This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! MANAGER IS COMPLETE GARBAGE!! Do no go here, you will be scammed. I walked in for a promotion that was running but instead they took my phone and charged me in full for another other phone. They lied and said I would receive a credit in my future statements and that did not happen! They pinned the blame on me and said that they would never do that, I had to go through corporate to finally receive my credit. As they looked into it and said the transaction did not make sense. The manager at this store said oh well, nothing we can do, hung up repeatedly. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!! I REPEAT AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been a loyal customer of this branch for about 7 years now and I regret ever making business with them. I joined my girlfriends account with 2 lines to my own t-mobile line because we thought we could save a few dollars. As someone who works on sales I understand playing with the numbers a little to make commission but you should never lie about the monthly payments and thats what they did, we were told our monthly payment would be $120 and its coming up between $149 to $169. When I went to the branch they pretty much told me they wouldnt do anything to fix it and I could try calling t-mobile but they would only send us back to the branch to not help us again. Were locked into this contract for 2 years because the free tablet that they said would pay itself for a year because of the rebate (obviously not the case) and 2 free phone that we didnt really need and now theyre asking for almost $500 for the equipment and two months of service to be able to break ties with these thieves.

These guys are awesome! Ive been w them for several years now. Although all staff is always friendly, this time in particular I gotta mention Armando and thank him for his outstanding customer service.

Armando helped me and everything was simple. I upgraded to the new Samsung 20 and made multiple adjustments to my plan. It was an easy experience, I would recommend

I had a big problem with Verizon, then T-Mobile Credit dept needed to verify it was me, it took little over 72 hours however, Christy one of the Store managers for this store really went above and beyond for me After her dealing with their credit department for me and getting everything taken care of, yesterday i went into t-mobile at this location and Kory assisted me, he to went above and beyond super friendly and took care of any questions or concerns. This store is def the best i ever delt with, They really show that they are for their customers and i am so happy i made the switch. If you want to go to any t-mobile store head to this one. Thanks again Christy and Kory.

The sales person Vincent Buelna lied to me to make the sale!! Netflix isn’t FREE, only if you buy two lines with them.I went in two weeks ago for the first time to ask how much it would be to transfer over my services from Verizon to TMobile and Vincent approaches me. He said it would be $70 total with auto pay & with FREE Netflix included. I immediately accepted because of the lower monthly price compared to Verizon and Netflix was included. After he completed the sale, I asked WHY Netflix wasn’t an option on my mobile app to set up the FREE option? Vincent said to give it 24 hours. I called back the next day and he then tells me Netflix is only FREE with TWO lines. He lied to me to make the sale. DON’T ever buy from Vincent there, he is not honest at all. He didn’t even apologize or seem to care I was unhappy. I then called Customer Care so they can help me resolve my issue since Vincent made no effort to fix this.Please be careful with this store when dealing with this person.

Not bad at all

Missed up my phone plan 2 times here..... Paid extra and then have to figure out why. SUPER RUDE TO !Then lost a service I had for two years and was grand father in for keeping it for so long. Then changed my plan once again and lost what I held onto with my account..... Paying for two years to keep that deal, was pointless.

So easy 2 dollars a day and a sim card.... Canadians go to TMobile instead of using telus bell or rogers... 2 bucks a day unlimited calls texts and 2 gb of data

Customer service doesnt exist here. Not from around this area but would highly recommend AVOIDING this store. Rude must be a first language taught at this store.
