You have to actively watch them pack your bags or they will miss something. Last three trips at least one to 3 items were missing that I was charged for.

This RALPHS is wonderful...the deli is well stocked and the personal could not have been more helpful . Handing out taste samples to all, so you know the quality of what you are buying. Great location for locals and visitors. All departments are well stocked and well trained personal. You should be happy,if not the manager is always there to help...this location is on the corner of. COUNTRY CLUB AND COOK - PALM DESERT CA.

The ribeyes roast are cut off the bone and the butchers take out the meat closest to the bone.

Ive gone a few times to this Ralphs store. The last two times the cashiers have been rude.The gentlemen in the fruit/ veggies are very customer service focus. Even the ladies walking around the store very helpful. But the cashiers need more training on how to help their customers

The deli staff was rude at first. They should acknowledge their customers in a friendly upbeat manner. The cashier Erica was awesome! Very friendly, and positive. Loved her!!!! Prices are good. Lots of bargins. Overall nice place to shop.

Big thanks Ralphs I truly inspired to the grocery shop with their entire staffs. They were so friendly and helpful to the costumers. Fruit were fresh and meat as well.

Would be nice if they mention Starbucks closed at nine. I drink my Starbucks at 4 AM and guess what by the time we got there at 9:30 it was closed. Tried numerous numerous times to call the Starbucks extension as well as produce meat etc. and no one in the dang store answered. It would be nice if you knew anything about honest communications

SUSHI was FABULOUS!! ****** I ordered 2 giant platters and hand picked which ones I wanted. Beautifully arranged and super fresh and delicious!! My upscale guests loved them.

Typical grocery store. A nice selection of wines, produce, flowers, and bakery items. Its a good idea to have the discount card.

Love the store layout. Cashiers always offered the store courtesy card for discounts for our short stay. Open at 5 am was great to shop early before daily temp rose to 85.

The checkout teller was extremely rude to my wife today! At the till my wife informed the teller her card was a credit card, and his response in an irritated tone was Im going to have to make a trip to Canada to find out why you people insist on telling us what kind of card youre using! To that he was told, it is to differentiate between a credit or debit card. His response was a terse, We Dont Care! Thank you for making us feel welcome in Palm Springs!

Produce dept is as always well stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables. The people stocking the products are knowledgeable and helpful. The cashiers are always pleasant and helpful. Everyone is doing a great job.

Thank you for the electric shopping carts. My mom has trouble walking now and she really needed it today, we couldnt go to the park. Please accept the highest rating I can offer and make some nice shade for the electric carts outside and an override power switch connected to the circuitboard to shut off when outside of the range of the parking lot. Take care you guys!

For the most part the selection/quality of goods and the prices are good. The front end however, must not get any training at all. How stuff is bagged is just ridiculous.

They do not close at MIDNIGHT! Almost got kicked out the store before I could get my nacho cheese. Grocery stores appreciate your business in big cities. In small cities they are just trying to get to sleep before another hot days work in the middle of no where!

Excellent large store with everything you want! Starbucks is in there and a deli and the best bakery around. Salad bar, cheese station, its outstanding. Easy to park and friendly workers.

A hispanic male cashier here is a passive-aggressive rude Narcissist if you are shy and quiet because he cant suck your energy out of you like a parasitic leech. And the young guys who work in the seafood dept need to have management teach them customer service skills or fire them because they are rude, have no self respect, and hate their job.

Awesome grocery store. Huge selections of everything. Well laid out. Large produce department. It is the place to go for groceries.

As far as Ralphs stores go, I tend to love them. This one is just ok. Couple of problems stand out. First of all the Marriott across the street has apparently made some sort of deal to use the auxiliary parking to the store. This adds several hundred cars at times in a parking lot that is already not easy to get out of or in to. It also means that employees from the Marriott are routinely streaming across the crosswalks at country club drive, making and already busy street back up for no great reason at peak hours. In addition to this there is a timeshare on the other side also constantly streaming in wandering travelers. Im not saying anything bad about this; but from a shopping standpoint, it makes the store constantly crowded, makes the lines slow and leaves the entire store with a lack of flow. The lanes are smaller than other Ralphs, making it feel even more tight. Their quality is good, as most Ralphs in the area are, but if you want a considerably easier, faster, nicer store use the Ralphs on Washington Street in Bermuda Dunes.

Many of the items are overpriced, and they dont have the family size of things like cereal. It is a very clean store well-kept well-managed and everything looks very good. Its just they have a small amount of everything

Love the store, but customer service is not the greatest. We were visiting (not California residents) and more than once we encountered employees reluctant to give us the discounted announced prices. Whats the big deal? One of those even made other shoppers wait while we filled out an application form before she would! Cmon, theyve got nothing to lose!Those who did, simply swiped their own cards to help us out. Some people just need to chill!

I like to shop here, as the store is always well stocked, has good sales, and the management and all who work there are friendly and helpful.

Avery over priced market. Coffee creamer in vanilla flavor only comes in a small container at a high price. If you asked the store manager to order you a larger one he will tell you its a corporate decision. Making Ralphs corporation very greedy and they dont care.Lets take bread at $5.00 a loaf or why is chicken more expensive than beef?Ralphs now sells gas, only one person working at the station with no soapy water to clean your windows no paper towels and trash over flowing.Awful service and everything over priced!

Love selection of deli, sushi bar, cheeses, gluten free zucchini muffins and misc. Saturday evening is stocked the same as daytime.

Smaller store than normal. It caters to the Marriott and timeshares nearby. Selection is expensive and at times non-existant. However the staff is always pleasant to work with.
