Akshay the store manager gave me an excellent customer service while my phone. He is very knowledgeable and very efficient in knowing his products. I believe I will be coming to this location for assistance and future service.

I saw the commercials online for the trade-in program and came to see if I qualified to get a new phone. I had an XR and it was running a bit slow and wanted a 12 with 128 GB. I signed in and waited about 5 minutes until Julian approaches me in a friendly manner asking if I needed assistance. He was well versed in the policies, promotions, and products they had in store. He explained a lot thoroughly and found ways to relate to me in every situation. His customer service skills were amazing and because of that experience, I am now going to get my Mothers and Brothers phone upgraded! This store was very helpful!. I did see a lot of people coming in asking for specific people and everyone in the room looked happy and well taken care of. Definitely worth the 5- stars.

Rep (Uzi) refused to help me as he would not earn any commission. I’m also in sales and will continue to help someone from outside of our office if they need any assistance. There were no other customers waiting to be helped. Not a single person. Lazy and selfish. Was planning to purchase the new model coming out, but will happily take my commission elsewhere. They don’t care about you and are only focused on making money for themselves.

We had the greatest experience here with Jose. We went in for an upgrade and to add a device and he made the entire process so wonderful. He was very informative and patient while we made our decision of what device to get. He helped set everything up too! If you can, make an appointment with Jose you will be a very happy customer.

Today we spent the day switching from Sprint to Verizon, finally. This was the most seamless phone transition weve ever had as a family. Akshay was so nice and worked with us by giving us various quotes, setting us up with new phones, and switching over all of our information. I came in to switch my phones to verizon service since tmobile has really bad coverage out in the desert, verizon has really good plans and service so i decided to come in after work and make the change. Even though they were about to close the rep that helped me said that there would be no problem completing my order. Wwe had a couple issues switching bit in the end the rep was able to complete the order. The reason why im giving a one star review is because as some of you may know we are currently in a PANDEMIC... unfortunately someone failed to inform the other worker that was in the store because he and his two customers we not wearing a mask!!!! My wife ended up staying in the car since she is pregnant and we have family members that have had covid19 and got very sick! Its upsetting that my family and i try our best to protect ourselves and when we go into a place of business we expect that business to follow basic public health REQUIREMENTS! I was pleased with the service and the deals verizon offers but i was very annoyed that the employee not only wasnt wearing a mask but did not make his customers wear a mask either. My recommendation would be to try another verizon store in the area or to do curbside pickup if you absolutely have to go to this store.

Attempted to return an unused, unopened item I purchased just two days prior. Salespeople as well as manager on duty were seemingly very unwilling to want to take return. They repeatedly referenced a policy preventing the return. However no justification was given. Furthermore, they seemed to waiver on whos policy they were obediently following. They threw out, it was an Apple policy, then a Verizon policy. I called Verizon to verify as this seemed rather odd. Of course it turned out not to be true. Verizon gives customers 14 days to return items, yes even ear buds. So apparently its a store policy. A rather starnge policy in my opinion. Buyers be aware, I wasnt. Perhaps this may help someone avoid similar misstep.

We went to the Verizon store to update 1 of our 4 phones. Justin took time out to properly coach us as well as teach us about some of the new technology in our new device. I have been a customer with T-mobile for years & recently have had the worst experience,not to mention the high monthly bill I was paying. Tyler made the whole process so easy! I do not recommend this store. Customer service is not worthy of your business if you have a problem. I purchased a Motorola z force Tuesday November 20 for my wife. It had issues with freezing up within an hour. Took it right back and sale rep Cristina Coronado did a factory reset with some help. That night my wife tried to use the phone but there was no back button. After opening an app you could not go back no way no how. Took it back Wednesday. After 3 guys played with the phone they were able to get back button showing and working. That night my wife again tried to use the phone. After each call phone would go black and had to be shut off to restart. Plus it would not take a finger print security. We put it back in the box and decided to take it back after Thanksgiving. The tech that helped said if it had more issues bring it back. Friday I was the first person in the store. Tonya Franklin helped me with return. I did not want an exchange since wife was concerned with communication during holidays. They agreed to take it back but charged a restocking fee $50. In my mind this was very unfair. Ive been a long time Verizon customer, the phone they sold me was defective from day one which they verified. Reason for restocking fee was because I did not get it back within 3 days. Yes it was on the forth day but within 72 hours of purchase. Who would of thought they would count Thanksgiving day. I will never go back to this store for no reason no how.

This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had in a Verizon store. Tyler is absolutely amazing. He helped us to upgrade broken and obsolete phones and answered every inane question we threw at him with patience and professionalism. But, most impressive of all was the fact that he took it upon himself to correct an error that he noticed on our family account. I had no idea we werent getting the full military family discount we were qualified for. One look at our account information and he was on the phone getting it straightened out with retroactive credit for all the months we didnt receive it. Now the whole family has new phones and our monthly bill is lower than it was before. I will always come back to this store and I will always ask for Tyler. He took excellent care of my family and we are so grateful for the awesome service we received at this location.

We bought 2 phones LG V40 which we love, but they didnt come with the earbuds they were intended to come with. (Provided by LG nice ones too!) That didnt stop this store from still charging us full retail on the phones anyway. When I came back to the store to talk to the salesperson about it, she first acted surprised that they didnt come with the ear buds, then well ya.. Verizon doesnt offer ear buds with those phones Wouldve been nice to know that when being sold on the phone.. The only thing she could offer to make it right is to give me a discount if I spend more money..
