great place to stretch your legs, browse some Walmart wares, and use their clean restrooms.

Very clean, anytime I have gone in I have not had to wait in a long line. Good customer service. Pretty much anything you may need is under one roof from grocery to clothes. Cant beat one stop shop.

No meat, crowded isles, incompetence, one checker!!! Self check out full of glitches, mis marked special prices did not ring up on sale! The worste experience ever in my 54 years.

Its a Walmart. There wasnt anything that is worthy of complaining about beyond the normal walmartisms. Is it fancy and amazing and something to brag about? No. Does it have some good deals on some average quality stuff and the convenience of shoving everything you need together under one roof? Yes. Its Walmart...**All Walmart stores are 2-3 stars across the board depending on location (Richmond, Ca = 2 stars). They probably have what you need or they will tell you to order online, the prices are pretty low compared to other superstores, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful about 50% of the time. But it ultimately leaves you with a gross kind of feeling after youve been there.

This place tries hard to get it right for their customers.The managers deserve credit, the workers love their jobs so this place is an overall winner.Top shelf WalMart for sure.

Spacious store, never too crowded. The store has been rearranged and destroyed the flow, however that time is made up in self checkout. Ive not stood in a line yet since the massive amount of self checkout machines were installed.

Lots of empty shelves... No probiotic juices whatsoever for over 3 weeks in a row... This stuff among other perishable items arent in ship out in Long Beach 😔

The employee was helpful when I got up to the counter, but there was only 3 people in line and it took almost 15 minutes to get up to the counter! I also feel like she could have addressed us and said theyd be right with us! Its just courtesy!

This one in palm desert was much cleaner than the one in La Quinta. I could actually find stuff! Plenty of self check outs if you only have a few things.

This is great location. Enough parking! Clean restrooms. Pharmacy people are so nice! And the sales!! They will have better sale prices than the Walmart just five miles away!!

They have such sweet workers at this Walmart. Merry, Charlie, Robert and Patrick are always there with a smile, a hello and always very helpful.

The greeters and, employees try their best. The inflation at Walmart is insane. The managers tend to be rude.

Although Walmart does a good job at keeping prices fair, the shelves are often missing certain of my often purchased items. It seems to me that their just in time inventory system fails to accurately predict what items need replenishment. I suggest Walmart Corporate seriously consider overhauling their inventory management computer system. This has been a problem at every Walmart store I have ever visited.

We like our new local Walmart. Decent variety, good prices and always a clean store.

Generally speaking, shopping WM at night is mildly annoying, because they put their re-stocking people to work at about 9:30. You will spend more time to search for and find less of what you came to buy. But now WM is also remodeling, and there is just no competing with a large construction crew. Sigh. Try shopping in the morning?

Walmarts in Florida and some other states are being turned into co**d19 concentration camps. Give your life to Jesus now while you have the chance and rely on Him with your very soul! Things are about to get BAD!

Associates were professional and courteous. The store was clean, bathrooms ok. Prices were fair . Wetzel pretzel girl was not as polite but all in all ok experience.

I used to love shopping at Walmart. They have decent quality, good selection and low prices. Ive been a regular customer for maybe ten years or so. But their recent removal of cashiers, forcing nearly everyone through the Self Checkout Line, has me seeing red. I do not like self-checkout. So, I will shop elsewhere now.

Rude employees. Not out going or friendly at all. Spoke with three different employees and each one were short and rude.

This is my go-to spot for grabbing groceries when RVing near the border. Funny enough, Ive never been inside. I always do pickup.

Went to buy new laptop. I was completely ignored by the 2-3 staff members in that area. Even after looking the selection for 10-15 minutes. It was like I was invisible to them, even after making eye contact several times. I could have asked for help, but at some point I decided that I would go elsewhere to a store who would value me as a customer and make an effort to assist me in my purchase. No customer service on their part = no purchase on my part. Im not sure when or if I will shop at any Walmart in the future.

Well its actually just another typical Walmart it is clean cause, all the snooty patooties would most definitely throw a hissey fit if it wasnt. But, I was there to buy a TV and I got a decent enough price on the one I wanted so, as for the employees that work there were not all that friendly and arent very knowledgeable about the electronics anyway but, hey what would you expect its Walmart lol. It is located right off the I-10 and there are a bunch of other stores as well as plenty of fast food places as well as A Wells Fargo and a Bank of America and there is also a home depot and a Costco in the surrounding area.

Walmart is a Handy store but when it comes to pay it gives you a headache with those do it yourself machine or the long lines in a regular register

Nice store. Its size alone could make every shopping experience efficient and the prices are of course ideal. The cash registers moved quick and the lines moved fast. I recommend it for sure.

I really like this Walmart. Although I live 2 blocks away from the super center in Palm 🌴 Springs I also work a block away from the Palm 🌴 Desert location. The Palm Desert super center is a lot more organized and stocked. I usually find what Im looking for

Is gone completely automated it seems in checkout I could only see a few areas where you actually had a cashier... They were changing the store around when I got there so it was kind of difficult to find some things... But after asking questions finally got to what I needed... Remember people if you cant find something ...ASK!!

We were surprised with the variety and quantity of items here. Best Walmart weve been to so far in California. Ill be going back when I need more than the average items im looking for.

This Walmart always seems to have items in stock unlike the other Super Centers ...so we tend to do our shopping here! Employees are nice and friendly!

Customer center was so slow. long line formed and no help came. waited 40 minutes.

Clean and organized. Some stock was low. I was looking for a quilt I saw while in palm springs but as my luck would have it the Missouri city store near vicksburg was out of stock.

Walked in first thing I noticed clean, the Employees friendly. Service fast. Quality of food excellent well organized, very easy to find what you want,if you cant find something just asked

The place had an atm which I was looking for and a sales rack in the front in case someone cant come all the way in and shop they can get a sale somehow. Very clever on their part. The little sales rack got me for $250 LOL

Its like walking thru a small town to get different items that I need.I am fussy so it takes me quite a while to read ingredients. So much junk in Great Value products!!

I found this store neat and clean around 8 pm on a Sunday when I went. The customer service for me was excellent and refreshing. I needed assistance finding an item and the staff member helping me find Spanish rice was great. At another point there was only one bottle of Woolite White Wash left on the shelf. It was all the way back, I am pretty tall but couldnt reach it. Another staff member was kind enough to get the ladder and get it for me. Finally at self checkout a 3rd staff member assisted me with how to ring up my avacodos. These days its hard to find decent or good customer service.

I tried for two months to return the easy return shoes that didnt fit. First I didnt have the box and needed to go buy one. Then the label machine didnt work. Now its too late to return them. I have no doubt this is what they are told to do on online orders. Stall.

Their changing the store around. Need to get used to that. Other then that I really enjoy shopping at walmart

For one I was told what I needed to scan when I did the self check out for one I haven’t left and I specifically said I’m doing 2 transaction and and they were hovering over me like Im finna steal kept saying did I scan this or this or this IF IM STILL IN THE STORE I HAVENT STOLD ANYTHING !

They follow you around like if your bringing in a return and if you dont go straight to customer service your being watched 99% of the time inside the store also everything is locked up so you have to wait for an assistant to get than its just a long as process

One of the better Walmarts here in the desert normal responsible working people shop here easy in Easy Out store is very clean . Employees speak English and understand what you were asking them .no homeless hanging around like the other Walmarts.. everybody hates to go to Walmart but yet everybody does. Stopped in the Walmart for a few items. One check out lane open along with scan and go. The lines for both were quite long for that early in the morning. Bad start. Hope it gets better for those shopping later. Enjoy.

Friendly guy at the exit... As i was leaving we found out i didnt have my reciept...and he was so professional in asking me to go back to the register for it... He was funny and made me feel at eaze about it! Very nice very kind! 😊

This location although smaller than the Palm Springs store was 100% cleaner, more organized and shelves front faced and merch in their assigned location.The associates were also outgoing and helpful.Kudos to the whole team.
