Variety and availability of products, the quality, and the prices. I just moved recently to this city, and I was so happy that Target is only 3 miles away. It is my go-to store for A LOT of things.

Target had the products I needed at reasonable prices. EZ and accurate checkout.

We were here last week looking for my daughters gown for her 18th birthday. We always have a good and quality time here, especially trying their beautiful, simple yet elegant dresses. This is our go-to place whenever we had special occasions like weddings and birthdays. They have the best wardrobe in town! And their price is reasonable, too!

The store is always clean and employees are friendly. Always a good shopping experience at Target Stores.

This is a bad store! Bad service, bad costumer service. I ordered drive up and when I went to pick up my stuff, they took forever to bring my order to my car. Honestly! (25 minutes waiting there at the drive up spot!) waste of time!

Target Palm Desert is by far my favorite place to shop when Im in the area. Walmart really has nothing compared to Target and the store is much bigger and cleaner than Walmarts. Customer service in my opinion is top notch but prices are a little more expensive when compared with other shopping stores in the area. Wheelchairs arent a problem or a Hassel, theres plenty of parking spaces open and the plaza its self has many different shopping options and restaurants inside. Great place to shop!

This one of the only targets that still has the old layout but they have lots of stuff.

NEVER answers there phone!! Always short staffed and you can never find someone to help you.

The Customer Service :) Memphis, the young lady at customer service, at the Palm Desert location was great. The young girl that was in pick up section and checked me out at one of the registers prior to Memphis helping me out was very sweet and directed me to customer service. where I met Memphis. She was excited at how many redeemable dollars I had. $39.35!

I love Target and Im a big fan of the stores. However, this store always seems to be a mess and the staff are not very professional. Lines get very long.

Damian in the toy department helped me locate the items I was looking for. He took the time to look up the items and see if they were in stock or at another store nearby. I then went to the front of the store because they were holding another item for me. I had the pleasure of meeting Courtney, Vincent, and then the manager Brooke at the Palm Desert, CA store. It was a crazy night because it is just before Christmas and the store was packed. Courtney and Vincent were very helpful with my concerns and did everything that was in their power to take care of me. When they were unable to correct the issue, Brooke was right there. She was kind, cooperative, and listened to my needs. She moved heaven and earth to take care of me!!! She was even expertly multi-tasking to assist other customers needs too. Brooke, and her team, saved my Christmas this year! They are angels and I wish there were more people like them! I will forever be a customer to this store location, and will always remember them in my heart!

I WENT TO PALM DESERT STORE INSTEAD OF LA QUINTA STORE. I WILL ALWAYS USE PALM DESERT STORE EVEN THOUGH IT IS FURTHER AWAY. THE STORE IS MUCH CLEANER, BETTER LAYED OUT, MORE MERCHANDISE AND EMPLOYEES VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. LA QUINTA STORE IS A MESS AND HAS NO MERCHANDISE OR THE SAME IT HAS HAD FOR MONTHS. I WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN.

I ran into Target for a stroller I forgot my daughters at home and we were headed to the mall she was being a bit rambunctious so I needed it. My child was obnoxiously crying through the checkout process the cashier asked how I was doing I just laughed and said doing great he smiled.Afterwards I went up to customer service to ask if they could get my stroller open and put together for me I had to hold my baby so she wouldn’t run off and I don’t keep any sharp objects on me or in my car.The young girl (wish I could remember her name) finished helping the customers before me then helped me out. It was really cute watching her struggle to put the stroller together but she figured it out! There was also a guy that helped her out a little. They were both awesome and I don’t write a lot of reviews but I really appreciated their help! Good job on hiring these individuals Target! Thank YOU!It was a Monday night between 5pm and 6pm

I love that Target has a strong social/environmental conscience. I see the company as pioneers in the operations world as well. The product selection is unique compared to other big-box stores, and are reasonably priced.

Pick up at Target was a breeze. My items were bagged and ready to go. 1 quick signature and I was on my way!

I bought item through email not app so didnt know how to get items to car daw an employee in parking and explained next time go thru app and he scanned my email an brought item to me he was very helpful and I will do this again

This does not reflect on the individual at the pick up area in Palm Desert CA, she was awesome. This is about poor customer service at the La Quinta Ca target . The employees there are lazy and do not care about the customers. They would rather walk around and gossip with other employees than actually do their job.

There was a strong funky odor right when you walk into the store, it smelled like mildew or urine, very unpleasant not sanitary. Other than that the store was well organized and the displays were very eyecatching its christmas time and i was surprised there was no Christmas music on.

I ordered my hoodie using the Target app and chose DRIVE UP for my convenience and the associate did not double check my order and gave me a wrong size. I went to the customer service and I was told to get my size myself.

Love this target. Cathedral City target is sad and has a wierd vibe.. this one is light and bright and well stocked! Staff is clean and professional and its located perfect to most resorts.

Love the store. Loved it more when it had Pizza Hut and cafe. Now it has a Starbucks. I dont drink high price coffee so not a good trade off for me. Be careful when buying food; twice in the last 6 months we have brought home food and noticed the sell by date was months-many months past the date. Be sure to check before you put it in your cart. I sent an email to corporate and received an form apologies email back from the store manager that I replied too with questions-by invitation-and I havent received anything back.

Great store that has a sale going on every other week. You can find electronics, cosmetic, school supplies, clothing for men, women and children, food, and a Starbucks. Also you can specials on the and gaming systems.

This Target seems like an older Target than most. The only other one Ive seen that looks like this is in San Luis Obispo. The way the store is modeled is different. Its an okay Target. Lots of food here! Which is nice. Its stocked pretty well too.

Some guy named leonel that works in the electronic department was a phallic object. Literally watched him throw stuff on the counter when I asked him to unlock a gaming system for me. Then proceeded to act like a phallic object when we were checking out. I understand it is possible he could have had a bad encounter with s other customer prior to us meeting; however, I dont care.

Everything is just fantastic, I can get around the store with the nice wide isles I almost forget that there are kids around. It’s the atmosphere with everything painted red, It’s inviting!!

The Palm Desert Target store is quite a bit older than the La Quinta version, and it shows a bit. Having said that, its generally a good target store, and it has a CVS inside it, as well as a Starbucks, if thats what you are looking for.

I was on the palm desert store yesterday. Its been long time since Ive shopped there . Store was clean. Better than what the staff looked like. Especially the ones at the front running registers & service desk. Sloppy sloppy sloppy. If it wasnt for their name tags I wouldnt have guessed that they were employees. When my dtr worked there, there was an expected dress code. Guess that doesnt matter now. I guess if I need to go to tar get agsin, Ill just go to the super center on the other end of the valley.

Very scary place for an out of towner to shop. The Homeless people outside and their supporters who shop there confronted a member of my posse and scolded her for not supporting the begging of the (drink) homeless person stationed at the front door. There seems to be a strong resentment from the people who live in Palm Springs areas towards the people who visit their area. The management of this store really needs to get a handle on this situation.
