Maybe it would be better if this pandemic wasnt going on but I needed my phone repaired and I have insurance through my bank that allows me to get my phone fixed without having to pay any extra money to my mobile carrier as long as I pay my bill through my bank account which I do I called and asked him to for written estimate and he never got back to me just told me how much it would be to fix what I need to be fixed and that was it
